So surprised by how well this works. I expected much less for the price. Easy to set up, app easy to install, picture crystal clear and panoramic view of the whole room if placed in the corner, I’m very pleased with the product.
Small, solid build camera with picture send to my phone( when app downloaded). Very is to set up and connect. Picture is of reasonable quality. Colour at day time and black/white at night time. When motion option is selected cam will move itself to get 360 degree view. I set alarm to be sent to my phone when there is movement detected. It is working fine. I am really happy with this little camera. Specially that it is one of the cheapest I have seen.
“Long Story Short”
Well packaged
Great design, quite futuristic
Easy to set all up
Great user friendly interface
Picture quality is sharp day and night
Value for money 10 out of 10
At this price point, you can’t really expect much from a Wifi security camera like this. However, this camera performs very well in my opinion! It’s got a simple to use app to get a livestream, it has decent audio and video quality, and it also has 2 way talk so you can talk through the app and out of the camera!
Be sure to buy a suitably large memory card (upto 128gb) to store all your recordings. I’d recommend getting the full 128gb to store as much video footage as possible, because you never know when you’ll need it!
The important potential downside I should mention is that this is obviously made by a Chinese company. I can’t guarantee that nobody else is watching my camera feed, so I don’t put the camera anyway sensitive like a bedroom, instead opting to use it to watch the front door. However, at this price point, that’s expected to be honest!
Overall, I think this is a great camera for non sensitive filming and I’d recommend it!
Firstly to someone who said that they installed a 256GB SD CARD that doesn’t work. That’s because the camera accepts a maximum of 128GB SD CARD – read the description.

*Two way audio
*Picture quality is excellent
*Motion detection works just fine
*Easy to setup
*Comes with everything you need

Cons:
*For the price? Nothing.
Sometimes our little dogs are left at home for a couple of hours during the day. I liked the idea of having a camera that we could check up on them and talk to them. As well as keeping an eye on the house in general.
The Package arrived, with full instructions. Just a case of downloading the app and inputting the details for Wifi. The unit was set up. Simples.
You can unplug it and move it around, and you dont need to go through the setup each time. Which is a great news.
The Picture quality a really good. It is easy to operate, and can be accessed from Anywhere. Night visions is great.
Really impressed. Use it a lot more than expected. My other half, didnt think she would, but she too uses it all the time.
Well Made, and really good quality. A really impressive package at a great price. Could not recommend it any more. This is incredable!
I ordered the Rbcior Wi-Fi motion tracking security pet camera for my daughter who has a lockdown puppy, now young dog. For the first year of her life the puppy was never left alone for more than about 10 minutes, but now my daughter’s returned to a mix of work from home and at the office. The dog is on her own and my daughter was worried about the barking and possible separation anxiety behaviour when she left the flat. It turns out she was right, and the dog needed a bit of monitoring.
The camera does a great job. It was easy to set up, and the app is nice and simple to use. It can stand on a table or mantlepiece on its base or can be attached to a wall or the ceiling by its brackets. It works by motion detection, it has night vision, you can set it up on Wi-Fi to view from a distance, and you can save the video to the cloud or on to a micro-SD card.
The cloud storage is a paid service with a 90 day trial.
You can move the camera manually (360 and up and down) by remote control to see different parts of the room if the camera is not already pointing that way.
It also has two-way audio. This was invaluable when my daughter checked on the dog from work and saw something in her mouth. She was able to use the app to move the camera to look around the room and saw that the dog had started to pull apart one of the sofa cushions. She used the microphone to tell the dog to ‘stop’ and it worked well enough to minimise damage while she drove home.
The 27.99 cost of the camera at time of review meant a small repair instead of having to replace the whole sofa.
I can’t compare this camera to others as I’ve never used one before, but my daughter is really happy with it and if we want another one, we wouldn’t hesitate to buy a second one of these.
