Rather fiddly to set up but seems to do the job – getting system balanced to provide equal water to all plants took a little time but overall satisfied with equipment.
Love my new toy. It was a faff to set up, no way around it, but once it’s done it’s great. I’ve set it up with a WiFi switch and timer, now I don’t have to worry about going away.
It’s does need a bit of patience to set up, hot water to allow extra stretch for piping to slip onto sprinklers helps but after two months of daily use, everything still working without excess drips.
Absolutely love this and so glad I made my husband buy it!! It has made watering our front garden super easy and efficient and I will be buying more kit to do our back garden too!
It’s easy to put together although you do need a little patience as initially it is a bit of trial and error with ensuring you get the water to go where you want and not leave patches out and also because connecting the hose to each water outlet is a bit of a fiddle albeit simple.
I found that using the mister outlets was far superior to the droppers as it ensured pressure was maintained all the way along the 30meters of hose. If you use the droppers the pressure reduces significantly hence why many reviews complain about the system not compatible with standard garden water pressure – if you only need a few plants watered you could use maybe 4-5 droppers max and only over a few meters but if larger ground to cover use only the misters and reduce the amount of water they spray and you can use the full 30meters. Love the y tap too as it enabled us to use our other garden hose as well.

Wanted to expand my existing watering system and this fit the bill. Good value for money with all the alternatives in the kit. Put 8 spray nossles on one side and 6 on the other. All working well after balancing the spray of each. Kept the garden moist in the hot weather through the timer I had fitted.
I’m writing this review in summer 2022, it’s been very hot lately and my poor plants were suffering. I was going to be away for a week so I decided to install an automated watering system, I really didn’t want all my plants to die while I was away, my runner beans where just stating to flower!
Anyway it took me about an hour to install and when I came back from holidays my plants were still alive!!!
In my case I have quite a large roof terrace and used maybe 25% of the hose and drips. This set is big enough for a considerable garden, it comes with everything you need apart from the timer if you want to make it automatic, you can still use this set and just open and close the tap accordingly.
It took about 40 minutes to install. Because there are many different flowers and fruits in our garden. For these, I needed to extend the hose, organize it, and be able to put it in the right places. Because we had to give water to each plant as much as it needed and we had to water it correctly. The setup was ready and I ran it, everything was as we wanted. It’s like a small greenhouse.
Thanks to its different heads, we can water every plant as we wish. There are nozzles that squirt water, nozzles that divide the water into several different paths, and circular nozzles. It’s been great for strawberries, watermelons, our little trees and flowers. On very hot days, we use the spray model so that the flowers do not fade or dry out. In this way, the flowers did not dry out even in very hot weather.
My mother is happy and relaxed. She has a great helper to water the flowers.
Once set up for our hanging baskets the set does an excellent job.
The hose definately need warmed up a good bit to get them to fit firmly over the pipe connectors…otherwise they will just pop off under pressure. I set the flow on the ground after they were all connected so they all distributed the water evenly.
Time consuming to set up. I found the best way was to dip the micro hose into a bowl of boiling water then attach one of the drip feeds. Once it’s set up it does a great job.
Setup can be a little fiddly but this set includes everything you’ll need to have a completely functional irrigation system. You want spray jets, done. You want drip watering, done. Pegs to secure the tubing, done. It’s an all-in-one set and I had the whole thing done in about 1.5 hours (slightly OCD like).
Connect to the outdoor tap, 10 minutes later, the whole garden is completely watered and during a recent dry spell kept everything looking lush and green. Really impressed.
