I have had a few washing machines over the years this is my favourite by far! It’s got SOOO much room inside,it’s quiet,and looks really good.On top of that it was a very good price! Washes full load in under 60 mins.

I was thrilled with this washing machine. The feature I use most is the delay wash – I set the wash to finish so that it’s ready to hang when I get up. There are multiple features and washes to choose from and it’s easy to use. With free delivery and connection and removal of my old machine, excellent value from Amazon. I live is a second floor flat with no lift, so it wasn’t the easiest delivery. My last Hoover machine lasted 20 years – the door snapped and couldn’t be replaced. I’m hoping for a long life with this one.

Perfect for all the family to use even the the younger ones if shown how to use first .need to be careful of the door because it’s on a plastic hinge though

Item arrived undamaged and well packaged.
Removing the storage bolts was a bit of a pain as they weren’t screw heads, instead they were hex bolts. Luckily I had an adjustable spanner but if would have been a nightmare without that.

Instructions came inside the drum along with some on top, oddly asking you to put a cardboard cover into the base of the washing machine which was a struggle to do on my own without damaging the washing machine.

Definitely reccomend using a stack truck to move the item as you would expect, it is very heavy.

Got it into place, connected the existing hose (a new water inlet is included, it takes cold water only) and the attached drain hose went into the drain no problem.

The power cable was shorter than my last washing machine so had some issues there but sorted it – it’s about 1.5m long so plan accordingly!

Got it in, adjusted the feet and away it went. It’s done about 9 loads and has a variety of weird and wonderful settings.

The hoover app that comes suggested to make use of the “one touch” function is a bit clunky and dated but it works, doesn’t seem to be any real benefit unless you are washing a whole drum of lingerie or scuba wear though, I was keen to get it setup with Alexa to notify me of cycle start/stolen times.

And that’s where the problem arises. You can’t. Despite it being wifi enabled and hoover offering an alexa skill, you simply cannot link your alexa/amazon account to the hoover skill. You can see many 1 star reviews for the alexa skill, it seems everyone has the same issue.

Feel a bit let down.

Product fine but workmen did not install in underworktop.when I used machine it flooded the kitchen.waste hose not connected securely. Very disappointing service.workmen desperate to get away did not test the water but told me it was watertight.eould not recommend this service.washing machine once fitted correctly seems to be fine so far.
