These are easy to connect and portable, they really do help well protect the floor when working out. I use them on tiles, have only dropped weights once but bo issues, or damage to the floor, couldn’t feel more safe.
Was looking to start exercising regularly again and previously had owned a good quality yoga mat. However, I find yoga mats too narrow, restrictive, and the wrong shape.
I do weight traning and wanted something to protect the wooden floor from heavy dumb-bells and kettle -bells. This is an ideal solution. I chose the thicker version and very glad to have done so. The 6 interlocking tiles provide a large area for yoga and weight-training movements. The mat is firm for weights, and not too soft for yoga.
I also do free-movement exercises which need more space, so I plan to order another set of 6 tiles some time soon.
I was not particularly happy to pay 20% extra for a second order and with no reason whatsoever. As I had bought 2 boxes previously and miscalculated, I needed another two boxes which then came at a premium cost and I felt I had no choice but to buy the extra two boxes at the higher cost….
Despite appearing quite light/flimsy when I took this product out of the box, was really impressed with sturdiness and comfort once laid and locked together.

Does the job, used on garage floor and also in house as gym mats. First set I bought now three years old and have not broken down. Very easy to clean and do not absorb stains.
I honestly wasn’t expecting that much but I’m pleased to say I’m pleasantly surprised. I’m using them for my gym I’m the garage and they provide great cushion for an indoor training bike and floor workout mats. I bought one set as a tester and reordered a few days later. I can’t at this time comment on longevity but I can’t see that being an issue.
I’m very pleased with this product. Well made, the pieces slot together easily. Although I will take my time assembling and dissembling to reduce any chance of damaging the ‘teeth’. For me it is just the right size for working out at home. As the photos show, enough room to do weights, skip and use an indo-board.
The design on the top is great for stopping you slip. The thickness is perfect for skipping, does not hinder the rope and the right amount of cushioning to reduce impact, but not too much to cause lag for fast skipping. Likewise with the indoboard just the right amount of grip.
I unpacked the box carefully, this allows me to store the tiles back in the box after use. All neat and tidy
These mats are excellent and are better than the heavy duty mats at the local gym. I use them under my super heavy treadmill and they are amazing at absorbing the shock and sound.
For the price and quality, they are more than worth the money I paid.

Genius product really easy to fit in my home gym, good thickness but firm enough for rower and bike. I was able to cut to size easily (cut slightly larger than the space for a snug fit) to give a really professional look and feel. Easy to wipe clean, looks really good I am delighted with product.
Used these for back entrance porch where dogs come in and out wet and muddy! Easy to wash and clean. Have just purchased more for floor of dog van cut to shape with Stanley knife brilliant product would recommend.
Very quick delivery. The tiles are thick and spongy, ideal for placing weights on which was what I bought them for. Assembly was very simple and I can see my 6 current tiles are easily expandable. Very happy with the product and would recommend to others.
Purchased for home gym area. Laid on concrete floor. Good quality mats. Good thickness. Very easy to assemble – just like putting a jigsaw together. Easy to cut if required. Great value for money. At time of review mats have been down approximately 4 weeks and performing well.

I got this for my home gym, and it does the job. It reduces sound and helps to protect the floor from damage. However, be careful when you are benching and you have to tilt the barbell, to ditch the weights when you bail the lift. I did that, and the barbell went straight through the mat, haha.
Had items like this before and found that the tiles crush and damage easy. Not these ones. Extra thick and provide great protection during the Covid-19 lockdown and gym closures. My back garden is paved, these mats are durable, do not slip and are comfortable
Really soft, and this actually covers a very large amount of space. comes in it’s own plastic bag to hold any cubes that you don’t need. Felt a little slippery so make sure you wear some trainers, or go barefoot when you use it 🙂
This is a great product, extremely easy to assemble and it feels very nice. Used it for my home gym and I have no regrets. One issue I’d say is that when there is a lot of weight on one point, it leaves a permanent indentation(10kg +).
I got a cheaper brand earlier but for 2 extra and 2 extra sheets these are excellent quality! They are thicker than the rival brands and look really cool too. The carry case is an extra bonus. My room is completely transformed thanks to these!
Yes, it went together like cheese n tomato, and is comfortable for kneeling on. It would be expensive to cover a large area when you can get Remnant Carpet for free, it depends on how Professional the area has to look. 6 Tiles covers 6’x4′, I should’ve bought the larger 24 or 30 Tile Pack.
Very good mats, I used them to cover inside of caravan awning , needed 64 mats, grandkids love playing on them , very warm to walk on even when below zero outside, the 19 mm thickness is more than other mats available , very tough and flexible, recommend wholeheartedly

Trying to figure out how many tiles I needed from my equipment was a very hard job to figure out for myself which I was a bit short add to order another pack
They do smell I said that was because it’s new
Seems thick enough to support my exercise bike my free standing squat stand and my bench
The only reason why I haven’t given it a higher star because yet to test it’s quality

if your a powerlifting/strongman/crossfit/ego lifters you need more thick mats were you doing all workout o
i love those puzzle pieces. decent thickness. well made. came with a nice storage pouch. good shock absorption to avoid achy bones from hardboard flooring (reason why i needed some). very versatile and easy to pur together as you wish. they don’t slide apart as the intelocking system is perfect.
