Very nifty PC – lightweight and really easy to install and start-up. Great features – is fantastic for home and work.
I bought this product just over a week ago. I have never bought fusion products before. This was my first chance to try one of their products. To be very honest, I was not sure what to expect. When I received this PC ,it was very securely packed which was good to see. After opening it was very easy to setup. It was up and working in no time. I must say the screen is very nicely crafted and it looks more expensive than the price paid. I was truly surprised by the speed and the quality of this PC. Absolutely brilliant performance from the first moment. It is very well made. I am over happy and satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommended if you are looking for not so expensive PC with all the features of very expensive price.
Compact size given the 23.8″ screen. Very fast startup with Windows 11. Good value for money. Excellent customer service. Only downside was the storage, but purchased extra memory that was very easy to install.
Like the Windows 11 but surprised the computer doesn’t have touch screen functionality.
I bought this All-In-One to replace my aging desk top pc which was getting slow to start up. Trying to follow the quick start guide was the first hurdle. Some of the illustrations were impossible to read without a magnifying glass, and there were no useful assembly instructions. Inserting the screws holding the main unit to the stand was tricky, and I dropped one screw inside the main unit, but eventually managed to retrieve it.
The final result was well worth the effort and pain, the display is beautifully crisp and clear and with very little cost and effort on the part of the maker this could have easily been a totally positive experience
Sometimes it doesn’t turn on, you have to flick the power plug switch off/on at the wall then press the power button again to turn on the pc, that’s frustrating. However once up and running, it’s fast, but at near to a 1000.00 it needs to be!!
A good machine which was easy to set up. Just a few niggles. The “on” switch is hidden underneath the screen and difficult to access. The memory is limited and needs augmenting. (I use external hard drive which is fine) My mouse had a faulty switch which was swiftly and effectively sorted by Fusion. All in all good value for the money.
Just what I needed for home , very quick , nice thin screen , already have fusion5 laptop no problems in a year . Good customer service , lovely price for what you get.

Not only was the computer easy to assemble, but it is also neat in appearance. Most important of all, of course,is that it works well and reasonably fast. A great buy.
Has every feature you could want. Screen is a very good size and the display is superb.
From the first switch on, the computer loaded all Microsoft products.
Quick & easy to use. I have three other Fusion5 products. all very good.
Previously, with another product, I had to contact their customer service,
& are very professional & gave satisfactory help.
