The hydration backpack is lightweight and breathable, which can meet your all day long hydration needs.

3-Liter water bladder, durable, kink-free sip tube and push-lock cushioned bite valve.

With the special thermal insulated bladder compartment, Hydration Pack keeps your liquids cool up to 4 hours to guarantee that you can freely drink ice water.

Compartments of different sizes and functions assure you can bring everything you need for a trip.

    Mesh pockets on both sides.

Zipper is durable and easy to open.

Perfect for hiking , camping, cycling.

    Good value for the money.

This small back pack / bladder pack is great for hikng or running, the bag is lightweight but made of robust materials and comes with a 3l bladder pack which can be filled with water or gin to keep you either hydrated or bladdered – I found it extremly easy to use and set up, there are holes at the top of the bladder pack where straps slot through at the top of the bag and velcro to fasten the bladder pack in place. The back pack is really comfortable to wear, the straps and the back have mesh for breathability and air flow. The bag has a number of pockets so great for carrying essentials. If you are looking for a small lightweight, well made hiking/running/ bladder bag at a reasonable price, this is well worth a try.

I have this running hydration backpack in black.
    It is waterproof.
Insert holds about 3l of liquid.
I found it well made with attention to details.
The whistle is a nice addition and is quite loud.
Zips work well and glide smoothly.
It fits also some of my stuff.
It it very easy to use and convenient when I’m cycling or on the longer trips.
I’ve used it on the trip to the Cheddar Gorge.

I found it comfortable to wear, straps are padded, soft and adjustable.

Good quality, works as it should, so I would happily recommend it.

The bag is a good quality and contains various pockets and adjustable straps for comfort. There is a whistle incorporated into the front buckle.

The Velcro straps inside the bag don’t line up with the gaps in the water bladder so it is slightly off centre, I don’t understand why they didn’t put a hole at each end. The mouthpiece is flimsy, there is no twist function to open, it is very loose and at times falls down making it liable to leak. The bag itself is great and at the price worth purchasing, it’s just a shame the water bladder isn’t up to the same standard to complete the package.

    Great bag, okay water bladde

I received this item through the Amazon Vine programme.
Lightweight dual-use backpack, the water bladder is easily removed/inserted for use as required.
As an ultralite running pack it’s large enough to hold essentials and fits reasonably well for a budget item (it’s unreasonable to compare with a brand-specific pack costing 60+) or using with the bladder inserted as a hydration pack again it’s reasonably well fitting. The water bladder has a valve near the mouthpiece, hasn’t leaked (so far!) and a wide-mouth filler that makes it easy enough to clean. Using it with the bladder in still gives you a couple of pockets available for things like keys, small first aid pouch or whatever. The “fastener with a whistle” is a joke, of course.
Priced at 17.99 I think it’s good value for an adaptable small pack. Keep an eye out for discount vouchers, there’s one for 10% off at time of review.

My mates and I are starting to organise a few different walks with the hopes of building up to a decent hike.
I got this as a bit of an overreaction to the first walk where I didn’t take a water bottle and my mouth was constantly dry. I didn’t want to take water from anyone else because it was my own stupid fault.

This is definitely overkill for short walks but valuable none the less and works exactly as I would expect it to.
It is good quality and has a large capacity.

Having completed the 3 peaks challenge using a similar pack to this I can say these are excellent for ensuring you have enough water to last for hours with enough space for waterproofs and food.
This pack is very light weight and has several storage compartments. and holds 3 liters of water which is more than enough for a mountain. I was very happy to find that at 20 stone and broad shouldered I could comfortably wear the bag with the straps loosened off.
great bag no complaints from me.
