The best thing I’ve purchased! I suffer with fibromyalgia and this takes the edge off the pain! It’s very easy to use!
Very easy to setup and use. Good length cable between you / power outlet.
Even on the low vibration settings you can feel it, so it works as intended, I guess I felt underwhelmed by the product. There no discomfort when lying down though if sat (or when getting on / off) and you happen to sit on one of the motors it’s not well padded.
I wouldn’t buy this product again, though it’s likely not a limitation of this item, moreso the pricerange this products falls into
I ordered this for my son who has autism and has some sensory needs. He often needs occupational therapy for calming him down.
With Full Body Massage Mat, he is happy to sleep on it and gets the vibrations he needs that calm him down. We give him this massage before going to school so that he is able to remain calm during the school time.
Does its job very well!
Once I get on it I usually don’t want to turn it off, that’s how relaxing it makes me feel after a long day, a hard workout or just on the sofa watching T.V
These are the settings I use:
1.Heat on
2.Intensity: H (high}
3. Mode: M5 or full massage.
4.Duration 30-40mins.
My husband very kindly purchased this for me as I suffer from Fibromyalgia and although I have only had this for a short while, I absolutely love it. The combined heat & massage is lovely and is the right amount of pressure as well, to make a difference but not too much to hurt. Anyone who suffers from fibromyalgia will know that nothing cures the condition but this massage mat definitely helps – I love it and 100% recommend it.
I have fibromyalgia and often feel that I need a massage. I have a Shiatsu cushion for my neck and shoulders but the massage action is often too painful. Sports massage is a definite no-no and having one every day wouldn’t be feasible or affordable even if it did work. This mat provides a massage with heat and vibration on a variety of settings. I have used it before bed every night since buying it and I have slept much better. The massage is very relaxing and provides a remedy for my restless legs. I have only given 4 stars for pain relief because it is too early to determine but if definitely appears to help. I hoping it will also assist my mobility in time. I am very happy with this product.
An inexpensive way to turn your recliner into a massage chair.
The may itself has a nice soft finish and sort of matched the sofa which was handy.
The control has a little pocket for storage and is easy to operate and switch modes and intensity as well as select an area to target.
The heat function is probably my favourite as I can use the heat by itself on cold nights bit I also find it therapeutic.
In terms of use, it’s nice for a general relax but I particularly like to use it after the gym when I have a heavy leg session or work my back
Overall this massager offers a nice soothing and relaxing experience from the vibrations, and the heat options for the back and neck are pleasant. I cannot comment on pain relief as I do not suffer from this issue. Possible product improvements might be to add moving massage balls to provide a stronger massage to target tension and pain relief, as opposed to just vibrations. Also the instructions could be improved to explain in more detail how to use the various modes/settings on the control panel M1 to M5, as it is not clear how to use these.
I’m using this product for pain relief and massage. After 1 hour I feel much better and relaxed. When I get this I want believe, that can help me after long work day. But when I try I can tell now, that’s really work’s!!!
The snailex massager is the best thing since sliced bread, it relaxes me, helps with my restless leg syndrome and sends me to sleep. I love it and would definitely recommend to anyone with high stress levels.
The quality of this item is first class and the design well thought out. My wlfe who suffers with trapped nerve problems has it set up on settee and will use it during the day and at night watching TV.
The relif it gives her is amaziing and while we realise it will. Not cure her problem it will make her day to day pain bearable
This certainly relieves all the daily aches and pains just by using it for about 20-30minutes. The heat facility is also comfortable and I would definitely recommend it . The only drawback is I find that the small discs holding the vibrating elements can be uncomfortable but my husband doesn’t so it might just be a personal thing.
I bought this item for my wife who has long term lower back problems. I was skeptical that it would add benefit as her problems are severe and lots of things haven’t worked. She has used this every day and it provides good short term relief, especially in the mornings. I would definitely recommend and great value at the price point compared to similar items. (I quite like it too!)
I’ve had this item for a few days now and wonder why I never got one before! So easy to use and with all the different modes of vibration it’s amazing. The heat feature is also a brilliant addition. I suffer with a bad lower back and this is definitely helping already. I have it on my bed under the fitted sheet for easy use. 30 minutes before bed for a good nights sleep and a quick 20 minutes in the morning to help relieve the overnight stiffness. Highly recommended
I bought this as an Xmas gift for my older (76) parents who have various aches and pains including joint pain and lower back pain. Although I’m unable to feedback their thoughts after having used it for a few months which would probably be more useful/helpful, they both tried it when they opened the gift (very easy to use – just plug and play) and said how relaxing it felt and how it would be a very useful aid to pain relief and relaxation! My dad is hoping to add the shiatsu massage pillow to help with his neck pain too so that would make him even happier I imagine!
Bought this by chance during a stressful period in my life. Lying on this every evening brought calm and peace to my body and allowed me to really relax when I felt very wound up. I would recommend this to anyone. The quality is great. The vibration allows you to come back into your body and allows calm back into your heart and mind. I used this most evenings and the timer allows me to take a short time for myself to care for myself and return to calm.
Bought this for my husband to ease his bad back. He loves it and has it on the sofa while he watches TV, he finds the warmth very relaxing and the massage helps his back ache. I have just bought another one for his brother.
Overall I enjoy this mat but I do not think it is worth the money and isn’t a patch on an actual massage.
It is slightly uncomfortable to lie on. There’s no way I could sleep on it all night. The heat function is very pleasant.
I always have it on the highest setting and do not find it that strong. It is a pleasant way to relax for 30 minutes. I use the mat maybe once or twice a month and have had it for a year. Today it stopped working and I have no idea why.