I’m incredibly impressed with this little camera. For a really reasonable price (currently 27.99) you get a motion detector, wifi enabled, ready to go live monitoring camera! You do need to invest in a micro sd card if you want to be able to look back at footage recorded, but it does work without it for live view on your phone (perfect as a baby monitor or to check up on your pets through out the day). You are looking at around 10-15 for the micro sd card so take that into account when purchasing this.
Setting it up was very simple and easy and all done through an app that gives you step by step instructions. It took less then 3 minutes and we were live!
You can view a constant stream on your phone if what’s going on and control the cameras movement manually if you wish too. While viewing you can capture both videos and photos (even without an SD card) and they’re saved to the app and can be transferred to your phone camera roll.
The camera does also move on its own and tries to focus on any movement it senses as well and can spin around the full 360 degrees as well as fully upwards and downwards to the base of the camera.
The whole thing is pretty compact and stands solidly on its base when free standing, but you can also attach it to a wall with the brackets provided. Even if it’s attached to the wall though it’s easy to get the camera off the bracket and move it around if needed.
The camera also works in the dark and the night vision is great. I’ve had it set up to keep an eye on my rats as we’ve just introduced new babies to the group and it’s great to see what they get up to at night!
The whole thing comes with a long(ish) plug and lead making it easier to move around to where ever it’s needed. The wire is pretty thin too so could be tacked to the wall to tidy it up if wanted.
Overall I’m really impressed with this camera and would definitely recommend it. We’re now got a couple like it dotted around the house letting us keep an eye on all our pets when we’re not home!
Excellent value for money, struggled to set up initially but contacted technical support who were very helpful and now up and running. Picture quality is very good and happy I can now check up on my dogs when not at home.
This Rbcior security camera is ideal to have within your home to keep an eye on young children or pets.
The camera has a 360 horizontal and 110 vertical rotation view and advanced infrared night vision up to 33 feet to ensure that every nook of the house is covered even in the dark. The camera which controlled by a phone app has a high resolution of 1080p and can detect motion once there is a moving object. The detected motion is automatically recorded and will send a notification directly to your phone. The motion detection alarm can be adjusted to avoid frequent notification.
Moreover, it provides two-way audio which allows you to communicate using the camera. Alexa and Google Assistant works well with this too which is a huge bonus. The camera storage supports an 128GB micro-SD card (card not included) or cloud storage which has a 90-day free trial then comes at an additional cost.
I work long hours and have 2 dogs at home, so I like to keep an eye on them when I am out. I installed it in my hallway where they lie in their beds and its great how I can communicate through my phone to the camera to reduce their anxiety if someone is at the door. The camera has a nice black finish and looks very modern, and as for the image quality it is pretty good too.
Overall, I am truly satisfied with this Rbcior Security Camera and would say that it is a good value for money.
Having a camera keeping an ye on things for you while you’re not around is a handy thing. Previously only available for things like banks, businesses & compounds the reduction in cost & increase in technology means that they are eminently affordable even to the normal householder.
When the ” , 360 , 1080, 2.4, , , – , , & , , ” arrives it has all you need to set up a camera quickly & easily to give protection or peace of mind. The box contains the following: –
1 x Indoor Security Camera
1 x AC Adaptor
1 x USB Power Cord
1 x Adjustable Bracket
1 x Ruler
3 x Screws
3 x Expansion Bolts
1 x User Manual
.
With 355 horizontal & 110 vertically rotation, the motorised camera can cover every corner of your room. Controlled by the phone app. It has 1080P Full High-definition video quality. IR night vision technology can detect distance up to 33ft/10 at night. It has real time alerts or you can just bring up the picture on your phone to see what’s happening at any time. You can also ear what’s going on in a room & have two way conversations. Either to warn an intruder off, comfort a person, pet or baby when you cant get to the room straight away. You can also use it to monitor things like parcel deliveries or your vehicle through a window, checking on plants & thermometers in a greenhouse, guard a dorm room at university, keep an eye on an elderly relative [with their permission of course] & I’ve even used mine to keep an eye on food or appliances in the kitchen while I’m doing things in the garden or elsewhere in the house. When it detects movement [sensitivity can be adjusted] it will alert your phone/device, sending you a live stream of events. It can also save recordings to a cloud account should you wish to open one. [Free 90 days trial Cloud Storage, 14 days cycle recording] or save it to an inbuilt Micro SD card [not included] up to 128GB in size. You can expand the number of cameras you have up to 4 units & share your account details with family/friends so they can also receive alerts/pictures. The picture quality is pretty good considering the price & there’s very little lag in the audio. The unit can be placed anywhere withing reach of its power-cord, either on a flat surface or mounted on a wall/ceiling with the supplied mount.
