Purchased the Fusion5 15.6 S15 N2 Full HD Laptop 6 months ago and it’s proven to be a good buy for my master’s studies. The laptop is lightweight and the Full HD IPS LCD screen offers sharp visuals.
Despite small issues with performance, Fusion5’s excellent customer service stepped in, providing useful advice on how to boost the speed. Their promptness in replacing a snapped charger was especially commendable.

Once the windows 11 update was complete the machine worked well, I had problems with the update and had to restart the process but this was a fault of windows not the computer. so far I am very satisfied with the computer and intend to use for music production only
It was so easy to set up and install probably the easiest and I’m not a tech person at my age.
After a few charges the charge port broke,received

A great value ssd laptop for day to day usage windows 11 ssd drive quick boot up nice screen, good charge rate and battery life good price and suites my needs.
This laptop is very lightweight, has a very clear screen, is user friendly and the battery life is very good. It is excellent value for money, especially if you just need a basic laptop and this meets my needs. My only criticism is that a bigger RAM would be useful.

This laptop is user friendly.the battery life is very good. I have used all day and only charged it once. Very clear screen quality and the laptop is feather wait.
I found this computer to be modern and fast using windows 11 for the first time was a breeze. I had a slight issue with the computer and the customer after service were really helpful and the issue was promptly sorted.
Considering the cost, this item is value for money . Every aspect, expectation has been exceeded. I would recommend it to anyone. I also found Fusion5 to be efficient, practical and polite.

bought this for wife to replace a dell of seven years old it looks good she seems happy with it hope it lasts as long as the dell i know very little about laptops no picture as also dont own a mobile phone
it’s because I am used to using a Dell laptop which is quite heavy. Now I have got to use it more I am convinced it was money well spent, it’s not the best laptop but it’s certainly the best in this price range that I have come across.
An improvement would be more Ram, and a better owner’s manual.
We bought this laptop as a replacement for my sons failed PC, certainly wasn’t disappointed it has a decent size screen for all his needs and is lightweight so is easily transported when he is in the move. I would absolutely recommend this laptop and the support provided.
Product arrived quickly and undamaged. Setup was easy. Surprisingly fast computer running Windows 11. One quirk, the power supply cable is a single piece and short. It’s a laptop and has a good battery, but if you want to work plugged in, best have a power strip with you.
I have been using this computer for a couple of months now and I am very happy with it. It is a very fast computer. I zoom with my client, the connection is not always stable but I don’t think that is the computers fault. Although, I get a message once in awhile that says something about using too much of the computer’s processers and so the speakers or microphone might not be working at peak performance. But it has not affected my work and I don’t think it detracts from the computer.
Bought this for my son for university. So far very impressed as I’ve not purchased a windows laptop since 2010. Very lightweight, expandable HDD and sd card. Whilst setting it up for my son,which took about 3 to 4 hours the battery dropped to 78% which was impressive. As I’ve stated in description this is the best spec for the money with the screen size and windows 11. Fusion have got a dedicated customer care service as well. Happy bunny!!

A really good fast machine for the price. I had a similar spec. HP laptop and this one knocks it into a cocked hat in all respects. If it continues to perform like this then I cannot recommend it highly enough.
The only slight negative is lack of memory but easily & fairly cheaply I added a 500mb SSD.
I like this laptop for the size, screen clarity, easy use, weight, ….it is just a good little laptop.

This laptop is very well built as other fusion product. It feels solid. Boots quickly and runs well without any glitches, it maybe not as fast as a high end gaming machine but is plenty fast enough for word processing, streaming and the like, the keyboard has a nice feel and the battery lasts forever. Perfect for home/University use.

