Really fun to do. Me and my 4 year old had a great time with this. Only thing if I had to say anything negative was that it didn’t have instructions for racing car only monster truck but easily found on phone and worked to that with ease

Bought this for my 6 yr old. He’s a bit struggling to assemble it, so you need to guide and help assemble the parts. But the end result is priceless for the kid

Mein Sohn hat sich diesen Monstertruck ausgesucht. Das zusammenbauen hat gut funktioniert und der Truck hlt auch einiges aus. Wie Jungs so sind wird nicht gerade zimperlich damit umgegangen. Vielleicht knnte man die Reifen noch etwas verbessern. Diese rutschen gerne mal vom Rad ab.
Alles in allem aber ein schnes Spielzeug.
Es bastante fcil de montar para un nio de nueve aos queda muy chulo y es muy resistente a las cadas. No se desmonta fcilmente. Adems es bastante rpido, al tirarlo hacia atrs sale solo haca delante.
Relativ einfaches, robustes Lego. Mein 7Jhriger hat jede Menge freude daran es zusammen zu bauen.

Penso che sia quasi superfluo parlare della qualit Lego , penso che sia indiscussa, qualit che ha caratterizzato e contraddistinto per tutti questi anni l’azienda, classici mattoncini in ABS di alta qualit, colorati, robusti e avvincenti.
Questo fa parte parte della linea ” technic ” , una serie di monster jam avvincente , particolare e con uno stile molto ” aggressive” , semplice da montare anche grazie alle illustrazioni presenti , le quali spiegano passo passo i singoli passaggi, ideale da montare insieme al bambino in modo da stimolare la creativit , oppure per s stessi ( se si adulti) come un modellino da collezione considerando la bellezza del modellino.
dotato anche di un motore a molla , come si suol dire , che facendo una piccola pressione verso dietro vi la spinta in avanti , acquistato ad un prezzo molto contenuto e competitivo, ottimo come idea regalo e ottimo rapporto qualit-prezzo.

Es war ein Geschenk fr meinen 6-jhrigen Sohn und es war Liebe auf den ersten Blick aufgrund der detaillierten Anleitung war der Truck schnell zusammengesetzt, so dass gleich los gespielt werden konnte. Der Truck scheint auch relativ robust wobei es dabei sicherlich auch auf die Intensitt der Spielweise des Kindes ankommt. Bei uns fallen ab und zu immer mal ein paar wenige Legokleinteile ab, aber das strt meinen Sohn kaum. Toll findet er auch, dass das Fahrzeug bei zurckziehen, ganz allein nach vorn fhrt. So lassen sich die besten Crashs in Szene setzen.
Lego nunca defrauda, todo un acierto y merece la pena comprarlo. Fue un regalo para mi hijo de 8 aos y al final se lo adjudic el hermano de 3 aos!

Lo compr para regalar a un nio de 8 aos, as que no se exactamente el resultado. Pero pienso que siendo lego pues no habra ningn problema. A mis hijos siempre les ha gustado montar y jugar con legos y nunca hemos tenido nada que de mal resultado.
Lo que no me gust mucho es que hay opcin de montarlo como un coche de carreras, pero no vienen las instrucciones, hay que descargarlas en internet, eso pona la caja.

My son really enjoyed making this monster truck. The instructions were super simple to follow and everything went together perfectly as you would expect from a Lego technic set. I like that once it is built you were able to put it back and watch it fly away along the floor. My lad made various obstacles for it to go over and ramps and it seemed to hold up pretty well for saying it’s just clip together. This is a great it was set for any Lego fan and can recommend it to anyone who is into Lego and maybe as a gift for someone.
Stupendo modello, forse impegnativo per le dimensioni all’interno di una collezione ma, decisamente merita di essere esposto. molto facile per il montaggio per un bambino di 7 anni, sicuramente abbastanza robusto per giocare.

