These are excellent shorts for exercise. I find with a lot of men’s shorts they don’t allow for the flexibility required for things like HIIT or yoga. These do. Only problem is the pockets aren’t deep enough for a standard 6″ smartphone, so if you’re going for a run (or in my case a brisk walk) then you can’t secure your mobile in them.