Delivery was Swift and Laptop arrived five days after ordering. Very easy to get everything up and running . Starts up within a minute of turning it on, large screen , battery seems to have good life before I need to plug it in. Only wish the speakers were a bit loude
Received this yesterday and was amazed and how good it was for the money. I had a small issue after updating but after emailing customer services it was sorted within 30mins. I am extremely happen with this laptop for the money Definitely would recommend this laptop and fusion 5.
It is lightweight with clear, bright screen, very fast and a really good battery time so far. Windows 11 updated easily and I spent a while on a couple of things only to find both were already working in a fraction of the time it had taken to get previous laptops up and running. A mention too to Lisa at Fusion. I lost the piece of paper saying how long to charge the battery for before use and sent an email. The reply couldn’t have been quicker if she had known I was going to ask!
I always try to balance reviews so maybe the lead is slightly short but despite using for hours at a time the battery is still fine so I don’t plug in and if you had no previous experience the instructions wouldn’t help much but I expect Fusion would advise on that too as i was told to get back in touch if I needed help with anything else. An excellent laptop at an excellent price. Extremely highly recommended.
I needed to replace an aging laptop that would not run Windows 11. I saw this advertised and took advantage of the discount offered on an Amazon Prime Day. It arrived the next day. I opened the box plugged it in, switched it on and it worked (always a relief!!) I logged on with my Microsoft account and the unit then proceeded to install the latest Windows 11 updates. As per the instructions I left the unit plugged in to charge the battery for seven hours. I have not yet had chance to test all features, but the screen resolution is a vast improvement on my old machine. Just need to install a new SSD ( note there is a panel on the bottom of the unit which has to be removed to install the SSD…there are two screws covered by a sticker on mine)….
I had a technical enquiry and Fusion were quick to respond to my email.
As per the above, so far so good. Early days yet but signs are good. Very good value for money.
When I received my laptop I understood everything and that’s not always easy for me. To navigate around the page and then to me set up what was from my old laptop to transfer to new one was so simple. I would recommend this company for this laptop. Setup was simple and easy. The machine is light and thin, as described. I have had no problems with it and it has run everything I have thrown at it quickly. Bear in mind that I am using it for fairly simple home purposes and am not running HD games or anything too demanding. It has no issues with streaming films, though.
Was on the market for a new laptop for my coursework and came across this and I’m very pleased with the purchase, haven’t had a chance to fully test out the battery on it but apart from that it’s fast, nice interface with a perfect sized screen, would recommend, only downside is the size of the mouse pad is huge but still easy to use
Have ordered a tablet before from Fusion5 and was now in the market for a new laptop. Seen their 15.6 model and liked the specs and look of it along with the fact that it had been updated to the new Windows 11. Arrived a couple of days after ordering and not disappointed with it at the moment, looks good and easy to set up and get going. Will also say that I have contacted Fusion5 support a couple if times with regards my tablet and have found them to be spot on and very helpful. Only given the battery life a 4 as at this early stage I have not used it to its full potential but looks fine at the moment.
Update:
The company sent me a link to download a fresh copy of Windows 11. I refreshed Windows 11 on my PC and it’s now working fine. All the upgrades were applied without issue. Very happy with the response from the company and the Laptop is working very well so far.
I like PC but power lead cable a bit short. Problems getting printer set up but working now. User guide was wrong version of Windows and very little on PC itself. No helpline but good and quick response by email.
I needed to upgrade my ageing laptop and looked on Amazon and came across this fusion5 laptop. Looked at the specs and at the price I paid was hard to resist it came the next day. Setup was easy and having dual band Wi-Fi is very good as my router supports 2.4g & 5g and boy is it fast. Impressed with the 15.6 screen colours are sharp and true. Even though it’s only
128 gb you have two methods of expansion. Overall very happy and would recommend.
Out of the box it took quite a while to install the latest Microsoft Windows 11 version and to update some drivers and security software. At this price point it is good value for a surprisingly thin device with a full sized keyboard which is running Microsoft Office 365 products with ease. For me the keypad is a little unresponsive sometimes, but sound and display quality are adequate. Overall, good value for money.
To replace an old laptop and perfect for my needs.
Only had this a few days now but so far, so good. Purchased a 1TB at the same time and fitting it and initializing it was pretty straight forward. Bought this to replace an aging laptop that was on it’s last legs and the difference is night and day. Connects to the internet with lightning speed. The quick start guide that comes is the box is completely useless, but everything you need to know is gained from experience or Google. Never heard of this make before but so far, loving it.
It’s my first time purchasing a Fusion brand laptop, and the experience so far is pleasant and satisfactory.
In terms of appearance and design, it’s solid and traditional, in line with current mainstream.
The highlight is actually its all-round performance, which has exceeded my expectation. Even compared with other heavy-weight players’ major brands, it can hold its own ground with equal footing.
It starts up fast, runs fast even with multi-tasking. Its battery life is impressive, which lasts much longer than my previous laptops, and it does not overheat easily.
Screen quality is exactly as advised, full HD resolution to my liking.
In my opinion, the only small part needs improvement is its keyboard material, it gives you a plastic feel.
Despite that small imperfection, I would gladly recommend Fusion Laptop to my friends and family.
In conclusion, I find it strong and reliable. Overall, it’s a decent laptop by a decent maker.
