This vacuum cleaner is so easy to use. It’s light and manoeuvrable being able to get in to hard to reach places. The suction is great and that is just what I need having a house cat who sheds quite a bit. The light is useful too. It is easy to assemble and the battery lasts ages. Overall, I am delighted with this cleaner and the price is good too.
I agree with all the other positive reviews, e.g. Lightweight, Powerful Suction, long run time and a very useful light. However, what has really pleased me is the level of customer service. Entirely through our own fault we lost some of the accessories. We emailed the help line and within a very short period of time the support desk had replied asking for more details. Once supplied the team then committed to replacing the lost accessories at no charge. That is phenomenal customer service and well above my expectations.
This hoover is very handy, I can hoover everyday thrn plug back in to charge. Its light weight and has a swivel head it also has 2 attachments for stairs or smaller spaces. It comes with a spare filter so you can wash one while using the other, would really love if it came with a spare battery
As I am disabled this is just what I needed. So light and you can get into places other vacuums can’t. Would recommend this stick W100 vacuum for anyone especially people who have disabilities.

I purchased this cleaner to replace an old Dyson which now requires an expensive battery. I have found this model, even after a short use time, to be light and easy to handle. It has good suction power, a quiet motor, and is easy to operate around the house, even for an elderly person such as myself. The battery is easily accessible and the blue charging light is helpful, as is the LED lights on the cleaning head. It comes with several tools and I find the colour scheme attractive.
I wasn’t sure what to expect with this but it’s fantastic! Most impressive is the noise – it’s much quieter than it’s more expensive dyson equivalent. Customer service is top notch also. Great product at this price point.
Easy to put together out of the box, clear instructions, have some back problems so got this as a back up for upstairs, was pleasantly surprised by just how well it whizzed around, also very lightweight for using to get at cleaning wall vents and ceiling corners. Happy with it.
I just received my vac today, so have only just assembled it, I’m unsure how long it takes to charge the battery as there is no light to say green is fully charged.
I wanted a new handheld hoover due to my daughter’s constant ability to put more of her food on the floor than in her mouth. I have not been in any way disappointed with this purchase, it has been better than I expected in every way. It really is lightweight and rotates and moves into nooks and crannies brilliantly. It even comes with a little light when you have the rotating brush element on. It has a good battery life and extends and contracts really easily. A great buy!
Things I like: very lightweight to hold, the attachments are easy to get on and off, the light is super useful, it has an on/off button (as opposed to a trigger button you need to hold down the whole time), you can charge the vacuum or you can take the battery out to charge it on its own, very easy to use, it’s good on hard floors and in the car. The battery also charges quite quickly and the run times feels a good length.
Things I don’t like: the suction is good on hard floors and it does a good job in the car even with pet hair but I’ve found that it doesn’t do a brilliant job with pet hair on carpet in my house. It does ok on carpets for a quick vacuum but I don’t think I could use it as my only hoover as it just won’t get carpets really clean.
For the price it’s a decent cordless vacuum I think.
For the price this is a great machine. Suction suits my needs & is better than others in the same price range. Comes with a spare filter which is great. The aftercare service was outstanding checking that I was happy with my purchase twice after receipt & full details of who to contact if I experience any issues. Overall great for the price
This cleaner is a joy to use. It is light and very manoeuvreable with lights on the front. No cable to restrict movement, attachments that are easy to use and a filter that is easy to clean once I got the hang of detaching the cylinder.
Does exactly as it promised. Easy to assemble with wall mount. Although in my opinion it wouldn’t be as good for pet owners

Was really pleased with the suction. I used it on hard floors, sofa, skirting boards, getting onto tight crevices. I was very happy with the length of time on the battery. I managed to hoover two bedrooms, shower room, bathroom, lounge, kitchen, behind radiators in every room and I still had enough battery life after 20 mins of cleaning. This was the 1st time of using so I don’t know how long the charge will last but I was happy with the time I took to hoover without it running out. Easy to use and lightweight. So not heavy to carry around. Great to have also the hoover comes off so that I can use it to hoover my car. Very pleased with the quality and good value for money.
Good product,so far have not needed to re charge the battery,as only used it a few times ,but is giving good results considering it is battery powered.
This hoover is vastly superior, not just to my old cheap one but also the ,Suction is great and the anti hair wrap thingy actually works! It comes with all the usual attachments and the small brush head has been really good on stairs and the carpets in my car.To store it, this one folds in half and stands up on its own. Battery life is good and it cleans my entire house on one charge.
So I’ve been wanting a cordless stick vacuum for ages. I have a couple of chronic health conditions including fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue and often struggle with my usual vacuum. I always looked at the big brand names for superior quality but they were beyond my price range. I saw this one in deals so decided I’d give it a try. It was inexpensive and to be honest I thought it’d be ok but nothing spectacular . I planned to use it upstairs , so not really heavy use , but at the very least it would save me lugging my other vacuum up the stairs and swearing every time the cord got stuck.

It was already charged so within 10 minutes I’d got it up and running . All very easy to do.
It’s a quality product. I am quite amazed. The parts slot together easily and seem robust . It’s extremely quiet which made me think it wouldn’t be powerful enough but actually it hoovered up all the bits by the side of my bed within seconds. There’s also a switch to increase the suction but I didn’t need to use it. The vacuum isn’t cumbersome at all – lightweight and absolutely perfect for my needs. In fact because it was so easy to use I did my bedroom and my son’s bedroom within 5 minutes. Usually I get exhausted from vacuuming due to my illness but I didn’t even break a sweat .
I’ve just put it on to charge . Initially I removed the battery pack from the holder and was a tad worried that there was no obvious charging light. The bit I hadn’t read in the manual was that if you charge it in the holder there’s a flashing blue light – which becomes solid once fully charged. So I popped it back in the holder and voila the reassuring charging light.
Genuinely extremely impressed with this vacuum . I have a Shark corded upright downstairs as my main vacuum ( which cost considerably more than this one) which does what I need but this one is just so much more practical . I’m going to keep this one for upstairs, use the heavy duty Shark downstairs , and I’ll be interested to see how long it lasts .
Would absolutely 100% recommend both the seller and the product .

It charges quickly which is great and was easy to wall mount near a plug socket. I also like the light on the carpet head which is ideal for vacuuming under sofa’s etc.
At the moment I am not using it with the HEPA filter in, but plan to add it in when my hay fever gets bad. It says it charges in 4hrs, however I found it to be closer to 3 which is great and the different suction strengths are good for different surfaces.
One added bonus is it isn’t that loud so it doesn’t startle the Cat!
Great hoover does the job, great suction. Nice and compact. The lights at the front are amazing for under the sofa and dark spots. Picks up all the dust that you would normally miss.
