I waterproof my celler hatch way and so far it has worked. Easy to brush on and easy clean up.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis product was exactly what I was hoping for! I added some heavy duty duct tape to cover the decomposed wood at the interior base of my greenhousee and sealed it all in with the rubber. The liquid rubber was like thick paint yet brushed on easily and I could thin it with the brush for thin coats. I used a foam brush and a cheap small paint brush and both worked well. I was afraid I’d have to buy another bucket of rubber but I was so pleased that it goes a long way and I easily finished multiple coats with plenty leftover! Easy clean up, minimal scent/fumes, quick drying. We’ll see how it holds up with the water over time but appears fantastic so far! Totally happy!!

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersI had a deck roof built about 8 years ago, and many of the 2x4s rotted. I replaced the bad ones with new, and I painted 2 thick coats of liquid rubber on top of the deck roof. It’s been a year and 1/2, and it looks like new. I can see the top from my 2nd floor, so I can monitor any weather damage, but rain just beads up and blows away with wind. I think it’ll last a long time, plus I was able to get the liquid rubber in beige, so it matches almost perfectly. I wish I had known about this product when it was first built. AMAZING PRODUCT!!!

Without this sealer my junky Forest River camper would have been scrapped by now.

Paint has a very strong smell. It does go away after it dries, but be prepared.

As easy to use as regular paint. I’m delighted with how it looks and I’m feeling better heading into the Winter with my wood protected.
    Five Stars all the way

Did as advertised easy to use. All these products are not easy to clean. Best to use old roller and brush and toss when finished.

We bought a trailer and the roof rubber coat was almost completely gone. Took hubby a day and it was all fixed up! Looks great now

I have an 12′ X 8′ florida room that has a flat panel roof that was leaking profusely through the seams in the panels. It appeared to have had a few coats of sealant on it over the years and I’m not sure how old it is because it was like that when I bought the house 5 years ago. There were large cracks and screw heads sticking up in the seams. I put regular white duct tape on the seams and then plastered the rubber sealant on top of the tape with a brush and then let that setup for a day. I then put 4 coats of the rubber sealant on with a roller, one coat per day and each coat increasingly thicker. Actually after I had 2 coats on it rained quite heavy and the roof didn’t leak but I put 2 more on regardless. Needless to say the roof no longer leaks after observing several heavy rains. I only used up about 3 gallons out of the 5 gallon pale. It’s a great product. The biggest challenge was keeping the leaves off the roof while I was applying it.

Even after 5 layer the indoor basement environment must be dry as possible using a dehumidifier to stop efflorescence to come out. Easy to apply, great stuff.

Days still tacky ,good coverage though

I would have liked a very light tan option as I was using it in a cantera fountain of the same color tone

Easy to use….rolled and brushed on well. Leave lots of time for drying as it takes a while! I used on my chicken coop and it brightened up the interior (I bought the white colour) and made it easier to clean out.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersGreat!!! Works extremely well, I bought this to fix a big crack on a fiberglass fountain that I did not think it could be fixed, very expensive fountain and I thought it was worth to attempt to fix for 60 bucks. To my surprise it worked extremely well. Very happy!!!

If going over a dark colour will take at least five coats to cover. Paint is relatively transparent and average coverage due to viscosity. It is easy enough to apply, but note product coverage on product, makes coverage expensive and time consuming for four-five coats. Durability will have to wait to see after Winter.
