To be honest, I find this scooter quite handy to move fold and ride comfortably. Most amazing part their customer service any types of problem occurred they try to understand patiently and provide the best solution in favour of customer. Then I could rely on them for my scooter service.

Originally bought a used one of Facebook which unfortunately died because the seller had botched it to work but when it was working it was brilliant. Being a rear wheel drive on this scooter it can slow down on a hill but front wheel scooters the motor tends to go quickly as it takes a battering. Was very easy to assemble and it’s well put together. Does the standard 15 mph and reaches it very quickly. I would recommend practicing with the brake as it can be a bit sharp. All in all a great scoote
After a few months from buying the scooter it flashed E5 and stopped working. Luckily thou Catherine from customer support has been very helpful and understanding keeping me on the loop of every step of the repairs.
After about a week my scooter was shipped back to me and worked perfectly. Absolutely recommended!

I bought this scooter back in September for travelling to and from university and would say it’s accurately advertised. I had some issues with my first one and so contacted customer support, they were very helpful and arranged for a replacement to be sent. Ive had no issues with this new one.

When I got it got it all together really easy but the front light dosent work so had to buy some light to go on it and when ever ride on anything bumpy on road or path the bar just rattles been nothing but a pain since I got wish there was away to get my money back

The scooter itself is excellent, very well built, takes a few minutes to assemble with a very well designed folding mechanism. It has the power to reach advertised speeds without a problem on flat ground, and the brakes are strong. I did have a problem with a faulty charger, however the customer service I recieved from Katherine was excellent and we were able to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend!
Bought for my 10yr old son’s birthday. He absolutely loves it. Very sturdy and the 3 speeds is perfect for him whilst he gets used to it. Accelerator and electric break work very well. If it’s as well made as it appears to be it should last him years.
Initially the scooter came with a faulty battery, after contacting the seller they took it back and fixed the issue quite promptly. Their communication was really good and the Scooter now works perfectly. I purchased the scooter for the distance and have Scootered 10 miles a few times into work on the one Battery charge. Its a good sturdy build, good speed and a comfortable ride ride. 100% recommend this scooter and seller.
This is a great scooter. I have become very unfit and thought this would be an easy way to become fitter. Took it out and started to scoot, I like the way you can scoot along without any power, just like when I was a kid. Once I got my balance I used the motor. What can say, just love it! A lady nearly 60 using a scooter! GO FOR IT.

It would be really nice to have some kind of shock observers, as its quite bumpy on rough surfaces, plus the top speed as advertised is not what you can get from the scooter even on straight smooth service. max it goes up to 17kmh otherwise good scooter for local runs
The scooter came with a faulty battery, we contacted the seller & they did everything they could, got it sent back to be fixed & reassured us it would be done within a timely matter. Their communication with me was fab, they kept us with updates & made sure we have now received it back. We have it back now & is working perfectly. 100% recommend this seller.

The scooter is great . The battery holds charge very well . The build is robust and rides well. The only thing that could be better in my opinion is the headlamp . It isn’t bright enough .

Easy to put together feels good to ride but took a little bit of getting used to as I was used to a brake lever rather just a little button for the brake . But used to it now great buy use it every day
So this was bought for my partner to get to work. It’s about a mile from where we live, and seemed a cheaper alternative to going by car – fuel, parking costs etc.
We’d read reviews previously, and had tried out different scooters. What we liked about this one was the honeycomb wheels that don’t puncture (after her brothers scooter suffered a puncture). Additionally all the wiring is hidden away unlike other models we’ve seen.
The footboard on this is similar to that on a skateboard, much sturdier than the plastic used on other models. We also like the push button breaks and accelerators, making it easy to stop and start. It is also the perfect size to fit in the boot of the car when folded down – so it can be easy it stowed away if required.
The charge last enough to do several journeys to and from work, and the scooter has reached speeds of 16mph. More than ample for commuting.
On average the journey takes 7/8mins – much less than the 15 it can take in the car when traffic is at peak.
If there’s any down side to the model it’s that it is fairly heavy, not so heavy you can lift it into the boot – but some people (children especially) may struggle.
Now if only I didn’t work from home I’d buy one too.
Firstly, this is a push to start scooter. You need to get it to 5km/h before the motor kicks in. This cannot be changed. When the motor does kick in, acceleration has a 1 second delay, then is quite good, and gets to the top speed of 16mph quite quickly.
The regenerative brake is on the rear wheel and is surprisingly good, and will bring you to a complete stop- something my older scooter did not do. It is very sensitive and worth practicing. It also has a rear wheel fender which one can stand on to assist braking.
The head light is awful. Seriously, my phone screen is brighter. There is no space on the handle bar to add a bicycle light, you’ll have to find a vertical one, but good luck with that.
The locking mechanism to fold and unfold the scooter is brilliant. So solid and sturdy. In fact the whole scooter is really solid- no rattles. It feels safe on the road.
There is no app. The only customisation is being able to change from KM to MPH and the different sport modes. You definitely want to keep it in sport mode.
Remember, it’s only a 250 watt, so hill climbing is a slow business. I weigh 62kgs and on steeper hills have to assist it with an occasional push kick.
Battery life is good, and the biggest bonus is how light it is.
Assembly took 5 minutes with screwing on the handles and the front wheel.
I am happy with it as it suits its purpose for me perfectly- the 1 mile journey from where I park my car to work.
It’s a good scooter. Easy to assemble. Sturdy to ride. The brakes are a bit sensitive so if your going fast you need to be very careful when you press the brake button. Just requires a touch.
I’m new to riding scooters and in hindsight the scooter would have been better with a lever brake on the handlebars instead of a push button brake.