I was a bit skeptical as to whether this could help with pain relief, but after reading other reviews decided to go for it, so glad I did, I have rheumatoid arthritis and suffer with restless leg syndrome and it has really helped, the heat is lovely and the massage gentle, it makes me go to sleep every time, I would highly recommend this product.
I thought I would give this a go mainly because of the reviews. As a night carer my back really aches by the time I get home, I thought I would try one of these. I like the fact you can have heat on the neck or back or both. The control is easy to understand with various options. After half hour I felt relaxed and my back felt so much better. It isn’t that quiet on the high setting but that didn’t bother me. I would definately recommend it.
The only slight downside is that the foam is a bit thin, makes the motors quite noticeable. Well made and designed, very happy.

Gives a nice relaxing comfortable massage, the heating function is really nice, just annoying when it turns off and im relaxed i couldn’t fall asleep on it because the massage parts poke into my back, also its big so bulky to store. Other then that gives great massage so recommend

This is the second Snailax product I’ve had, I love my last one but wanted a full body version, as I loved the first one I stuck to the same make.
This full body version is just as good as my last one, if not better. Definitely appreciate the the top cushion that gently releases heat onto my neck an the rest of the memory foam pad is very comfortable to lay down on, and it’s very nice to have my whole back and legs massaged, it relieves my back, leg and neck pain and I find it extremely relaxing. I can definitely recommend this product for anyone suffering from any back injuries or arthritis as it brings great relief and it’s very easy to use. Excellent product.
I have not been disappointed with this, having tried all of the different settings.
It works best when it is laid completely flat and I am too! You do need to adjust your position so that your main touch points such as your shoulder blades are firmly against the key massage points.
My back pain and sciatica have definitely reduced since using this. Highly recommended for the price.
FOR ANYONE LOOKING FOR ASSURANCE PLEASE BUY THIS PRODUCT. I bought it for a friend and I didn’t expect much but this was so good. The different settings is so cool. However if you’re 5’5″ or up your legs will not be on the mat. My friend who is 5’8″ has his legs coming out a couple of inches from above the ankle. It’s comfortable for sure!
I have bought tons of these kind of massage chairs before and they dont do THAT much to ease my pain. No matter what nonsense they promise! I have fibromyalgia and I had almost given up hope. This product is actually quite good, I must say. Very comfortable, plus, the heat is a good level. Most of all, Good massage modes. It does the whole body from head to foot. So pleased with it. I combine it with Hemp gel and the pain is drastically reduced.
Arrived quickly bought for daughter..bigger than thought but she is5’11” said was too short for her..unfortunately triggered off her sciatica..so returned

