Perhaps could have done with more documentation however the quick start-up guide was enough to get things up and running.

My son has had this a couple of weeks now and so far no complaints or issues. It was really easy to set up and it runs all of the games he needs it to. The colours look really cool as well.
After reading the top reviews i was initially hesitant about purchasing through this brand… however i took a chance and i can definitely say it paid off!
pc is built well, runs smoothly and when i had a problem i rung customer service and they assisted me very quickly and got my problem sorted. I definitely recommend!
one thing to be aware of- this pc ONLY comes with 1TB of SSD, no hard drive, so definitely going to need to add that later on but other than that perfect!

Very rarely I leave a review however felt compelled to do this one as the product is very good, I read a lot of negative comments regarding build quality which made me a bit nervous, however I can’t fault it and glad I kept my order with them. One thing that stopped the full 5 stars was no second memory installed? Would have been nice to have had the option to get this done at the time of the build, it absolutely smashes all demanding titles on ultra. even games like Star Citizen, I’m getting over an average of 50fps which for this tile is incredible!
Was hesitant at first as it had a few bad reviews but after literally scrolling found more positive than negative so bought this for my son. Cannot fault the product. My son spends a lot of time whether it’s designing or gaming on a computer due to severe disabilities. High end games no problem. 2 screens no problem. Although I did have to buy an additional connection for the extra screen. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend. You won’t find the same on there website for the money.

I was a little sceptical because of the price of this machine, but it’s all running fine. Arrived less than 24 hours after ordering, expertly packaged, with a little bag of extras including extra case screws, connector cables, cable ties, a little syringe of thermal paste, etc. which was a very nice touch. Feels great to have such a capable machine and at a great price.
Bought this PC after waiting 2 weeks for another PC from CyberPower for them to tell me none in stock. But overall this is a great PC, every part matched as described the only downside was the RAM being such a cheap one which lead to me needing to spend another 200 on the PC plus a Bluetooth adapter since none was included?

I generally ot the version with the Intel core i9 and it is absolutely amazing, the RGB lights are very high quality and the the PC itself runs everything I throw at it with ease, I breezes through online games such as battlefront 2 with max graphics and little to no frame loss, it runs vr smoothly and efficiently even with the harshest of games with ease. I definitely recommend this as it has completely changed how I game and gives me visuals that I never thought possible

Chuffed with this machine, especially for the price. Had it for a few months now and it’s been flawless. Whatever I’ve thrown at it, and I use it for video editing (Premier/After FX) mostly and with Steam VR, it’s not complained. Glad you can turn the disco lights off with the remote though, even if there is a lot of options for them 😉

All around beast fps is solid and quite easily Max’s out at around 100 FPS in most games if you have vsync on be prepared for it to be pegged at 60 no drips

The PSU enclosure is taking up excessive space preventing additional 2.5 or 3.5 HDD installation as the bays are covered, can fiddle about but don’t really want to touch anything to void the warranty. Do have NAS at home so to me it’s no biggie.
Only 1 M.2 interface which is already in use, would have been nice to have another one instead of using one of the 2 mini PCIx slots with an adaptor but again 1Tb space is currently fine as I have other machines for storage.
The machine came with OS only (W11 home) no mobo driver (MSI) such as chipset,etc was installed and there was no sys driver media available. Had to do all that additionally. As well as the WesternDigital utility (should perhaps add all that into MDT or SCCM package during builds?)
Apart from that again very impressed with the hardware performance and build quality so far no issues, just eats up everything given.
Finally is it worth almost 2K. Answer: Definitely Yes! If you’re looking for a machine to play AAA games without worrying about FPS, lagging issues this is the machine, Sure you can go even higher spec but that would probably be an overkill unless you’ve got more than you can spend kind of money.
I see some people complaining about poor performance or faulty components which can happen. Also about the support being poor. Haven’t contacted the support yet therefore can’t comment on that.
Unbelievable PC at a really reasonable price. I purchased the Ryzen 9, 3080, 32GB RAM build and it’s fantastic.
Incredible performance on the games I play – mainly Overwatch and Destiny 2 – which run at a high frame rate on ultra settings.
Has 3 RGB fans on the front, one on the back and 3 on the GPU but is actually really quiet. Also really like the Corsair 4000D tower – it’s pretty big but looks awesome with the fans and the tempered glass to see inside.
Tech support were very helpful and friendly when I phoned to ask about the warranty.
Was lucky to get this via Prime delivery when they were in stock so arrived the next day, when lots of other sites were waiting on delivery of graphics cards.
Overall, would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of buying Cyberpower UK, either through Amazon or direct.

I have had no issues, it runs perfectly and could not recommend enough. only put 4 star on value due to GPU prices that they have had to pass on but other than that brilliant value for money.
Arrived on time and very well packaged. No drama on startup all went well. To start it you need to remove the side panel and take out the foam support packaging..neat idea. This let me look around a little. Wasn’t disappointed the fit and finish was very good and the components if not extreme top end were certainly up there with the good stuff.(all brand names not cheap knock offs) Better than my Dell (which has been fine) . Its got water-cooling and its the larger size not the small type. Fan lights are cool and comes with a small remote you can customise the colours with..or turn them off. Would recommend …never used customer services so can’t comment but its UK based so should be easy enough if needed.

When pc was delivered, I was excited to get it booted up and play some games but I kept experiencing artifacting and crashing which I diagnosed as a faulty GPU. Contacting tech support was easy enough to do but their reply “within 4 hours” was nearer 8. This took over a week to resolve since I was pretty much limited to one email per day.
Finally after getting a replacement GPU, I am happy to say the PC runs brilliantly and worked out much cheaper than if I was to build one myself to this spec. Despite the initial hiccup, I am very happy with my purchase.

well as a pc it did the job I doubled the memory and that cost me as they had used the four slots for 8 mb but I doubled the mem means I have a four set of 8mb ram chips though, but yes it was a good pc and did the jobh I wanted it to 🙂

This thing is lightning fast and comes almost ready to go. Remove some packaging from inside the case with the very detailed instructions and away you go. Had a slight issue with the free game but the guys at cyber power resolved it straight away.

I purchased this PC after an incredible amount of research trying to get the best bang for the buck. Considered buying from one of the big OEM’s but kept coming back to this specification which was much better value than anything else I could get, even with big workplace perk discounts.
Arrived exactly when it was expected to and in the week between these two dates I checked in with the seller to satisfy myself about a couple of points concerning the specification. Chris J was very helpful and clearly knew what he was talking about.
I’m very happy with what appears to be a well-built and certainly high-spec unit that should provide a great platform for FS2020 adventures for years to come.
