The GT38E is a 1600W lightweight mulching roller lawn mower from GardenTek. With a cutting width of 380mm / 15″, this corded electric roller mower is suitable for medium-sized lawns up to approximately 225 square metres.
With five easily-adjustable cutting heights, ranging from 20mm for a smooth lawn to 70mm for cutting longer grass, this electric mower allows you to tailor the finish of the cut.
Mulching Lawn Mower

Machine as a good cutting height and is nice and ligh
Bought this to replace my wheeled flymo.no complains works very well.
Packs away well and small..Great height adjuster, be careful of the lowest!
A well made mower at a decent price . This replaced qualcast petrol which was a bit large and heavy for our small lawn . The cable gets a little use to but these are much cheaper and have probably a better motor on 240v than a battery operated . Cuts grass fine and had a roller for creating a stripe .
I like the fact it’s not heavy and easy to use while still doing a great job on the lawn . I’m used to petrol mower – yes you have a cord now but the cost is cheaper than getting petrol
small box delivery, easy to assemble. fold down very small so takes up less space than my last mower. good grass collection and is getting through the tall grass no issue. it does actually put a stripe in the lawn!!
Great lawn mower, quick easy assembly, and very easy to manoeuvre. The grass bag is large and easy to remove and re attach.
With the grass in slow grow mode I haven’t been able to use this mower as of yet. Seems well constructed and finished. A full review will be after the grass starts to grow once more following the extreme dry period we are having.
Everything was good. It arrived on time and was easy to put together and use.

A bit big for our postage stamp garden but I went for it based on a combination of it being able to mulch as well as collect, its method of height adjustment, how small it packs down, its carry handle, it’s cost, and it being a off-brand name made by a big name brand …
It’s build quality feels nice and solid and the height adjustment actually stays where you set it! (A huge improvement over our previous mower where the adjustment was directly on the wheels and was easily altered in error).
I’ve not used it enough to develop a full and rounded opinion of it, but the signs are very good.
The only dislike I’ve been able to identify is that the handle is a bit finickety to set ~ but that is very much a personal thing and others may have no issues with it.
So far, so good. A good purchase.
