It’s so convienient! I used to use an extenstion lead with four ports and had to keep unplugging and plugging some devices so this is a godsent. Love that you can switch off each side of the lead too. It fits in my cable managment tray under my desk so super happy with it!
Seems very well made – solid and heavy. Plenty of plugs, with separate switches to isolate each side. The addition of a USB C output is very useful. Does exactly what I needed.
I was using a 3 ports TP-Link Kasa but found I hardly use the wifi features so got this instead.
I am very impressed with the amount of available ports and the fact that it also has USB power ports and USB-C as well, ideal to plug a low power device such as Raspberry Pi.

What a daft design (which sadly I didn’t consider before ordering) – many things like routers, speakers etc have adapter plugs which protrude either above or below a UK socket’s footprint. This outlet is poorly laid out, so that any adapters which protrude ‘upwards’ will block a second socket. All they needed to do was align all 8 sockets in the same orientation and stagger the two rows of 4, and the problem would be minimised. Lesson learned – look at what you intend to plug in before buying.
It’s sturdy, there’s lots of sockets, I never read the description properly so was pleasantly surprised when I found the usb slots although they aren’t super fast charge or anything but definitely handy for overnight use. I love how I can turn one side on/off separately. We haven’t had any surges so can’t say how good it is for that. Overall, well worth the purchase
After using it for few months now I can say it was worth to buy it.
My favourite feature of this power strip is the double switch. I have a USB dock that never turns off (Caldigit TS3+), so it’s very convenient to turn off just the side that has the dock plugged in, whilst I’m still powering my Sonos speakers on the other row.
It’s been a couple of weeks and I haven’t had the same issues as other reviewers here. The USB sockets are all working fine, the on/off switches are working fine, and it doesn’t feel particularly cheap. Everything is working as intended. My only wish is that there was a little more space between the two rows, because any plugs that are too tall will take the opposite sockets out of commission. But that is more the fault of the products I’m using rather than this power strip itself. It’s designed to fit into smaller spaces and it does so well.

At my desk I have numerous items needing power or charge. This extension gives me the option of switching some off when not in use while keeping others running. The 3 USB sockets are also very useful to clear space on my desk. Very pleased with my more ordered surroundings.

Got this for all my power points on the PC, USB ports give extra charging points and good that you can turn off one side of the power supply but keep the other parts on for charging.
The balance for me had to be, somewhere in the sweet spot of ‘cost’ and ‘functionality’. Certainly I got mine at a very reasonable price (considering that some alternatives were considerably more expensive), but I like the form / factor and the ability to free up some much needed sockets, by moving ‘USB’ powered devices over to the USB sockets at the end.
Honestly, it’s hard to fault, as I like that it sits neatly tucked away, cable routing isn’t a big issue and it look and feels well made.
The only (minor) gripe may be with the ‘switches’ for the banks (the ability to power on/off the banks of four sockets) as it’s not easy to see what is the ‘on or off’ position (it doesn’t take long to work it out though).
Yup, I’m impressed and would buy another, if the need arises.

Good product but because the sockets are facing what I would say is the wrong way… alot of plugs will clash meaning you can only use one plug in a column. I can only use 4 plugs sockets with the appliances I have which is a shame

Good solid bit of kit, I needed this as I now have a forest of plugs behind my TV. Seems well made, with a good length of cable from the mains plug to the Power Strip. The sockets are a little close, so the stuff like my router that has a larger power plug overlaps the socket opposite, so keep that in mind as for each of these you use you will lose a socket. Does what I needed so happy with my purchase.
This is a good product. Plenty of sockets and USBs to cover most needs. The only issue is the lack of space between the two rows. if you have a plug that is even slightly larger than a stardard plug, which is common for electrical devices with a power supply in the plug itself or even smart plugs. The plugs size will block you from using the socket above it. There should have been some space left in the middle to allow for plugs that were a little large

Durable and compact and gives adequate sockets to plug in 8 different appliances and 4 USB leads for charging devices.
The only criticism I have is that the lead could be a touch longer and there could be some kind of indicator on the switches to show which bank of 4 sockets is on or off rather than the single indicator light that shows power to the entire bank of sockets regardless of switch positions

This is a very good product. The most important thing is that it has surge protection, so there is no worry that this will blow up in your room for example. It has 8 outlets with 4 USB ports which is great. One of the USB ports is USB-C which is just a nice touch. 2.4A max output on one USB port is a really good output and makes for super-fast charging for your mobile devices. The cord itself is braided and is also 1.8M which is the perfect length. A braided cord makes it safer and more durable as the cable inside is protected and the cord is very hard to tangle when it is braided too. Overall, very nice product, well priced, and totally recommended.

