There is nothing to dislike about this laptop. As from January I’m a lady of leisure so don’t have lots to do on my laptop. My expensive laptop top has crashed so needed a new one, this is perfect for my photos and surfing the internet etc. so easy to set up. My husband can use it with ease and he doesn’t do computers.

Excellent value for money! We purchased this laptop principally as an alternative to browsing the web on a mobile phone and it is excellent for this purpose. It is lightweight, quick to turn on and has a clear screen. One slight drawback is that the power cable is very short and needs to plug into an extension lead.

This laptop is quick to turn on and has everything we need for homework and general laptop use. The only negative is that the charging wire is very short so we can’t use whilst charging unless with an extension cable.
I am very impressed with this little laptop! Small and light weight but doesn’t feel flimsy. I’m not a tech specialist but to my mind it it is a great value for money. Came with Windows 11 pre-installed which was a real bonus and easy to set up and use. If I had to make one small more negative point, it would be that the volume is a little quiet when turned up to max. Not a real problem as I’ll use some speakers. Customer service I have received so far has also been brilliant. Thanks!! 🙂
Extremely good affordable portable laptop. Good keyboard response. Bought for wife as alternative to desktop computer so generally used for searching the Web. WiFi fast and stable. A very good purchase for general use and good value. One star held back to see if it is long term reliable but so far very pleased.

A great value laptop running Windows 11! Very easy to get running with a good expansion capability (micro SD card and extra M2 slot).
Screen is beautiful HD and I even managed to play a 4k video without stuttering!
If I had one wish, I would have liked a USB C port.
