Als ik heel eerlijk ben had ik verwacht dat dit ding water afstotent of misschien water dicht was maar het was geen van beide. Daarnaast werkt het prima en helpt het zekker met motiveren om te sporten en te werken aan mijn gezondheid.

RECEIVED 7/16/2022. It’s an amazing product as an alternative to fitbit or any other fitness tracker. It’s more an incentive to be more active as taking care of a small little pet is tied to your miles and active minutes. Had no issue connecting to the DM Lab app. The downsides would be the accuracy of the tracker and the wrist band size. The size of the wrist band barely fits me. During some work outs or jogs the wrist band would actually pop off my wrist. Luckily no damage as I’ve only used it a few days and incurring damage would suck for something brand new. I had to get an extended band from a 3rd party, and haven’t touched it since in fear of it getting damage, so I have to wait for that band to get sent to me, which is I believe 7/28-8/3.

So those of you who are adults or slightly bigger, be prepared to spend around 90-100$ start off cost to get the vital bracelet and an extended band to replace the default one.

3/5 STARS for product. 5/5 STARS for Vendor. Product was sent in a timely manner, dates changed saying it was going to be late but still reached me at the time specified before date change.

would be nice if there was simply a multilingual selection screen where you could select, english, japanese, french, spanish, korean, at the setup menu and have all words displayed in that language. the power switch appears to pause progress and requires you to re-set the clock when you turn it on, this may not be a bad thing if you need to save the battery. the appearance of your digimon is good for what it is, but the process of putting digimon back on the bracelet requires 3 NFC syncs with your phone and installing a new dim card can be a little tedious. getting new pods for your digimon can be extremely tedious as you need to rank in online play to raise your score and the more active players there are the harder it will be to rank.

interesting toy concept, but needs a bracelet ui update/refinement and the process of transferring digimon to and from your phone to the bracelet… and maybe a sleep mode of some kind that allows you to track your steps or restart the bracelet without losing the clock timer.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersThese Digimon Vital Bracelets are incredibly good fun. And the whole Dim-Card integration thing, is such a brilliant idea. If this had existed back in the 1990s when I was a kid. OMG! It would have blown my little mind. As an adult man-child though, it’s still pretty dam cool! And don’t worry about the App (Vital Bracelet Lab) not being available on the playstore, for UK residents. As there is a simple workaround. On your phone’s browser, search for APKPure. (3rd party App store, not region locked) Download and install. Then using the APKpure app you can search for, and install the Digimon VB lab. Once done. Simply set your app to USA when it asks. Job done. Also, if you make a Bandi Namco-ID. Setting your region of that to USA as well. You can then link that ID to the app. That way, if you get a new phone. You can still keep your Digimon and save data. Hope this helps any potential buyers. Also Dim cards can be bought on amazon.co.jp.

Lost a star because the build quality is very cheap and if you use this you should 100% buy a screen protector for a fitbit inspire

The only problem with this item is the strap size, everything else does exactly what It says on the tin.
I’ve tried a lot things to make me exercise more but this have gave me great drive, reaching specific goals to digivolve digimon to certain ones

Bought this as a birthday gift for my spouse. He is enjoying it so far. It supports some functioning in English, but not everything. Sometimes it’s a little tricky to connect the watch with the smartphone app.

Neat device that changes up the old formula by steeling it and making the training more involved. The ability to lair it with the app, and the expanding library of Digimon through DIM cards adds to the value of the device.

Sadly I don’t see it being much of an exercise device, you will burn through your daily exercise missions in minutes, but I did find it got me walking more overall. So I was happy with that.

This thing’s pretty neat! Your Digimon are low-maintenance, though I do wish there were a couple more ways to care for them. The app adds further functionality, and it’s actually pretty addicting to raise Digimon on the device, then take them to the app to store and battle other Digimon all over the world. It’s very simple to cheat its “you gotta exercise to progress!” system by just shaking the watch, so while that’s a shame, I find it’s usually more efficient to just exercise. For those of us overseas, the device is easy to get the hang of even if you don’t know Japanese (and most words are in English anyway).

But as much as I’m enjoying it, the absence of some features is baffling. As many others have said, it’s not water resistant in the slightest, but you’re expected to wear this thing while working out – what about my sweat? I’m constantly fighting to keep the bottom of the watch dry during intense exercise. The screen is also extremely prone to hairline scratches, so a screen protector is mandatory if you want to keep it nice. Even if you avoid any impacts, the watch will accumulate them quickly – again, I’m supposed to be working out, so why isn’t it more durable?

Be sure to buy some extra DIM cards if you decide to get this. Although it already includes one DIM, you’re going to get bored with it within a couple weeks if you don’t get any other Digimon to raise. If you’re in the US, Amazon JP is the best place to get the watch and the DIM cards. My order arrived in 3 business days, which is faster than most domestic ebay resellers charging more than double for the bracelet+DIMs.

I’m really enjoying my vital bracelet! It’s definitely not perfect..you could shake instead of doing tasks or taking steps.
That isn’t a deal breaker for me though. I just do the exercises and I’m enjoying being more active. I’m also so incredibly happy to finally have a Digimon device in color.
The gameplay has actually exceeded my expectations. I didn’t quite know what to expect. I’m happy with the battles, battle animations, trophy mechanic and 15 stages of Digimon to battle through, etc.
The dims almost make it feel like a new device each time. Before I’d have to buy another device to raise and fight new Digimon, now, I can just buy dim cards for a fraction of the cost.
I can’t wait to see what the future holds for this device and the franchise, now that it feels like bandai is investing in digimon similarly to the tamagotchi franchise, which has had color screen and app connectivity for some time now.
All in all, a really great step for the Digimon franchise!
I’m just hoping for a “nightmare” themed dim card sooner than later!

Great little addition to the Ban-Dai Digimon catalogue. It’s not intended to be a ‘serious’ keep fit smartwatch, but it’s a fun way to be mindful of your activity levels and it incorporates the virtual pet aspect very well.

Plenty of reasons to keep it on your wrist throughout your daily life, though do be aware that the strap may not fit larger than average wrists.

Great, fun twist on the Digimon formula. Just be aware of the small-ish size of the strap.