Set-up is quick & simple, you can either use their App or add the camera to other compatible Apps like Alexa or Google which will allow integration into other smart devices as well as voice control. I had mine up & running in minutes & use it in various rooms around the house depending on my needs.
& .
The camera needs power to run so is supplied with a UK plug adaptor & USB cord. This means you can simply plug it into a wall socket & be up & running. You can also power the device via the USB slots on a computer or laptop, from a one of the various household appliances that have USB power outlet like lamps or clocks or even something like a power bank at a push though I’ve not tried the last one yet.
, , , .
You are supplied with a good mounting kit so that the unit can be permanently affixed in place. This could be on the wall, upside down from the ceiling, a shelf, banisters, cabinets… . Just take a little time to choose a good spot where you can take advantage of the cameras pan & tilt abilities.
.
The user manual is fairly well written & easy to understand & there is a customer service chat function in the App should you come across a problem you cant figure out.
Security wise its pretty good with private protocols to protect your video privacy. With double encryption of data and channel, even if hackers intercept user data, they can’t play the video.
Price wise it’s fantastic at 27.99. Especially considering all the features that are packed into the device & its easy usability. Mine has blended into the other cameras I have protecting my property externally giving me peace of mind when I’m away or to allow me to respond to or keep an eye on things when I was unable to get out off bed through illness earlier this year as I could see & communicate with people elsewhere.
Easy to set up an install with excellent pictures perfect to keep an eye on your family or your house
Pretty easy to download and link up the app.
Did take a few try’s but got there I just chose the security camera option, linked it to my Wi-Fi and it worked.
The image quality is excellent and night vision is superb.
This is perfect for keeping an eye on your pets as you can move the camera remotely by swiping your finger where you want it to go so you can have pretty much full view of a room.
Once set up on the app it will reconnect no problem after that, even if unplugged.
Niffy little design and comes with wall mount accessories.
I’ve got cameras in most of my rooms as I live alone and they make me feel safer.
You scan the QR code to download the app which will give you step by step instructions on how to set up. The set up is pretty similar to my other cameras.
There is capacity for a micro sd card if you want to use one
This one like my other cameras was easy to connect and instal. The camera can pan around when using the app which is useful for keeping an eye on my fur baby
The camera has good resolution and works nicely. It is well made and feels quite robust given the fair price.
Overall I’m pleased
I hope you found this review helpful
1. Easy to set up and install – The set up is hassle free and clear instructions on how to connect to Wi-Fi.
2. The APP is easy to use, the clear Video and Sound feedback quality are amazing and love that a night mode is included.
3. The Design and Colour is simple yet stylish.
4. Price well for the quality.
I am not exactly sure what people expect for 27.99. From my perspective, I am able to compare this system with a similar generic type indoor camera built to a similar spec costing 34.99 and my Amazon sponsored indoor blink camera set up which whilst it cost me slightly less and is smaller, does not possess all of the functionality of this camera.
Night vision is not exceptionally good or bad. To be honest, other than very high end cameras, night vision on any system is not that good. It is a similar situation regarding audio, it is acceptable.
The item
=======
Well boxed, you receive the camera, a power supply and USB cable and a quick start guide which takes you effectively to the App Store and a bracket to securely fix the camera..
