A very nice portable aircon unit, cools down the room nicely. It is noisy but that is to be expected. Due to the consistent noise I’m able to get to sleep with it on as opposed to a fluctuating noise which would be harder to ignore. Smart features are useful as I am able to turn on and off when not home saving energy costs. Unit did come in a damaged box however the only thing which was damaged was the hose which the seller replaced with no issues. Very happy with the product and seller.
Godsend in the heat wave and worth the money. It wasnt cheap at over 400 but it is a dehumidifier heater and A/C so i saw it as an investment for the hot weather. It gets really cold and the noise wasnt an issue at night. I love that it links with Alexa too and has a remote control.
We bought this unit due to warnings of excessive hot temps coming and it was awesome. Although there is noise I felt it was not excessive. Have not used timer and only used handset to turn on and off. Had to purchase extension extractor hose as one with unit not long enough. Not really suitable to move up and downstairs due to weight but is on castors for whichever floor you want it on. For me it did what it was supposed to do. I would recommend it within the parameters I have described above.
Great air conditioner really quiet and cools a large room down in no time at all
I like having the option of having this on when it’s unusually hot and it does it’s job well, you do find yourself turning the tv up as it’s a little noisy for me, we have it vented out of the old cat flap (no longer used for a cat) but it does come with a venting kit.
Set it at the temperature you want your room to be, we usually turn it off when the temperature is more comfortable.
We have used around 40% more electricity than usual having this on but fortunately we don’t have this hot weather for long in the UK.
Now I have had it a short while and used it I don’t know how we managed without i
Wished i had brought this ages ago. Dropped my flat from 28 to 20 in an hour. Works brill although its not very quiet. But i can live with the humm n rumble but not a baking uncomfortable flat. Awesome
It does what it says on the tin, works well cools the room. But even on sleep mode it’s very noisy. There really isn’t much noticeable difference between the three fan settings. Really don’t understand why manufacturer did make it so the fan is very slow in sleep mode.
It is so good I am considering getting a second one for another room. I had previously Trotec 2000X (7k BTU) and it was making temperature better, but not perfect, with this one (12k but model) the room is really cold, it is 28 degrees outside and I can have room cold enough to go under duvet.
Obviously it is not silent, but it makes like 30-40% less noise than my old Trotec airco
A little larger than I was expecting but still very happy with the performance
Could be a little quieter even on the lower setting, hence the 4 stars but overall a good product.
Bought this All Air 12000 BTU Aircon for a Small flat. It cools very well and works well with Google Alexa. The only complaint is that the exhaust hose is a bit short. I think it’s 3Metres & also the window kits is for sliding windows only. Other than that. All good. I’d recommend.
Great machine works really well I’ve had a few in past and been disappointed but not with this one’s performance
Purchased this to cool a bedroom that is being used as an office, probably would have been more cost effective if I had bought a smaller one. Put this on and my small room is icy cold in less than 10 minutes.
Just a note, the window extraction kit is for sliding or sash windows. If like me you have standard opening windows this creates a problem. I solved this by getting some double wall plexi glass (used in some greenhouses), and a roll of magnetic adhesive tape.
You will see from the image the end result, but when applying the adhesive tape to window and plexi glass leave at least 24 or maybe 36 hours before putting the plexi glass onto the frame (it won’t stick and the first time you remove it you will pull both pieces of magnetic strip off.)Also, don’t forget the handle wont allow the window to be closed with the plexi in place, so you`ll need to remove the plexi when not in use if you want to close the windpw fully.
TL;DR – This is a good aircon unit for a living room or a doddle for cooling a bedroom, has powerful cooling, is relatively quiet, with average form factor.
Not many reviews on Amazon for this Allair unit so had to do some Google research and ask a question of another vendor before I ordered.
Cooling – In our (large) master bedroom it takes minutes to cool down the air, we leave it on for a hour and it also cools the walls enough so we don’t keep getting that warm bake from the residual heat in the bricks. There is enough cooling capacity that we leave the door open and it cools the corridor and a bit down the stairs, the hottest area in the house.
Sound – The unit is over-specced for a bedroom – which means it runs on low fan speed more and turns on the compressor less. If you are used to a totally quiet room, It would be too noisy for most people to sleep in. We live in a busy area so it provides more of a white noise background rather than nuisance. Using the decibel app on my iPhone standing 1 metre in front of the unit it averaged about 56dB when max cooling, 52dB with low cooling, and 47dB with only low fan on. All of that is lower than than the traffic noise when the scooter went past in the first photo.
Appearance – The form factor seems pretty standard for the power of the unit and the gloss white and silver make it fit in with usual appliances. Not as ‘designed’ as our dyson fan but the colours are complimentary. Its heavy, over 30kg, but the casters rolled easily over our timber and short carpet. Wouldn’t travel over a rug so people with really plush carpet may struggle to move it around single handed.
Controls: The remote is easy to use and the buttons on the machine are helpfully labelled the same standard symbols. The sleep function isn’t that great, it’s probably trying to be too clever with the temp control. We just turn the fan speed to low and set a timer for 1 hour instead.

Just set up the 12000 Btu unit and so far so good. Great quality and easy to set up, download app and connect to the WiFi. After running for a couple of months the machine seems to struggle slightly cooling the room, the unit needs to be on a while to take to the set temperature, which it never gets to.

Unit is good for the price and does what I need it to do which is cool down the bedroom at night.
The App works fine on my iPhone 12 Pro Max and also on my IPad 12 pro, lot’s of reviews on the App Store about issues but it’s fine for me.
Can’t comment on the window vent kit as I have a vent hole in the wall.
Delivery for this isn’t available on a Sunday due to the size which wasn’t stated by Amazon when ordering so I wasted a day waiting and also missed out on a 40 savings voucher by waiting to order so it could come on a Sunday.
Had to contact Amazon to find out where the delivery was and then had to reschedule and wait in on Monday instead and missed my mornings work.
Overall it’s a good AirCon for the price considering I paid over 4.000 for 2 internal wall mounted units with the outdoor condensing units.
I opted to go for the 12.000 BTU unit as then it can be moved and used in bigger spaces if needed.
Would purchase another one in the future if required and I would recommend this to potential buyer’s.