I have the Snailax massage chair which I was very impressed with, but my wife has a curved spine and could not use it comfortably.
This being flexible seemed the ideal solution for her, so far she has used it in her reclining chair with some success but she gets most benefit when on her adjustable bed. She drifts off with a relaxed look on her face and definitely feels better afterwards with the combination heat and individually selected massage points with the three vibration intensities.

The thing I love most is the ability to target areas to be massaged, plus the added heat element as a boost. It also knocks me out so I sleep well.
Got this for someone with sudden-onset bad lower back pain. They are seeing an osteopath which is helping and I got this to gently massage and heat their back without being too vigorous. It’s great. Very gentle and relaxing. They only use Mode 2 (the others are a bit annoying) and the heat and it’s helping. I also tried it, and fell fast asleep. Great purchase!

I have bad lower back pains for few years and a bad posture. Thought I should try this out to release some tensions on my shoulders and lower back. At first I thought it wouldn’t do much as the nodes just vibrates rather like a shiatsu massage.
When I first used the product it wasn’t too harsh for the first time, I wanted something stronger. After a while, I started to feel nauseous, which I discovered that it is normal, especially for a first time. The day after i’ve used the product the area that was targetted was slight sore, which I think it’s a good thing, it means the massage mat works!
This mat was so comfortable, arrived quickly and was very easy to use. The heat was good and I could feel it through my clothes. The vibration was good and I did feel benefits from the use.
This is very easy to use & very comfortable. It is really relaxing my aches & stiffness seem to go after using the mattress. Would reccommend to anyone with a stiff sore back.

This is good to relax your muscles after a long day at work. The heating works perfectly and is very easy to control all modes via the remote. Comfortable to lie down on too.
I have Parkinsons and my bones frequently stiffen. Using this massager has helped to alleviate this a lot. It good for pain in the joints. Love how easy it is to use. Others have said its noisy but to be honest I haven’t found this … all I can hear is a low hum. My wife uses it as she has Arthritis in the hip and this helps with the pain and loosens it up. Really glad I bought it.

Such an amazing thing for relaxation! The material is soft, nice to touch, it gives a feeling of being on a little cloud. In addition it has a few settings of vibration also can be with heating on/off.

I really like.this product. Its comfortable to lie on. Combining the massage functions with the heat function is sooo relaxing. There are various combinations for legs, back, etc and it’s nice to change between them for a different experience. The only thing that I think would make it better would be if there was some way to massage the neck – maybe by adding something to the pillow for example but other than that am.realy pleased with the mat.
I have a condition called rheumatoid arthritis which is very painful and I’m always with a hot water bottle. I came across this by accident but it actually the best thing I’ve ever bought. It’s relaxing which helps me sleep better and it really helps with the pain.
Arrived quickly and packaged well. There is an electrical plug to connect to the mat but then its ready to be plugged in, turned on and it works with no problems. I like the remote so I can choose where on the body I can massage, the heat intensity and the speed of the massage. After use there is a pocket on the mat to store the remote. Once the massage has finished, choose own length of time as there is no timer on it except it stops itself after 30 minutes, the mat can be folded up and there is a belt to hold it in place for easy storage.

I have been getting very tight in my lower back recently. I read a lot of reviews on this and decided to give it ago.
At first I thought it wasn’t hot enough and the massage settings needed to be stronger but after 10mins I was pleasantly surprised. My back felt better than it has done in ages, and I felt generally relaxed.
