I worked from home around the time of the pandemic. I purchased this chair as a simple and basic design. I wanted something that would provide a bit of support and comfort as I sat for a few hours a day. This chair did provide such.
My only issue came as one evening while watching tv, I leaned back and the chair simple broke. The connector to the seat bottom and the gas rod simply snap. I contacted the company through Amazon. The process was very simple. I took pictures of where the chair broke and emailed it to them. I think it took about 4-6 days from beginning to end to have the replacement cylinder to arrive. I popped it into place and all was well.
I’d recommend this chair to someone who wanted to get a decent chair on a budget. Just know that the quality is good but not great.
Great price, easy assembly. Hopefully it will hold up that is yet to be seen.
The chair was easy to put together. A day or so after assembling, I noticed that the chair was sinking. A couple times it sunk as soon as I sat down. It might have been my fault though. Maybe I did something wrong during assembly. It is a very comfortable chair though. But it does not have good lumbar support. Putting a small pillow behind my back fixed that problem. Overall, it is a nice chair and other people that have sat in it really like it.

Really comfortable chair if you’re only 5 foot, but if you’re over 6 foot you’ll find the headrest is in the middle of your shoulders. Could do with a taller backres
i love this chair! i am a 72yr old woman and put this together with no problem, it was very easy to assemble. it is comfortable and love the arm rests that go up or down. everything about this chair is great. i am so happy i purchased this!

I bought this chair to work from home, and have owned it for over 6 months, and I love it. It provides good support and is sturdy. The height is easily adjustable and the chair was easy to assemble. It’s not outstanding quality, but it’s reliable and meets/exceeds my expectations given the price of this chair. This chair gets 40-60 hours of use a week between my husband and I. I would definitely recommend this chair for anyone looking for a home office chair.
I was able to assemble this chair with one arm as my dominant arm was in a sling. It still did not take me all that long. I had a little help from my nine-year-old son. I have a lot of lower back pain and these offer such great support and help me sit up a bit straighter. I love the option to lean back or lock it so you can’t lean. Great height options. Wheels around very easily. Seat is super comfy as well. They were really easy to assemble as well.
I purchased this chair about 6 months ago and made the decision mainly on price and reviews. The upshot is this chair has been great and is so comfortable my spouse replaced her much more expensive office chair with this one. Easy to assemble, it is very sturdy. I have made zero adjustments to my chair since putting it together. It’s not fancy but it works.
This chair is very comfortable for both my 5 foot 200 lb. mother and my 5 foot 5 inch 145 lb. sister. It is easily adjustable, sturdy, easy to clean and was very easy to assemble. I had looked at chairs for a month on line and in person at stores and this one was the best I found. Customer service was great also. We are all very happy with this chair and highly recommend it and the seller.
Great solid chair. Love that the arms go up as it gives me so much extra space when unused (without constantly lowering and readjusting height like other ones). Very easy instal steps. The reason I gave it a slightly low score for support is that it starts to tip easy, like if you are reaching and shift weight it feels like it’s going to fly out from under me.

I hate buying chairs online. So many are duds that just hurt my back. This one is super comfortable for me. It was super short however and I needed to replace the cylinder. Now its great!
I like the chair, it has a very soft leather feel is plush. But reclining is really tough, and there really is no back support.

I just received my chair today and it is quite comfortable. I will say assembled wrong, basically putting the recliner part in front instead of the back. However, im just sitting here leaving forward and I have not fallen out. The thick thigh community can rest east sitting in the chair. I am WFM and been sitting for the past 6 hours with no complaints.

After lots of research, I chose this chair and love it so far. The only thing that was wrong was that one of the wheels was broken/missing a piece.
Like others have said, the seat adjustment lever goes on the right of the seat. If you put it on the left, it will feel like the chair tilts forward a little.

The way its put together with screws are really cheap and makes the back wobbly.

Granted, there are much more expensive, designer-gamer “Racer X” type chairs (I bought one for my son.) But this $100 chair, made in the same factory as its over-priced Chinese cousins, is quite literally a perfect fit for me. It’s simple design is easy to assemble and quite comfortable. –Enjoy!
