So this is an upgrade to an inflatable pool, which with children all the way up to 18 including nephews etc, it just wouldn’t cut it.
The pool can be installed by 2 people within about 20-30mins excluding filling it up, or with 1 person, a lot of foul language and a few bruises in about 2 hours…. Best off asking for help is my now educated advise, the more the merrier.
Once installed it takes an eternity to fill from the garden hose, but it is worth it although it’s very cold on first install, it heats up pretty well on it’s own and even better if you buy a nice bubble cover to float over the top to retain any of the UK sun. It’s also really sturdy which it doesn’t feel like it would be when first installed, but the pressure of the water seems to make it a lot stiffer with a more solid feel.
Apart from the bubble cover, i’d also get a set of steps for kids as it’s quite high to get into, unless you plan on only using it for older kids or adults… Also a net and a floating product dispenser with your choice of product would be good to keep it clean, we may even upgrade and get a filter for it next year as i think this will be up every year from now on.
Pool is great for all the family including our dog who loves it. Easy to set up, took about half an hour or so.
Seems to be durable and tough material. Having this through the hot weather has been brilliant.
I like this pool as it was very sturdy comparison to blow up pools . It stud up to testing when we all jumped in from a board . Overall I’m very happy I got it over a blow up pool
The RAPTAVIS 10ft x 30″ swimming pool is a great addition to the garden for the summer. I have my Lay-Z-Spa setup for the adults and want a pool setup for the kids for summer. The steel frame is of good quality and the poles are very strong, assembly took no time at all, the pool holds a lot of water and the material quality is very strong. The size is really good and the assembled product looks fantastic. You can climb in and out without any concerns and best of all once done it’s simple and easy to deconstruct and put away for the winter. Price is fair and reasonable, quality is excellent and overall value for money is good.
Got it set up under gazebo with grass floor. Had to empty it once as place wasn’t perfect first time. Solid structure, very good material used for the main pool. Not much to say apart of this unit is cheaper then most of pools around but the quality is as good if not better. Very easy to set up by one person only. I’m planning to set solar heating and maybe solar cover to keep water warm or warm it up. So far all good
