I bought this after doing some research into potable projectors. I was originally looking at the Samsung but this seemed to have the edge in the price range. Its still fairly new but so far, it seems to be very good.
The only niggle is that the Apps available are very limited. No BBC iPlayer or C4 and ITV player won’t run which is a shame. But it does have Kodi. On that basis, I’ve marked it down one star. But its a small thing. I’ll just use it with a Firestick.
The build quality is good, the picture seems very good and the sound quality is also good.
It’s a tiny bit slow for some web applications but otherwise great. Works with Netflix (even though it says that ‘this device is not optimised for Netflix’ everything seems to work fine), and also Disney+ and Amazon Prime Video. It’s a small projector so would not be suitable for bright daytime conditions but in a darkened room the image quality is great. Crashes occasionally but a vast improvement on my previous portable projector. If you want to project it on the ceiling you’d need to rig up a stand to allow it to point upwards while allowing air to circulate. Very happy with it.
