My old lawn spreader had worn out. I was pleased to see the design had improved from my old one. The axle turns a blade axle inside the hopper keeping the contents loose.and the output is controllable with a moveable panel to vary the size of the holes releasing the contents. I like it.
Simple design, easy to assemble and easy to use. I had my lawns treated in no time with an even distribution of lawn fertilizer and no overspill on surrounding paved areas to clear up. Can’t believe I waited so long to get this garden essential.
This was used for lawn weed killer. The movable part has to be almost closed to ensure the weed killer doesn’t just drop through in a lump.

Easy to assemble. Awkward to balance when filling. Seed distribution was still a bit inconsistent despite different width hole settings.
