Bought this for sons Xmas he loves it we can easily move it about and wasn’t too hard to build seems great quality still standing after a few windy nights anyway

Brilliant product for the price, put together (solely) on the night of my sons birthday, bit fiddly in parts, the tools they send are rubbish and will need your own, but the instructions are easy to follow and the product once assembled is sturdy. Son absolutely loves it.

We had this item delivered yesterday but one of the hooks holding the net on has sheared off after only a short amount of time playing.
Can you please advise what we need to do? The rest of the product is fine, just the hook that has sheared off.

Son uses it in the back garden to practice. Easy to build and move around even when filled with sand/water. The rim is a bit more flimsy but good fro price.

I had some issues with parts, the supplier contacted me and resolved the issue. Its easy to assemble and a good product previous basketball hoops I’ve purchased came with cheap nets but this one is great! I’d highly recommend for most ages as you can easily lower and raise the height of the backboard.

Assembled, filled base with water and found a crack in the base. Water leaking out
After leaving a comment to the seller, he immediately contacted me and sent me a replacement within few days with no questions- good service and replacement is in good condition. Son is very happy.