In terms of build quality. At this price point, I think that it is good. The motor controlling movement is not exceptionally noisy and the manufacturer offer a three year warranty against any defect.
The camera is discreet and acquires reasonable quality images in normal light. I have attached an image taken by the camera and redirected via email to my computer – it isn’t exceptional but good enough, but remember the price!
App setup
========
Easy Peasy. it requires 2.4Ghz access via wifi. The app is intuitive and is easy to set up from scratch. Once set up you have the opportunity to:
+ Add more cameras
+. Determine whether you wish to purchase a cloud storage service or simply use the option for SD Card storage
+. Alter the viewing angle – the camera really is quite responsive to instructions from the app.
+. Multiple options to transfer images/video via email, social media etc.
+. ability to receive real time alerts on one or more handsets/tablets from the same account
+. Adjusting motion detection
+. Works with Alexa (not tested)
+. 14 days recording via the cloud.
Comparison
=========
I am passing this item to my son as our house is already covered internally and externally by our Blink system. This camera compares well in terms of image quality with the blink and other generic camera. Where it is better is that it can be rotated through 360 degrees, which the blink can’t and the app is far far better.
If nothing else, at 27.99, I think that it is a bargain.
If I am honest I was not expecting much from this at the cheap price that it is, but I am very glad to find my reservations were completely unfounded.
Out of the box you get the camera, a power lead that connects into a USB plus and some kit for mounting it on the wall or ceiling.
The camera itself is well made and looks very professional. It is easy to place and connect up. I just have it standing on my fireplace but it seems pretty easy to fix to a wall or ceiling.
Setting it up with your phone is nice and simple. It has a QR code you can scan to take you to the download page or it is easy to find in the App Store (I am an iPhone user not tested it on Android). Once downloaded you make an account and connect it to your camera and this is very easy to set up.
The camera quality itself is very good. It boasts HD quality and it certainly seems that way. The image is crisp and clear and takes in all details very well. When in the dark at night it switches to a black and white infra red mode and once again the image is very clear and bright and you can make everything out as if it were daylight, albeit in black and white.
You are able to pan the camera around and cover 360 degrees and move it right up to point at the ceiling or down to point at the ground. using the APP with a simple and easy to use control system.
It has a number of extras. There is a playback system where it has recorded. But you do need to sign up and pay for storage for this which is not something I have not done.
You are able to take a photo when in the camera and this saves to a gallery.
It also has a motion tracking and detection system. These will alert your phone if there is any movement on camera which is a good security feature if not home or in your bedroom and burglars break in. It also will move to follow the source of the moment, so if angled away and senses movement will turn and home in which is a very nice security feature.
These can be a little annoying if you are in the room yourself and whenever you move it sends a notification so it is something I plan on only having on when I am in bed or out at work. It did also focus on the TV due to the movement there so switching these features off when not in the room is fine but there may be times I forget. The APP does have a schedule system which I hoped you could use to switch on the motion detection and tracking at times, but it seems to be just for the night mode which is not that helpful as night mode can be set to automatically come on when it gets dark.
You can set this up to work with Alexa devices such as Alexa show. And it was fairly easy to setup. However when I tried to connect to the camera through the Alexa it just gave me the loading circle and never connected. I don’t think this is an issue with the camera itself however but with Alexa as I get the same issue when trying to connect to the Alexa show camera in the living room from the Alexa show in the bedroom but using the APP is perfectly fine.
overall despite a few little niggles I am incredibly impressed with this. For such a cheap device it does more than I expected, the picture quality is perfect, its features are very good and it is very well made. I had considered getting the official cameras to go with Alexa but I am so impressed with this I might get more to go in my home.
Camera is easy to set up, the live feed is about a second delay to the app. It can do 2 way audio, app is easy to use and control the camera. Really good resolution. Very good for the price.
We’re using for our toddlers bedroom to keep an eye on her when she’s sleeping. It’s really good. Better than what we bought previously which was a baby specific monitor. This is clear, responsive and works well with our phones. Would happily recommend given the value this offers.
