Purchased this after having two other branded models that were so hard to use and faulty after one wash.
This model is perfect, easy to use without having WiFi and all that not needed programs that take hours just to do a wash.
I am mostly using the mixed wash. Just over an hour with most loads. It weighs the load and the wash comes out perfect.
The drying cycle takes longer than my old hosed tumble dryer. It also comes out smelling a lot fresher than a condenser dryer.
We will see how the performance is when autumn and winter comes.
So far really happy with it and hope it will last many years.

The downside was the delivery, paying extra for the item to be delivered within a time slot and to be placed into our chosen room. Delivery was within the time slot and delivered by two guys, who carried it up the outdoor steps to the communal area to our flat only to be told that they would not carry it any further (up stairs to the kitchen). My husband even offered to help the two men carry it up, only to be told they were not “superman”! Turns out my husband must be Superman, as he managed to get the washer/dryer upstairs on his own.
It looks good, is almost silent when in operation and washes impeccably. Can’t comment on the dryer function as I’ve not used it ye
Have only just received this but having used it a couple of times I am happy. The dryer is so quiet, never heard one as quiet as this, however as per many washer dryer reviews the drying time does take quiet a while and I’m not sure how energy efficient it is just yet. It’s a nice looking machine.
Low and behold it washes and dries clothes. No issues so far. Does what it’s supposed to. Watch out for the “cupboard dry” setting they certainly are cupboard dry, but if you intend on ironing anything afterwards, book a week off work! Good for towels and underwear. Don’t cupboard dry your shirts lesson leant!
Liked the quiet running and cleans well. Nice spin drier too.
So quiet, apart from the annoying jingle at the end of the cycle that lasts for 45 seconds and I cannot find how to turn it off! Quiet wash cycle for 65 mins and 90 min dry seems to get things done!
Im using it for a month now and so far I cannot complain on anything. I would say its a good purchase.
I was hesitant because of the duration of the eco wash (about 2h30mins) but hey, I don’t notice it and the clothes come out very clean so I cannot complain.
Even with using the drier once or twice a week, I haven’t noticed a change in my energy consumption after a month and a half. The bigger drum also enables me to do less washing per week (from 4/5 to 2/3) so overall I am well pleased with my purchase. The people who installed it for me did a great job (on time, left my kitchen spotless, great installation).
It is pricey but worth it for me
