far easier to use than a conventional ladder,lightweight and very sturdy
Pretty awesome bit of kit to have around the house or keep in the car/van. Heavier than I thought it would be but that’s probably a good thing in a ladder as it adds to the sturdiness… which is what you want when 2-3 feet off the ground. I bought it specifically for accessing the roof bars on the camper van so the shorter version was ideal but I’ve also used it for jobs around the house and it’s so much easier to manoeuvre than a regular ladder. It’s not a cheap option but well worth the money as easier to store, use and just as capable as a regular or folding ladder.

Great for going in loft and for outside use.
The only issue is that it’s quite loud when you collapse the steps to put away and you have to collapse some of the lower steps before some of the higher steps but once you knowz it’s not a big deal

As described. Folds away neatly in our airing cupboard, just take it out and extend it when we need to access the loft. Feels sturdy.

A little bendy at full extension – but then I am 15 stone – but excellent purchase. Great price. Easily collapsed, easy to store under the stairs – a good option if you need a long-ish ladder in my opinion.
It was very good to begin with but the last month or so it’s started to break now it’s really hard to full out and put back down and I’ve only had a few months
Light weight and easy to carry around the house, I hate ladders in general as I am always denting or scratching walls when I use them internally, these on the other hand can be carried without catching anything. Once extended they are very sturdy. Getting the ladder to retract was less easy and you have to be very careful your fingers are well below the falling step as they come down very quickly. I am very happy with this addition to my ladder collection and chose alloy for lightness.

I bought this item to use without anyone helping me. the first time i used it i had help just to be safe. excellent product, very strong and a great addition to my tool box. highly recommend. 10/10
I bought this ladder after borrowing my brother in laws purely for the practicality of it. It’s so easy to move, erect and dismantle, it takes up barely any space (essential for us) and is sturdy, especially on the lower end.
Overall it’s a great ladder and I’d highly recommend it.
Some considerations would be:
– the wife struggles to fold it back up because of the resistance of the clips.
– it’s a bit wobbly on the top end.
– there’s no top end support so if you are using it for something like 3-4m high, you need to be careful &/or research how to support the top.
– on the dismantle, the sections kind of get stuck one up of the one you’re lowering, so there’s a bit of a knack to it.
– there’s no bottom end support so for higher work need to stabilise the bottom.

The negative was it’s a bit of of a finger trapper if you’re not careful, I was ok as I’ve these sort before and wearing safety gloves is a must to someone using it for the first time,
Overall really pleased
Initially I was a little sceptical at how sturdy the ladder would be when I first opened the box, however was very impressed at how well made it is and how easy to extend/retract it is. When climbing the ladder, I feel very safe and secure. I’ve used it to get into the attic, prune a tree and tidy up the top of a wall – a testament to how portable it is when retracted. Worth the money, esp if you’re looking for something to hide away in a cupboard.
I’m finding that the various sections of the ladder are actually really useful as I can get the ladder to exactly the right height I need. I’ve had it fully extended too and didn’t have any issues with sturdiness or stability. The legs don’t move around on the ground and it’s nice and weighty.
My only issue with it is when taking it down. In order to get a section to collapse you use your thumbs to press in two ‘switches’ on either side of the ladder which release the section above them. For some reason, I find that this doesn’t always work. I find I have to collapse several layers above and then am able to collapse a lower one. Not quite the way I envisaged it working.
Surprisingly sturdy and feels stable. Easily stored and erected but watch your fingers when closing. Can recommend

Easy to use and setup. Great for transporting and easy to carry. When climbing it feels a bit shaky but that might be me cos im not use to long ladders. When climbing down and not fully extended the last rung will have a bigger drop… but I’m guessing thats true for all telescopic ladders. However not had any problems. Easy to collapse without catching fingers if u do it slowly and carefully. Gotten quite used to that now. I recommend this product. Good value too.
It also has much more flex when you climb up it, it flexes quite a bit as you climb up and down it.
On the plus side it’s easy to store away as it takes up virtually no space at all. You do have to remember to open the ladder from the bottom up though or you end up with a huge step at the bottom if you only want to get up something not quite so high.

Bought these to use indoors to reach tall windows and ceilings (although outdoor use is also applicable). Heavier than I thought they would be but that makes them feel studier and we’ll made. For the first time in years I was able to reach tall ceilings easier than traditional ladders. Easy to store.

great price and I am very happy with the purchase. Its easy to move around the and the variable length is great for getting into tight spots. You do need some technique to keep your thumbs out of the way when collapsing the ladder but you soon pick this up!
