The tray is light with adjustable height people say it is not strong but it depends on the weight of your laptop. The cushioning underneath is filled with beads so you can minipulate it. Very comfortable and sits well on the desk.
This is idea for using laptop and I-pad on your lap, could do with one more notch to take it just a little higher up, but very good generally and made working from home with my laptop so much easier. Folds almost flat so very handy for storage down the side of my sofa

Don’t hesitate if you need a laptop stand
Simple and useful, wanted this not just for computer/tablet/phone but also as a lap tray for reading, tv dinner etc. It fits well and is comfortable on the lap the cushions allow air circulation so doesn’t get too hot. The only reason for losing a star is that the base is smooth plastic and things slip rather easily, I have addressed that with a thin non slip mat. If you only use it for tablet then slipperiness would not be an issue.
This is just as described sturdy and neat can use in bed on train on table anywhere really I love this would recommend

Great idea and generally works okay, but in my opinion, it could do with being a bit wider and a bit bigger top to bottom. This would make it easier to have your laptop pushed further away from the bottom edge. My laptop is quite small, about 15 inches and there is only a small gap, maybe 2 inches either side.

Excellent lap top stand just what l wanted for my lap to hold my tablet, as l have arthritis and found my tablet to heavy to hold.
The top lid is a bit flimsy but hasn’t caused me any problems after a few months of daily use. Would recommend to anyone who uses there laptop in bed or on there lap on a couch
At 65 years old I was a bit hesitant about getting a laptop support table, but it is absolutely brilliant. Well worth the money. a) Laptop not hot on my knees…. b) raises up the laptop screen nearer to my blurry eyes…. c) feels comfortable on my lap. ***** (Five stars)

A little mixed on this one. It feels light and flimsy but at the same time serves its purpose well. It’s an ideal size for my 16 inch laptop.

I got this to give me something to put my work Surface Pro on when working from home. I found it to be perfect for this. It’s very lightweight and so not uncomfortable to put on your lap.

Now my laptop is now sitting on my lap and at a height that is useful but puts the screen up at my eye level ,plus I can see the keys and it sits nicely ony lap

Despite some negative reviews saying this item was flimsy, I found it to be exceptionally well designed – not too heavy, sturdy and functional, but also really stylish too. This is a great laptop tray, it sits comfortably on my knee when using it for my laptop, writing and reading. I’ve since bought another one for my Sister.

Really like using this especially when I haven’t got a desk to work at or when I’m lying in bed or sitting on the sofa. Really comfy & easy to use. Very stylish too!
This is, as Amazon says, a reasonably priced laptop tray which is lightweight and eases neck ache when streaming. With my MacBook, it doesn’t give mouse room and does not have those little slots for phone/pens etc. But if you just want to watch videos comfortably, this is ideal.

Okay so it’s plastic but that means it’s light. I don’t need to use the tilt when on my knees which means where the stand is could be used for storage.. it’s not very wide so it fits between the arms on my chair- perfect just what I needed

This is in constant use. For books and computer when sitting in armchairs etc: Very comfortable and takes pressure off legs and hands.

Amazing. Used this for a day so far and I am sooo happy. I tend to use my laptop in bed which often caused back pains due to the awkward positioning of my body but this changes that. I never write reviews however I had to on this occasion. Very please so far.

– So good for the money that I had to take time to review straight away. I was trying to sit on the sofa and balance my laptop in one arm and work it with the other. Horrible neck pains – and its a Spectre, so it gets hot and is uncomfortable to hold. This simple tray is strong and the cushioning material on the underside stops it slipping. Right now I’m reclined and the tray is safely holding my laptop at exactly the correct height and angle. Happy customer.