Not much to say, it’s a power strip and it works at that task, but the power sockets don’t feel that sturdy internally, if you are going to be regularly plugging and unplugging things I would recommend a different product.
We can connect lots of electronics only using one wall socket, the USB ports are a plus. Very handy.
Consists of 2 banks of 4 power sockets, with each of the banks having their own power switches so you could turn off/on 4 at a time. Also has a number of usb socket for charging devices etc, including one usb-c socket. Unfortunately the usb-c wasn’t capable of powering my macbook.
It’s easy to plug/unplug devices and they feel like they have a good, safe connection with no wobbling or looseness.

This is a perfect extension lead to put in your living room/conservatory, or wherever else you generally have people round. The versatility of 6 outlets and 4 USB ports means that your guests can easily charge whatever devices they have. I’ve actually left an iphone charger and a USB-C cable plugged into the USB ports for easier charging for my guests without them needing to get out their own bulky adapters and power cables.
At 2.4A output per USB socket, charging speeds are pretty decent! They’re not the fastest chargers, but they’re definitely good enough to get good charging speeds. However, be aware that the total output from all the USB sockets is 3.1A, meaning that plugging in just 2 devices means that they’ll be charging at slower speeds, let alone 4 devices! If you’re planning on using multiple USB devices at the same time, then you might run into power issues.
There’s individual power switches or anything like that, so I wouldn’t really recommend this for where you need good individual control over your devices, such as specific computer or TV related devices. However, there is a switch for each “column” of sockets, which is decent if you want to turn everything on at the same time from one side of the device. E.g, Your TV, speakers, and console.
Overall, I think this is a really good extension lead for placing in a part of your house where you have a TV or computer and would like to mass turn on/off devices at the same time. Would recommend!
Very very useful with a lot of options to plug in your devices. Usb Charing ports are especially useful in this day and age. The switcha at the top allows for easy row isolation.

Never really paid this much for a socket before but I needed a high powered socket with protection + USB-C slot. This one did the job for me. Can easily charge my MacBook Pro 2021 M1 chip with ease, my iPhone and also power my PC all at once!

This extension lead really does it all. It has 8 13amp sockets, 4 USB sockets (one of which is USB-C) and surge protection. There are switches to turn each bank of 4 sockets on or off.
It feels solid and well made. It is a little tight putting 13amp sockets in, but not too bad.
I use this to power several amplifiers, musical instruments, effect pedals etc in my home ‘music room’ It would also be ideal for powering the growing number of units we all seem to have around our TV. The surge protection should help to protect the valuable equipment plugged in to it in both cases.
This extension lead is great there are 8 plug sockets and 3 USB ports and 1 USB C port so plenty of places to plug things in, our daughter uses this in her bedroom as she has the most things to plug in and so far it is perfect with no problems, it also has surge protection which is great for protecting her things from breaking.

I learned a long time ago that quality counts, especially with electricals. After many cheap extension leads and sockets, I began to buy much dearer (and better) ones and have not been disappointed.
This lead is no exception. Starting from the fitted 13amp plug to the braided lead, both more than good enough to do the job, especially as this needs to be ultra safe. The 8 sockets might seems somewhat excessive, but as most things I plug in take little power (wattage) I have no worries on that score. The added USB sockets are more than welcome and in use there is not wiggling of the USB plugs when inserted.
As for the surge protection – so far all has been well and I ‘feel’ perfectly safe with this lead
I’m pleased with this extension lead. I like the size of it as it allows a number of different plug and adapter sizes to be utilised.
It get the impression it’s good quality and well made as the materials used to make it seem robust and it has been finished to a high standard.
The USB – C outlet only gives cable charge to my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra. It could be improved if this port offered Fas Charge facility.

I’ve got this extension on my workbench in the garage mounted on to the side. It fits in very securely but is simple and quick to dismount if required.
This too without having to plug in separate adapters to provide USB ports. The braided cable makes this more robust than my old extension cable I’m replacing this with and is Excellent value for money. Very happy with this.
For expensive electronics such as my gaming console and laptop, I need extensions leads that can provide a reliable surge protection, As one surge can damage valuable electronics in an instant. This power lead has multiple sockets, And so far has withstood a lot of use without showing any problems with surges.
It does have an 8 plug system, But i am still a little cautious about using all of them, As it could overload one lone socket. I use about 5 of them, And that seems safe enough. Overall, A decent bit of kit.
8 plugs, 4 usb ports (1 is a usbc) in such a small space, what is not to like? Great for under work/computer desks. Really like these modern plug sets that incorporate usb ports into them, saves having to search out usb plugs every time when charging things.
This 8 3-pin plug outlets has separate power switches for 4 plugs each plus 4 USB points including a fast charging C style USB port. The braided lead is thick and strong with a fitted 3-pin plug. It’s an excellent quality extension lead that’s useful for wider plugs like plug in doorbells and similar. It can be hung on a wall too for neatness, though there was no included screws in the box. I’m happy to recommend this extension lead especially with the separate power switches, making it safer from surges.
