Ich habe das Gert vor mehr als 4 Jahren gekauft und fr die berwachung einer Bar eingesetzt. Lokaler und Fernzugriff hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Nach der Aufgabe der Bar wollte ich den NVR dazu benutzen, um mein Haus in Kenia zu berwachen. Lokaler Zugriff war kein Problem, aber der Fernzugriff auf die Cloud hat nicht funktioniert. Es kam immer die Meldung “ClOUD xxxxxxxxx (OFFLINE)”. Das Gert war an einen 4G-Router (Adriaan) von Safaricom angeschlossen. Nach erfolglosen Versuchen, das Gert mit der Cloud zu verbinden, habe ich mich an den ZOSI- Kundenservice gewandt. Die vom Kundenservice empfohlenen nderungen der Router-Einstellungen und das Zurcksetzen des NVRs haben alle vorerst nichts gebracht. Schlussendlich hat man mir die neue Firmware FWHI2104NS_20201216_NVR_K9604-W_2_7_16_0_21322230.rom zur Verfgung gestellt und nach dieser Einspielung hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Ich mchte hiermit ein grosses Lob an den Kundenservice aussprechen (Aimee&Dolores), welcher mich ber Tage lang immer zuvorkommend und freundlich betreut hat. Alle meine E-Mails, auch die bers Wochenende, wurde innerhalb von krzester Zeit beantwortet. Anhand von dieser Erfahrung wrde ich mich jederzeit wieder fr den Kauf eines ZOSI- Produktes entscheiden.

Easy to use and install. Picture quality is fantastic. Customer service is excellent. Had a problem with one camera sent a question to support and within one day I had my answer and everything was up and running within a couple of minutes. Yoyo was very professional in handling my query.

Sehr einfache Montage, Kameras werden automatisch erkannt vom Gert, man muss nichts einstellen.
Einfach und problemlos. Bild ist gut, auch bei Nacht.

Die Installation ist kinderleicht, Die Software ist sehr bersichtlich und einfach zu bedienen.
Wir haben noch eine 500gb Festplatte nachgerstet, auch diese ist im Handumdrehen montiert und eingerichtet.
Vor wenigen Tagen hatte ich Kontakt zum ZOSI-Support bzgl. Erweiterung.

Frden Preis kann man nicht allzuviel erwarten. Bin jedoch berrascht ber brauchbare Bilder und eine gute, deutsche Anleitung (kommt per mail).
Leider, und das bringt den Abzug, sind die Bleche des Gehuses sehr scharfkantig. Habe mich daran verletzt. Eigentlich wollte ich deswegen nur 3 Sterne geben.,aber der Rest der Anlage hat mich berzeugt. Die Festplatte zur Aufzeichnung ist dann schnell einhebaut. Die Antennen sind etwas gross und fragil. Also vorsicht bei hartem Umgang mit der Anlage.
Hi one of the cameras is not working. I’ve installed the remaining 3 and they all work fine. But camera no.2 is not responding. I’ve swapped the power supplies and aerials around and it still won’t work
Fitted quite easy picture was great for a while and then one camera started taking in water and trying to get the email function to work was a nightmare, in the end I had to return it for refund which was very quick and easy.
One wire snapped while fitting but apart from that great product. I think they should highlight you can’t record unless you have a hard drive (easy to fit in) really happy though
After a few issues with Amazon Delivery we now have the product. ZOSI customer services are great they keep you well informed using WhatsApp so no need to call. The product itself is great the picture quality is really good. Tried using a 4 way DC splitter however was not powerful enough so needed 4 individual plugs to power all 4 cameras. App is very easy to use you will need to adjust some settings to have remote view but overall very happy with the product and would definitely recommend.

Software ist etwas gewhnungsbedrftig aber funktioniert.
Mega Genial ist die App Zosi oder IP Pro mit der ich von unterwegs jederzeit auf die vier Kamera’s schauen kann!
Werde ich auf jeden Fall mal wieder kaufen. Dann in HD und noch mehr Kamera’s fr unseren Neubau…

Heute nach fast 3Jahren Bootet der ViedoRecorder nicht mehr und das ganze System ist nicht mehr nutzbar.
Schade, heute kostet das komplette Set nur noch 160 statt wie damals ber 300, ein Ersatzreceiver 100.
Werde jetzt auf ein hochwertigeres System gehen.
Easy to install. We had a minor technical problem but was easily resolved with technical support.
This system is easy to set up (sets itself up) with all the features you would expect from a “high end” CCTV system without the “high end” price tag.
The on screen menu is excellent and quite easy to negotiate.
Viewing on a smart phone from any where in the world is a bonus because its free, and again, once the app is down loaded, the features are incredibly easy for both playback and viewing.
You can also view on a computer/laptop by putting the cloud address in your search bar (instructions in menu on the monitor) and dadare your at home wherever you are.

Had the cameras up and running since before Christmas. They have been excellent. Only one signal booster has been required to get high quality video around my home. I work away from home and have been able to check video wherever I have been day or night. I can thoroughly recommend
This has been a super purchase for me. Just be sure you get he correct hard drive to fit into the unit.
Cameras do the job. It’s the app we have a problem with on our phones. Sometimes can log in and other times we can’t.

Die Kameraaufnahmen sind gut. Die Nachtsichtfunktion entspricht den Angaben, wobei der Kontrastunterschied, worber die Bewegung erkannt wird bei 10m schon doch etwas nachlsst. Preis-Leistung passt. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Hatte bei 2 Kameras einen Ausfall des WLAN Module. Diese wurden nach einer Troubleshooting Anweisung auch problemlos ersetzt. Die Software ist sehr einfach gehalten. Mit etwas bung kommt man damit auch klar.
Die Feineinstellung zwischen Empfindlichkeit der Bewegungserkennung und den Bereichen innerhalb des Bildes ist sehr grob. Wobei man von einem System in dieser Preisklasse nicht erwarten sollte, dass es zwischen einem Einbrecher und Schattenspielen von vorbeifahrenden Autos unterscheiden kann.
Habe das System auch weiterempfohlen.

Pros
– Easy to get up and running quickly as all of the cameras are pre-configured to the DVR.
– The image quality is great (see cons for caveat).
– Plugs straight into TV HDMI so can see all 4 cameras (unfortunately HDMI may show out of range depending on resolution TV is capable of).
– Android/iOS apps work well for viewing cameras remotely.
Cons
– While the image quality is great, a reasonable number of configuration changes have to be made to enable.
– The documentation is very poor. Should all be available from the ZOSI website in more than just German (unfortunately I don’t have a CD player capable of taking the small CD supplied).
– Mac/OSX not well supported as the web viewer requires installation of an ActiveX control so don’t expect to view in real time via a web browser.
– Email integration seems poor. At time of writing doesn’t seem to properly support anything other than standard SMTP. Even setting up SMTP with SSL via gmail proved unreliable.
In short if the software, documentation and email alert capabilities were improved, this would be an outstanding system for the price.
