Good hose (50m) but as stated in the description you will not be able to use the whole length in one irrigation run. It states “up to” 30m but I think even that would be pushing it.
That said, I set up a nice little system with normal hose and pieces of this soaker hose at strategic points with hose “repair” connectors. Don’t get me wrong, I am pleased with the purchase, just have realistic expectations of run lengths. Thankfully I can also confirm the claim that it is very kink resistant – a pleasant change for a hosepipe!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThe wife was thinking I was trying to pull a joke on her when I said I had bought a 100 metre hose pipe that’s full of thousands of little holes… as part of an ongoing irrigation project its will be perfect as it beats the hose pipe bans

Good quality and flexible; would recommend buying with pegs to put hose where you want.

We kept forgetting to water our front garden so bought this to weave around the plants and covered in bark. We use it for 20 minutes when the plants need it, and it kept them alive during the hot summer (we did not have a hose-pipe ban).

Saves standing around with the hosepipe – just turn it on and remember to set a reminder to turn it off again!

We cut a length off a regular hose to attach this to the tap so we didn’t get water leaking all over the driveway. We just connect it to the porous hose as and when we need to use it.

This is an excellent irrigation system. The water drips slowly through to the root of the plant and doesn’t seems to saturate the whole area. Flexible to position around plants making sure that the water gets to where it needs to be. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy more if I need to.

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersReplacement for a 12 year plus soaker hose pipe which I took up each winter hence its longevity. Whilst I probably should have kept as a continuous run I have split with the aid of joiners. The hose is fed from a water butt which is kept fairly topped up with house water and of course rain water. The house water is collected from taps run waiting for the water to run hot. Surprising how much water is run off before getting hot water which just went down the drain previously. I run the soaker hose for about 1 to 2 hours every evening when there is no rain due. Incidentally I also use the run off water to fill a watering can to in effect wash the plant leaves every so often, I suppose this aids photosynthesis.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersIt was very stiff so it is advisable to unroll it to remove any kinks and give it a trial run before putting in place. You will need at least 2 persons to put it in place especially with the larger size.

We used it for our flower border, to reduce the need to physically water it ourselves. A great time save
