It was man job (I know not a politically correct phrase) to install, just because of the length (4 drill holes only for bracket in wall), but my mother-in-law was happy, and to me, having her not complain is priceless.
Husband put this up in an hour – works a treat! Was sceptical as had been quoted over 1,000 for similar but installed. Good quality and keeps our kitchen nicely shaded.

Very nice 2.5m awning that keeps the sun out of the kitchen. After last years heatwave and looking enviously at our neighbour’s awning, I thought it was time to prepare for any more hot weather that might come our way. Fitting was done by me with help from our neighbour to lift the awning into the brackets. I used the fixings that came with the product which looked fine to me and tightened up nicely to secure the 2 brackets.
The price of the awning is superb value and I’d recommend one to keep your room cool this summer.
A very satisfactory purchase. It’s been up just two hours. I have to admit that it really was a two person job, and took quite a bit of skill with a drill and tape measure. But it certainly keeps the sun out of my lounge.
we got a new awning to replace an old one went in to the old fittings great.
Amazingly fast delivery. Came next day — just what we needed in this hot sunny weather. Arrives fully assembled in a long box.
If you want to use the supplied fixings, you’ll need a 14mm drill bit.
Once the brackets are up, it’s a quick two person job to lift the awning into place.

We ordered this awning for our rear garden, it was delivered well packaged and promptly. On opening the product it included everything required to fix the product to a brick wall or timber beam. The instructions were easy to follow and the product was easy to install. We encountered a problem as when installing the product i striped the thread on one of the expansion bolt nuts. However after sending an email to product support explaining this they were happy to send out replacement fixings which we received within days of our request. Very impressed with the product and service received

Originally purchased from the other well known internet market place but arrived a week late so was cancelled. I ordrered from this site and the unit arrived within two days , slightly more expensive but a lot less trouble. Fitting requires two persons and a hammer drill if fitting to a brick wall
This Garden Patio Manual Awning Canopy is a highly successful product. It is relatively simple to install and works well. This is our 3rd such Canopy enabling us to sit outside the kitchen window in a snug setting and shaded from the sun. We would thoroughly recommend it as it creates another ‘corner’ which is secluded and private.

It extends out up to two metres ,and the length is about two and a half metres giving a very reasonable shaded area.It isvery easy to roll out or in with the supplied handle which is usefully long if your mounting higher up.
