You supposed to be able to program the machine from your phone via WiFi I downloaded the app but nothing happened

The washing machine is lovely but trying to set WiFi up on it is proving difficult. Had to contact Hoover for help with it as every time I log in details I get the message at the end saying thank you for registering & to wait for email back to complete but get nothing back.
Arrived really quickly, i bought this candy washer in black to match my candy black condenser dryer and fridge/freezer. Love candy products, the washer is so easy to use, its a differant app to my dryer but its easy to set up the wifi, even though ive not used that setting, reading yhe instructions beforehand is a plus too. Ive had the washer on 3times now, differant settings each time to try it out. Im very impressed, the noise when it spins isnt as loud to what ive read in some reviews, if the washer is level and feet adjusted then its pretty quiet.

The product is good. Works fine and it is not that loud. The installation team was amazing. The two guys that came for installation did the job perfectly. Friendly guys and very professional. Great amazon service.
