Good sturdy home work out bench. Only down side is its a bit low,I’m 6ft and the leg extension is next to useless, but a few blocks under the feet and Roberts your fathers brother. The rubber bands are extremely weak!
Bought this product for my 22yrs old son. He was very happy with it. This product is good if you don’t have a lot of space, it folds away neatly.
This product is lightweight compact and easily to move around and store discreetly. Is made of robust materials and has several different settings which are very easy to use. For the price I would highly recommend this product.
It is much narrower than I anticipated. While I may be a stone overweight, I am not huge, and it is not as wide as the weight benches I have traditionally used. However, it is ok and does not stop me from using it. Hard to comment on the price as everything seems to have gone up but traditionally I would have valued it at 50 to 60
Easy to assemble.
If you’re worrying about it not fitting you, don’t, i’m 6ft and there’s more than enough room i’d say 6,3 is the tallest it would fit.
A decent robust folding bench. It is sturdy enough for me at 11 stone and 5’10”. Feels more sturdy and stable than some benches I have encountered in hotel gyms. I feel secure benchpressing 50kg on this.
When in use it relies on three sturdy pins to lock everything into place. Remove the pins, and it folds down in seconds.
Back rest doesn’t lock at 90″ which is a pity, but otherwise it all feels comfortable, sturdy and supportive – which is all a bench has to do really. (It looks quite nice as well which is a plus).
Item is well made but one cannot escape the impression that it is somewhat unsteady and small for a 80KG 5’9″ guy like me. Same price and 1 more inch each side of everything would have made this product superb and worth five stars.

Easy to assemble and fold up. Bench is a little higher then I’m used to by only a couple of centimetres. Seems sturdy enough but could do with some sort of frame padding where the seat frame meets the backrest frame. Some of the backrest padding stitching is a little loose already although this hasn’t made the stitching come away, yet! For the price a good piece of kit and a welcome addition to the home gym.

Not sure about the bands though, good idea but definitely look at the design of band mounting for stronger bands and add better higher resistance bands.

Hard to find a bench that deal with this amount of weight for this price but this is sturdy without weighing a huge amount, use it most days and am impressed.
The round pads to hook your legs in are soft but firm and comfortable against my legs leaving no marks when I am done.
This bench has made doing crunches easier for myself and am really enjoying working out again.
Down side
The resistance straps that are included are quite weak but would suit a beginner, however a set of good straps can be found for as little as 15 depending on your level of fitness and strength.
Overall am very happy with the product and would/have suggest it to friends and family.

Great bench, easy to assemble, love the product – just a shame it was shipped with Hermes and delivered to wrong address so I had to spend 2 days finding my package elsewhere. Other than that though I love it.
This purchase was perfect, easy to assemble, instructions made sense, works great, to be honest if it didn’t I would be upset, it is after all, just somewhere you lie down on.
The stretchy thingy ma jigs are useless, you may as well tie some rubber bands on there but it didn’t make any difference to me.

Item is very quick to assemble and folds nicely taking up very little space. Great quality too especially at this price. Problem with the order as it was lost/delayed but the customer services of the seller is prompt and courteous to resolve it.

It was easy to set up and the instructions were clear. I’ve had a go on it myself and it’s very comfortable. Folds away for easy storage which to me is the best feature about it as I dont particularly want it in the way when not in use. Great for a home workout since the gyms are shut. There are loads of tutorials online showing how to work different parts of the body and how to utilise such a bench.
This fitness bench is very strudy. I lime it as it is easy to use, and easy to clean. It has a nice foam cushions made of faux leather and it is brilliant as they are just wipe clean. There are several levels for different exercises. It is compact and easy to store.

I was a bit nervous to buy due to some reviews but thought I’d give it a go.
My partner is 6ft 4 and very big built. He loves the chair and used it most night during his workouts. It’s nice and strong and can hold any weights your doing.
He mostly praises the back drop of the chair and says it’s great how it back seat has lots of levels to adjust it to depending on the type of workout your doing.

However, and its a big however, the bench is assembled by two bolts and three pull pins. To fold it you have to take all three pins out, the bench then folds but not into a stable fixed conformation.
Carrying it is then a two handed effort and you have to store the pins for reassembly or refix into the folded frame.
The bench is otherwise OK but perhaps flimsier than I would have liked.
Great product. Arrived quickly and sits well in our son’s bedroom without being too big! Feels very sturdy and he’s been able to expand his exercise routine now he has this bench.
Brilliant product at a very competitive price. Does everything it should do. One of the main factors that made me purchase this product was the fact that it easily folds away. I didn’t actually think it was possible to have something that is so simple to fold away and put out again. It has 3 pins which you simply pop in place when the bench is out and when you are done you simply pull them out and the whole thing folds up. Used it a couple of times so far and I’m very very impressed. Good strong build and super comfy. Helped me do my daily sit ups to work on my core, plus a variety of dumbbell exercises.
I ordered it for my home use and received it in no time.