Unser 6-jhriger Enkel hat schon beim Auspacken gestrahlt: ein Monster-Truck mit Hai-Gesicht! Wir haben sofort mit dem Zusammenbau begonnen, der sich allerdings wegen der sehr vielen und sehr kleinen Teile als uerst zeitaufwndig darstellte; mit ca. 90 Min fr sein Alter eher “grenzwertig”. Das Spiel mit dem fertigen Produkt hat ihn dann allerdings wieder voll begeistert, glcklicherweise haben wir einen langen Flur, in dem der Truck seine Geschwindigkeit voll zur Geltung bringen konnte. Auch die Stabilitt des fertigen Produktes lsst nicht zu wnschen brig, es hat zahlreiche “Kollisionen” ohne “Schden” berstanden! Insgesamt ein empfehlenswerter Kauf.
Beh! Lego il top in campo di costruzioni, credo ci sia poco da aggiungere. Anche questo pezzo raggiunge ottimi standard di qualit associati al giusto impegno per il montaggio.

A good little fun build for a stylish monster truck. It’s a decent size, but a little too small to be used with minifigs. This is more of a toy set than a vehicle build since it has a pull back motor for it to zoom forward.

This is an excellent value model, particularly because you can build two different but equally great models – the Megalodon truck and a racing car!
They are fairly simple and good fun builds though there are some pretty small fiddly pieces (260 pieces in total), so adult supervision is necessary if you’ve got younger children making the model. The instructions, as always with Lego, are very clear and take small simple steps on each page.
The pull-back motor action is icing on the cake – pull back and off it zooms! Both the truck and racing car have this feature.
Dennoch hat der Zusammenbau den Kindern sehr viel Spa gemacht; es dauerte in Summe etwa 45 Minuten, bis der Flitzer zusammengebaut war.
Das tolle an dieser Technic Reihe ist sicherlich der Rckzugsmotor, mit dem der Monster Truck auf eine beachtliche Geschwindigkeit im Kinderzimmer kommt; auch flache Teppiche berwindet er dabei mhelos. Dank des Stofngers an der Front, bersteht der Truck kleine Unflle an Tischbeinen, Wnden oder Tren ebenfalls unbeschadet.
Das B-Modell werden wir auch noch bauen.
It’s a shark monster truck – my kids love it and so do I.
The idea behind the product is absolutely brilliant. The design is great however I would say that it is definitely worth sticking the age guidelines. We had this for a slightly younger child who got bored very quickly with the building process but was delighted with the final outcome.
The car has a pull-back mechanism and soon became my sons absolute favourite toy car. Will definitely be investing in more Lego technic items to build up the set!
All the pieces come in separate bags for ease. Will take some time to build but great for an avid Lego fan so absolutely
I’m always amazed at the detail Lego manage to provide using little blocks of plastic – it’s evolved so much in recent years to become more of a model making experience, than simply connecting blocks.
Strait away this is not for kids to build It is very complex fiddly and you need to have a good eye.
I havbt get very far with the build I know it is going to take me a while to complete this. That’s not a bad thing as I always thibk these things build to quick then you finish and have nothing to do where this will keep me occupied over many nights.
The pieces are very small and fiddly you have to pay close attention to what pieces you actually need as alot look very similar and are all the same colour for the majority of the build. I feel I spend alot of time just working working out what piece I need.
So far no problems but I havnt hit the sections with the changes yet so if there are any issues I will update review accordingly
Our ten year old was being frustrated trying this so I took over. It is quite a tricky build. Lots of pressing really small parts in really tight pieces so many achey finger tips. Once done it looks very cool and the pull back and go engine works well. It had the booklet for building the monster shark truck but the other set of instructions are online. It says two in one but for us that’s not really true. The effort the first model truck took means there’s no way it’s getting broken up to make the other, we’d need to get another set to do both. Still, cool model.
A fun truck rated for 7+ years. Part of the Lego Technic Monster Jam range and is also a 2 in 1 set that can either be built as the Megalodon truck or the Lusca low rider. A fun truck shaped as a shark with teeth covering the engine and fins. Pull back mechanism allows you to propel the car under its own steam and could pair up with another vehicle in this set.

