Other than the very short lead it is ok. Very lightweight and battery seems to be ok once it is charged. It seems to take about 3 hours to fully charge.

I chose this laptop because I was after lightweight laptop, which I can confirm it is, having received it I can also confirm it is quite fast. The battery life seems quite good, as for value for money it would be hard to beat. I would certainly consider buying a Fusion5 computer in the future
This laptop is unbeatable for the price. It is light and very slim, easy to carry.
I bought this for my son as he wanted a laptop to do general things on. It has performed well and I have to add that the customer service has been outstanding when my son son accidentally deleted some installed software. Customer services assisted in retrieving but added that if any ongoing problem they would send a replacement. He is very happy with it his only moan is about the lack of storage but that was my fault for not noticing this when buying soon rectified by an SD card.
Overall very happy with the product and very good value for money.

I ordered this for my husband who is retired and just wanted a laptop to do a few things like check emails, look at websites like racing post and not really a lot more.
This laptop was perfect for this, because he doesn’t do downloads or anything I can’t comment about speed when using lots of different functions but for what he wants it, it is speedy and easy to use.
Few niggles like background noise that it emits as soon as you turn it on and the keypad is a little clunky and unresponsive at times but all in all I am happy with this purchase for the price I paid.
As long as you’re not a gamer and only want a laptop that fulfils certain requirements than I would recommend this laptop as it’s as good as if not better than a lot of other brands and a better price.

My laptop broke and I needed a replacement ASAP. Amazon actually suggested it as I was looking at various other Laptops on the site. It is a Great lightweight Laptop with such a large clear screen and simple easy to do setup method. It was the deal of the day on Amazon at the time aswell so got it even cheaper. The only problem I found with it is that the battery doesn’t last as long as I’d like it to. However, other than that I haven’t had any issues or problems with the laptop and I’m very happy with my purchase.
I wasn’t expecting much from this laptop as it is one of the cheapest I could find but it is actually amazing! It is so lightweight and thin so it would be perfect for those who commute. I needed this for remote working and it has met every criteria, I’m very happy with my purchase!

The laptop arrived well packaged and I found no difficulty setting it up even at my over 70 years of age. It has worked excellently to date. In my opinion it normally takes up to at least 10 charges and recharges of the lithium battery in any new laptop. Otherwise I have found no problem and I am very satisfied with it. Thank you Fusion5.

I’ve had this laptop for about 2 months now and can honestly say it’s exceeded my expectations. Granted, I’m an ‘oldie’ and don’t need all the bells and whistles the younger generation need for gaming etc, but as a basic machine for every day use it’s been brilliant. Definitely one of the best out there for the price. Highly recommended

Just what I wanted, lightweight, and easy to use and quite fas
Over 16 hours of continuous music playing (that’s how I tested it), and the battery was only between 30-40%.
And everything it does is so smooth…
This is my second Fusion 5 , I re ordered because of how well my last performed . It unfortunately could not handle being sat on .
So far so good. Smart looking, Fast working and clear sound. Only slight criticism, the camera quality is not so good because. I can not sign in with face recognition.

I use this laptop for photograph storage and minor editing, it is quite adequate for my needs. The images are clear and sharp and the colours are about right.

Thin, compact big screen very fast with astounding visuals, I have literally never had a clear laptop screen I commend them.
The only grievance is the RAM but I mean for this price it is still going above I just recommend increasing your RAM to 8GB then it works fine, especially since it can take 8GB of ram.
I think I this laptop is superb had it for a month now really fast operating system would recommend it to others well pleased
Great for streaming and everyday use. I’m currently using it to study COMPTIAs and it’s proving very useful. I’d be careful with the usb ports though, mine came slightly misaligned and broke the usb counterpart to my wireless mouse as shown in the attached image.
Bought this for my son to use for college. Very satisfied – for the price it’s a good little laptop and it does the job. Might get myself one too. Fab. Highly recommended.

Bought as a basic laptop for doing general bits and pieces, as my old laptop was past it and am very pleased with my purchase. I haven’t had it for long, so can’t rate it yet on battery life or the camera, but it seems to be all singing and dancing. A bit too technical for me really, but I have managed to set it up and am able to now use it for my needs. I would recommend and feel I have a bargain!

Unfortunately my laptop as developed a problem. I’ve tried to shut down but after a few minutes it comes back on.
I bought this to replace my old laptop and have to say that I’m very impressed. It was quick and easy to set up, looks smart and does all that I need from a laptop. Bought for my daughter for home schooling. Excellent value for money. Easy set up. No issues at all
Laptop is decent, nothing special but I only use it a few times a week so ok for my needs. Charger cable is short and mine broke after just a couple of months. I ordered another following the advice in the guide book but the advice is incorrect and the replacement didn’t fit. If you find yourself in the same position don’t order a 12v DC charger it doesn’t fit. I contacted fusion who advised that a different charger would be suitable and when I asked whether they would be offering compensation for my incorrect purchase they said no, which was disappointing.
Although lightweight the laptop is robust and has a nice feel when using the keys.

I got fed up with my ASUS laptop constantly crashing so was on the hunt for a new one.
After spending the best part of a week looking, I cam across this Fusion5 S14+.
I basically went on the reviews and have not been disappointed. Its light, thin and fast. Obviously the 64GB of storage is a touch small but the ability to add a SSD drive is a bonus.
I would recommend this laptop for anyone who needs a lightweight, fast, superbly priced one.

The laptop is easy to set up and user friendly and whilst a little slow to boot up when switched on, is excellent value.

One slight criticism is that the keyboard is very touch sensitive but this may be down to the fact I’m still getting used to using it.

I purchased this laptop for my creative writing. I purchased Microsoft office and installed it and everything seems to be working fine. It is a very nice laptop and very comfortable to have on my knee as I’m writing. The keyboard is very clear and all in all I like it very much. Very good value for money.

For the price it’s a nice laptop, it’s lightweight too. It does everything my daughter needs it to do ie. Times table rockstars, Microsoft teams, zoom is a bit laggy but that’s just a minor detail! All in all very happy with it and a cheap price too!
