I am very pleased so far. Being use to old mowers, I was a little perplexed at first not having an adjustable throttle and there being a safety dead-man’s handle, ie the engine stops when you let go of it to empty the grass box but I suppose the powers that be have deemed it inappropriate for the general public to be trusted without these safety devices and throttles apparently far too complicated for the modern amateur grass cutter. However the mower started easily out of the box and has continued to do so ever since. It runs very well, albeit at one single engine speed, it copes with my relatively uneven lawn and makes a great job of it. The grass box is a good size. Overall I’m very pleased.
Wasn’t sure what Webb was going to be like. Bought it as it had a B&S engine.

Bought it mainly for mulching and found out it also has a wash port which they don’t mention so that was a bonus.
Very easy to push if needed rather than using self propelled mode and easily manoeuvrable.
Really good product.
Delivery predicted very soon after order and actually on time so this was pleasingly fast.
Expected to assemble, but this was mostly already done and folded neatly into the box. So instructions meant checking rather than doing but that made it easier as instruction photos were not good and did not match the actual model features – I would guess that Webb have to source different dip sticks whilst the pandemic has made supply chains rather erratic. So fair play to Webb – they have got their product out.
Once we worked out where the fuel primer actually was the mower started on third pull and has remained a good starter since
Great little mower coping with a medium sized but quite rough lawn very well. This was why we chosen the larger drive wheel option. Overall I am impressed and would recommend this mower.
Great mower. Mulch function works really well. Minimal assembly. Was up and running in no time. Easy start. Just a great mower for the money. Delighted with it.
A really superb mower which does a great job. It would have been useful to receive an appropriate plug spanner with the mower, as my experience with previous (not Webb) mowers has been difficulty finding a spanner of the correct size and ‘reach’ for basic plug cleaning.
Arrived well packaged, easy to assemble, instructions are straight forward. Comes with engine oil, I didn’t realise this so purchase some Briggs and Stratton oil from Amazon. I’ve never owned a petrol mower before but this made light work of the lawn, miles better than the qualcast electric mower I have!
It’s slightly heavy so will give you a pleasant workout. The drive function makes mowing the lawn effortless. I’m a novice at lawn maintenance but this along with YouTube will make it easy for years to come.
Also comes with the washport you attach a hose to and turn on the tap and it cleans out all the grass in the blade area, smart idea!

The mower not only arrived quickly it was straightforward to assemble and came with a bottle of oil. Once assembled it started easily and the lawn got a treat with a very neat haircut. Lovely machine; most impressed.
Love love love this mower. This is only my second petrol mower, the first was a McCulloch and I thought that was great but this mower is so much better. I don’t use it with the grass box on, using the side vent and my grass looks amazing since all the goodness goes back into the lawn. Starts every time. Highly recommended
Hard working little mower. Extremely easy assembly. Tackles my large garden well. Able to cut through long wet grass with care. Only negative is the self drive is a little underwhelming.
Good quality, easy to use – Maybe a little heavy for some people.
Just thought I’d add, we’ve just mowed the grass for the first time in 2021 and the mower is in excellent condition and started with little effort, despite months in the shed.
I’m even more positive about it after 5-6 years of ownership.

A great item With minimum assembly. Takes the physical element out of mowing a large lawn. Recommended.