I like to do mostly dumbell workouts and for that purpose, this works mostly fine, but it’s a little too lightweight for certain exercises, where it moves too easily on the floor when i’m trying to get into position.
Other than that, the build quality is excellent. Assembly took less than five minutes.

Excellent piece of kit, came sooner than they suggested. Sturdy, comfy seat pads, easy to assemble. Packs away in my 1 bed flat well also, which was a big factor for me when choosing a bench. A great solution all round for any home gym.
I use it for general fitness and so the 330lb capacity is not really a problem for me but can imagine that if you are a true body builder, then this may not be the bench for you but then would argue that this is reflected in the price.
Overall, very happy with product and delivery was within five days – even during lockdown.

2) Doesn’t fully straighten for shoulder press
4) All the same width throughout- would be better if it narrowed near top of shoulders
3) Price- they are continuously increasing the price. I paid 100 which I think was overpriced. Reasonable price would be somewhere in the 60 range max
4) Would be better if the the mechanism to raise the bench was as per standard gym benches I.e. bracket with holes in to adjust
Overall: Good bench, worth a purchase but you get what you pay for in this price range. Probably the best of the bunch in terms of what is available right now. Considering gyms not likely to open for a few months yet worth if you have the money and need a bench that will store away go for it! It’s not gym level standard but it’s better than nothing!
Obviously at this price and requirement to fold – there are compromises.
The back rest does not incline up to 90 degrees, or anywhere near.
The bench will take my weight (100kg) but is a little flimsy
The included resistance bands are of no value due to the total lack of resistance.
If you really must have a folding bench due to space requirements, then this bench is a great choice

Great foldable bench which only takes up minimal space. Seems sturdy enough for medium to heavy weights. Has a slight decline setting which many do not have, which is a big plus.
Looks stylish with the red trim and is easy to wipe down after use.

As advertised. Adjustable and portable. Not as sturdy as you would find in a gym, but it’s perfect for home and to expectations. Would definitely recommend to anyone working out at home.

I can’t touch the floor with my feet when lying down though (I’m 5’2) but the foam foot support means I can put my feet on them and work out okay.

For a home gym bench it’s great value, it’s nothing like a actual gym bench quality or sturdiness but absolutely great for a home gym especially for the cost.
Great bench! ! nicely padded, plenty of range on the seat back positions. Some benches dont go up to upright but this one does! Sooo easy to put together…took about 5 minutes! It arrived earlier than expected and i was delighted to get to work on it straightaway. I weigh about 9 stone and its pretty sturdy. Overall i am delighted with this product after spending quite some time looking at various others which were dearer. Excellent value for money and no fees for postage!!

This product is well packaged and a little heavy when received. This bench looks great. Weight table foam is good, medium hardness – not too soft or hard. Accessories are well marked to identify the whereabouts of the parts. The assembly was simple and only took ten minutes. All you need to do is use the three pull-on parts provided and install them into the corresponding holes. It’s easy to adjust and position your abs depending on what you’re doing, because I’ve never used this type of device to do abs before, so it’s a bit tricky to get the abs in position. The two rubber bands provided can be used for biceps, triceps, and more. Note: this sport strap will break but can be easily replaced by any compatible sport strap.
I put it against the wall when I don’t use it. The storage and move is easy. You can slip it under a bed, be stored up against a wall, or storage into a close

You can adjust this to get the perfect work out. And everything on this is pretty much adjustable! Whats even better is you have all the equipment ready to start a workout out of the box. You’ve got those Elastic cords that allow for a simple yet effective workout from the provided hooks at the bottom and you can just do sit ups as well. So you pretty much have a all in one gym with just this.

It has a good range of adjustments from upright, incline, flat to declined positions which make the range of exercises possible more than enough to cover a full body work out. Its very stable with very little wobble and takes my weight with a full load of weights without complaint.
The padding is not luxuriously deep but more than deep enough to make daily work outs comfortable. The surfaces wipe clean and the foam bolsters at knee and ankle height are great for both ab work outs and reversed face down positions. The supplied resistance bands clip onto the front foot securely and give a nice option if you don’t have any weights to use.
It folds up to a compact size for storage but the bench itself is small enough that I haven’t bothered and as I use it every day I’m not tempted to.
