Excellent scooter very strong and robust.
I’m 17 stone and carries me easily at speeds of 24 mph. Currently done 289 miles on it (see picture) and still going strong. Only had a problem with the charger but Isinwheel UK sorted it promptly and sent me out a new battery and charger without hesitation. Excellent customer service from them would highly recommend.
Unfortunately this product did not meet my family needs (was a big too big for our house, which was my fault for not spotting!). The customer service for the returns was spot on, I dealt with a lady called Alice and she was prompt with replies and helped with the return label etc. Can’t thank you enough for your help and if I’d have had my way we would have kept the scooter. It was the wife that made me return it 🙁
The item was chipped and scratched here and there I expect frm delivery but apart frm that very easy to set up battery was mostly already charged. It’s a beas
Excellent value for money good quality product and after sales
Great escooter. Pretty quick and I’ve seen a video where you can enter a coffee to derestrict the max speed. My only complaint is it’s advertised as max weight 150 but the manual States 120. Handles bumps in the ground pretty well.