This is great for keeping an eye on my dogs whilst out and the pan and tilt function means it can cover a whole room if positioned right, image quality is good in good light, and usable in the dark still, the audio is clear and setup was pretty easy, all in all, great value too so gets top marks from me.
Rbcior 360View 1080P WiFi Baby Monitor, Pet Camera, Security Camera with Night Vision
The Rbcior security camera comes neatly packed in a colour printed box. Inside, you will find the camera, power supply with USB lead, an instruction manual and an adjustable wall mounting bracket with screws and wall plugs. The Rbcior camera is a pan and tilt device for monitoring pets and children or for use as an indoor security device.
Setup of the Rbcior camera could not be any simpler. After downloading the Rbcior App (Littlelf) for Android or iPhone and running it for the first time you simply follow the on-screen prompts to have the camera up and running within a couple of minutes. Linking the Rbcior camera to Alexa or Google Home is made just as simple in the Littlelf App with on-screen instructions and prompts taking you through the process step by step.
The Rbcior camera has numerous features, all accessed inside the App. There is motion sensing and tracking, which you can tune to your requirements, it can send alerts to your phone to tell you when someone or something enters the area and it can also take photos and record video during the intrusion and send them to your phone or record on a microSD card (not included). You can access the camera remotely if you have mobile internet on your smartphone and you can monitor what is happening and talk interactively with whoever is at the other end. I regularly use my camera to monitor my home and check up on my dog when I am out. I have a camera in my front porch which is especially handy when I want to know if a parcel has been delivered.
The images produced by this camera are very clear with the picture giving a good angle of coverage. You have the option of HD (1080p) or SD (720p), choosing the lower definition can help to keep remote access video, over the mobile internet, smoother. The camera can also pan a full 360 degrees horizontal and tilt 110 degrees vertical. Daylight and night-time images are good, the night vision switches to black and white mode but I find as long as there is some light the images are good left in the daytime setting.
I am pleased with the Rbcior camera, it offers high performance at a very reasonable cost, the only other thing I would like to see on this camera is the ability to access them from a desktop computer.
I was rather pleased to see that this would work from a USB output.
You get a usb cable and a 3pin usb adapter
There is a small stand thing to allow it to be fixed onto a shelf and some screws to fix it with.
To use it, you must download the App onto a phone (Android or apple) or/ and onto an Amazon fire(YAY).
Once downloaded you have to sign up to it by giving an email so they can send you a verification code.
You have to pair the device with the bluetooth on your phone via the app .
Then you have to allow it onto the network so the stream can be captured to your phone.
The best way is to connect your phone first to the network and then allow the app.
In this way I was able to connect it to my mifi or to my house network
You can have cloud storage enabled but you need to purchase this option.
My phone connection using the smart camera was very flakey (old phone) so I decided to connect via Amazon fire and it was so much better faster video feed through .
There is an interesting GUI through the app.
You can control various aspects of the camera
position :left ,right, centre ,up ,down
Speak and hear via the camera’s mic
Sound an alert
Take a still
Record a video
turn night vision on and off
Turn motion detection on and off
The camera will alert you with a motion detection message and a still when it detects it.
Choose sleep to stop the camera noticing anything.
Change which network its connected to.
I think the usb connection is a brilliant touch as it means you can have it running in a vehicle from a power bank.
There is a micro SD card slot so you can record video or stills and then look back at them. It looks like they use a special format so you might need to contact the customer support to get software to play them back.
There is an operating manual that can be downloaded from their website.
So far its brilliant.
Much better with my tablet than with my phone so if your phones network connection is a bit ploddy, you might find it frustrating.
Would be just the thing for when you need to keep an eye on things on the same network you are on(baby asleep upstairs for example).
Don’t know how good the cloud thing is as I haven’t subscribed to it but that would be a way to have remote viewing when you cant be nearby.
You can have alexa view the ‘view’ by linking the app with the alexa app and asking to view camera.
