The instructions are a bit sparse – it doesn’t tell you what all the various heads are specifically for, but a there’s plenty on Youtube to tell you exactly how to use it for each ailment or general massage. Only had it a short time but it’s all good so far. Very good value I think.
After one charge I have been using it after gym for about 3 times 30min each time and the battery is still showing 90%. I really enjoy the diversity of the heads as well. The price to quality ratio is one of the best I have seen on amazon. Thanks for helping me to take care of my muscle pain!

so after 20min using it on my whole leg with the knee injury the pain relief was amazing my calf and thigh was not knotted up and stiff anymore and most of the pain had gone except for the knee joint well it can’t produce miracles but it help me and just for info there’s no need to strip down can be used over clothing you get the same result.

It comes with two manuals one for product, the other for muscle therapy.

Wir hatten davor zum Testen von der gleichen Firma die mit 7 Geschwindigkeitsstufen, die war eindeutig zu laut und ging zurck. Die 30 Stufen sind nett, da kann man schn variieren. Alles in Allem eine echte Kaufempfehlung. Mchte das Ding nicht mehr missen. Vor allem kann man richtig intensiv verspannte Punkte auf dem Rcken massieren und dabei auch noch fest aufdrcken. Hoffentlich haben wir lange Freude dran.