It does the job but it is a bit of afiddle to open.
I took a chance with this purchase after getting fed up of balancing my surface pro laptop on various boxes while I’m in bed on the couch.
I thought it expensive for what it is, but after several months of using it, I can say that it’s worth every penny. I no longer use my laptop without it. It’s so versatile. The bean bag bottom of it means I can tilt the stand at an angle, and the adjustments on the stand allow me to get the lap top at the right angle.
It’s very comfortable to have on my lap, and light to carry.
It seems quite strong, I can’t imagine needing to replace it within the in the coming years.
If you want to reduce neck strain and have a more comfortable experience using a laptop at home, I highly recommend this stand.
I’ve been having to spend a lot of time bedbound recently and this has been a godsend. The tray stops your laptop overheating, it is easy to choose the right angle to type or stream, and it folds flat when you’re done.

Perfect, lightweight and versatile laptop stand. As I am currently working from home, I needed a laptop stand that was lightweight and sturdy. Looked at a few but based on reviews and price, decided on this one. Easy to use straight out of the box. Gives you lots of options height and angle wise and keeps the bottom of the laptop (and your legs!) Cool.
Once I found the perfect angle, working from home became a lot more comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
This is absolutely what I needed, such a great platform for a laptop. Great to balance on your lap or any uneven surface. Only slight complaint is that I’d like the lip for the laptop to be longer so I could rest a mouse or my phone on it too.
Using this makes my posture better when using my laptop. You can set it to the most comfortable angle for you so you’re not hunched over your laptop.

Had bought this for my Mum for mothers day so she can read her books of it when she’s in bed at night. she also uses it for doing exercise classes through zoom on laptop, as it holds the weight & it can be elevated to a higher position whilst on a table when she is standing to do exercises.

I like this lap top stand very much. I use mine for Diamond painting as I find it difficult to bend over a table.
This way I can use it together with a light pad while sitting in my armchair.
I don’t get back or neckache with this which is an added bonus.

Very comfortable, lightweight and adjustable to even the pickiest person. The cushions are really soft but offer a frim base for the laptop to sit on. The adjustable height is welcoming and there is an adjustable lip at the bottom to stop the laptop sliding off the tray if the tray has neem adjusted to an acute angle.
It’s a nice product, light weight and easily put somewhere out of the way. It was delivered the day before it said it was due to be delivered.
Bought for 12.9 IPad Pro. It is lightweight, and well balanced. I use it everyday, and find it rests on my knees comfortably and is stable. Easy to move IPad and rest together to get up from seat. It adjusts so easily between reading a paper, and steeper angle to sit back and watch film.
It is plastic and probably would break if dropped from a height with laptop on it.
As with most things made of plastic, I treat them with respect. I find it difficult to understand some of the criticism re breaking and trapping fingers. I have big fingers and it’s easy to adjust, and I’ve never trapped fingers. As long as you check that both sides of supports are in same slot (easy) it is stable.
For 20 what do people expect.
Compared with similar products, based on price, versatility and weight this item is at the top of my recommendations.
Bought this to sit 9n my lap. It does the job and is quite sturdy.
This laptop stand works great, I use it on both the table and lap, and it keeps the laptop supported and safe. It’s also incredibly lightweight, with soft padding on the base.
Surprised by the value for money with this lap desk. Only downside is it’s not particularly attractive, as it looks pretty plasticky, but it’s great utility and price is hard to argue with! Definitely recommend.

1. Light, versatile and portable – This laptop stand doesn’t weigh much and folds neatly/flat into a nice size that can be taken along when travelling.
2. Great functional design- has two cushions underneath which provides comfort and stability when resting on the lap, and prevents heat transfer from the laptop to the body. The stand also has a small bracket which helps hold the laptop in place when in use and prevent the laptop from slipping.
3. Eight height adjustment options – The stand can be extended upwards to a height of about 5 inches (height excludes the double cushion underneath which adds about 2 inches to overall size), giving plenty of options/viewing angles.
4. Size – At 25.5cm length x 37cm wide (44cm diagonal), this stand is big enough to accommodate up to 15in laptops. The surface and cushions are also easy to clean.
Cons:
Size – Not wide enough to accommodate a laptop and a mouse. Not an issue as I use my trackpad but worth mentioning. In addition, if you have a laptop wider than 15 inches then you will find this stand smaller and therefore may not suit your need.
Verdict – This is a great purchase! For the price (under 16), and compared to the alternatives out there, I would recommend this as a great purchase. Honestly wish I bought earlier.