These sets are great and the pullback element has added a fantastic play aspect that Wass missing previously. Super clear instructions as always and really fun to play with for hours after building.
This is one of Lego’s spikier and more brutal-looking sets, with some aggressive-looking angles that feel appropriately Monster Jam but a little bit un-Lego somehow.
It’s built around a Technic structure that’s bulkier and a little heavier than I expected, and it ends up being quite beefy. The pull back mechanism is also surprisingly powerful, considering the weight, and the result is a pull-back vehicle that is capable of driving into table legs (or other legs) at a pretty decent pace. The bumper at the front is definitely needed!
With two sets of design instructions, there’s a good amount of value in the build time, and 260 pieces seems to be just below the threshold above which you’ve spent so long building it that you’re reluctant to take it apart and build it the other way.
The pieces feel like there are essentially two fairly distinct parts to this build, with the black Technics pieces forming a lower structure with the pull-back mechanism and the blue pieces entirely dedicated to the shaping and styling. It wouldn’t take too much work to keep the base intact and build your own custom monster truck design (or any other vehicle for that matter) on top and still have it work as a pull-back toy. You could graft non-Technic logo onto it with a bit of thought and a few crossover pieces too.
Knowledge of Monster Jam isn’t required, if your children haven’t encountered it they can still have plenty of fun playing with this bizarre and unexplained hybrid of shark and monster truck.
It’s a very ‘bang crash roar’ set which doesn’t feel truly Lego to me somehow, but if it’s for a child who’s more into Hot Wheels and breaking and colliding than into building or storytelling, it will go down a treat.

I got my grandson a monster truck for Christmas that was on his Christmas wish list, so when I saw this super Lego Technic Monster Jam Megalodon vehicle I knew he’d love this too. He loves Lego but he’s growing fast and at nearly 7 he is more interested in building and designing things too, this amazing Monster Jam Megalodon kit is good value as it can be constructed as a large truck with scary teeth, or made into a low racing car, both ways can be then be pulled back for racing across a smooth floor. It’s designed for children 7 years and over due to small parts, there are clear instructions but more detailed ones can be found on Lego’s own website.
It’s a brilliant design that’s well made and will keep a child entertained and they can keep it built or change the design as fancy. It’s reasonably priced and comes in a strong presentation box so it’s perfect for sending as a gift too. I’m very happy to recommend it to you too.
This Lego technic 2 in 1 is a Monster Jam Megalodon pull back toy truck that also rebuilds into a ‘lusca’ Low Racer low rider car toy. The pull back action is great and gives the car/truck some speed. This is one of the more simple technic Lego sets and it is suitable for ages 7+- my son loves it.
The set produces two cars, one a dinosaur shark ( Meglodon) hybrid looking one and the other a more sleek racing one, both have the pull back and go mechanism which works really well and adds an extra dimension to the finished models.
The build is straightforward and as long as you follow the instructions carefully you won’t go wrong.
This is a great introduction to the technic lego series, this was right up my 8-year-olds street so I left him to it and bar a couple of instances he managed to build this in a couple of hours which I was very impressed with, once built this is also very functional being a pullback monster truck and it can withstand some decent monster truck type bashing too which I was surprised by, all in all, a great little set and good value too.

It took around an hour to build but once done he did not put it away.
This is not only a Lego set bit it becomes a toy afterwards and it also doesn’t fall apart like traditional sets do when they are played with. This 2 in 1 toy truck rebuilds into a lusca Low Racer vehicle as well. Will definitely be investing in more Lego Technic to build up a collection.
I’d definitely recommend this to any Lego fans, especially ones that enjoy being able to play with their builds upon their completion.
This is the first time that I have come across the pullback box in Technics and it really is a great little feature! The actual car is good fun too although we have only built the shark so far and not the low down racer. The build was reasonably quick yet still a good challenge, but then this is one of the cheaper Technics sets at 18.
The pull back mechanism is all contained in its own box and it is attached to the rear axel to power the wheels. It has a really smooth action and you get a good amount of forward thrust from a relatively small pull back, it makes me wish that all pull back cars worked this well!
There is no steering or suspension on this car and the only technical bit is contained within the box so if you are looking for lots of cogs and gears you may have to look at one of the bigger more expensive sets, but for 18 its a great little car which has some good playability and is robust enough to do some jumps down the stairs without disintegrating, happy to recommend!

Le montage est moyennement difficile. Pour ma part, j’ai mis 45min du haut de mes 34 ans.
Pour ma part, je trouve que Lego aurait pu faire un effort sur le set d’autocollants car a manque de dco surtout sur le dessus.
Alors oui c’est cens tre un requin et sans autocollants la base mais c’est surtout cens tre une voiture dj.
Je mets 4 toiles car ce n’est pas parfait mon got mais c’est un modle cool et abordable (20 euros).