I am very pleased with this item. It is easy to use and good design. I agree with other reviews that it seems a little femur. However if treated with care for home use it should be ok. In my opinion if you want it for professional use I would probably go for something more sturdy. At this price I am happy with my purchase.
The only thing I can moan about is it is not easy to get the bracket from inside to stand it up. I find I have to lift my Laptop off the stand then set the bracket and then place it back on. What would be ideal is if the inside bracket had an arm or a handle so it can be set without having to remove the laptop. However apart from that it is fantastic. Comfortable on lap and in bed. Very sturdy. It is the best stand I have found to date so recommend it.
I was very disciplined at the start of lockdown; up and dressed on time and at my makeshift desk working from home. But as the winter nights drew in, I found myself with my laptop in my bed :-/
So this was just what I needed! I can now lie in bed with my laptop on me until I feel I can be bothered to move to my desk! It works perfectly 🙂
I have the largest of the mac book pro 2018 series and it fits great on this device.
I mainly use my laptop whilst lying on the sofa, and until now had it propped on a pillow at the same angle but with the weight of the laptop digging into my tummy, with it often slipping off to the side or the track pad getting obstructed. This stand helps secure the position, adjust the angle and support its weight better.
I’ve used it for gaming (with mouse pad and keyboard), writing and photo editing. My wrists are comfortable using it from this laying angle, but I do think the cushioning under the device could be better. I’m guessing it’s two cushions with a gap to allow the laptop to get more air, but I find the weight distribution more awkward this way so I often put it on top of another cushion. It’s still a huge upgrade compared to before having all of the laptop weight digging into my stomach though I would definitely recommend it for people who like to work/use their laptop on their laps whilst lying down.

Does exactly as stated in details. Very few stands can be used practically on your lap or whilst you are in bed as they mainly require a level surface. With a cushion base this stand can be used on your lap & is still okay on a hard surface. Very happy with purchase!
Very simple and light – nothing special. Black plastic, not removable cushion. Made in China. Overpriced when it’s full price. It does its job, by the way.
The main advantage of this is that it feels relatively weightless on my lap. Secondly, the two rolls of foam means my lap doesn’t get hot as it does with a solid cushion. Thirdly, I can easily adjust the angle to suite my seating position. The design of this is much better than a laptop tray with cushion. I have a 15″ laptop and it sits comfortably. I was a bit worried the lip at the bottom would be too high but it isn’t and doesn’t hamper my use of the keyboard.
Great laptop stand. I use it on my lap and also at a table. It does the job really well and is easy to store. I like the way you can set it to lots of different angles. It seemed slightly flimsy when I first got it, but actually it’s used every day and has been fine.

This stand has 2 cushions underneath to allow it and a notebook to be sat on your lap comfortably. There is the capability to raise and angle the board – this works really well for Zoom/Skype etc. as it brings the top of the laptop screen (and so the web camera and microphone) to a much better height. Not the sturdiest thing but good enough for the job.
The laptop itself is no bigger than a standard sized iPad and this just about fit on the stand.
For 16 it did the trick for a few days but I soon needed a bigger tray so I could have extra room if I needed to plug a mouse in etc….
It will be great to use on the sofa on the odd day but not for long term. Great value for money when it is on offer but I would not pay for this at a price of 19.99 or even 29.99 as it is priced now.
I’ve got a 14″ and 15.6″. The 14″ has a bit space and the 15.6″ goes to the edge…the weight goes slightly over the cushions but it’s still ok.
