This bench came mostly assembled and required minimal assembly to complete, which was maybe 20 minutes. I wanted a bench that slid from flat to a flat back with the ability to pull a pin and slide. This bench meets that want. The seat also declines and has a leg rest. For the money considering what I wanted and needed this bench is it. It is sturdy for me and my use. I will say the cushioning is thin and I will deal with that when the time comes. This gives me the ability to do my at home dumbbell works safely. I am a 5’1″ female and it fits me perfectly. I would buy again. I did tighten a few of the bolts that I did not install, using the wrench that came packaged with the bench, but it was maybe two or three. I would recommend and would buy again. I would probably advise against this for very heavy lifting for safety reasons.
Je cherchais un deuxime banc pour l’isolation des pecs et faire travailler les paules. On va pas se mentir le banc est cher mais la qualit de conception mrite clairement ce budget. Trs bien emball, pr mont rien a redire je suis ravi
This one’s actually solid and won’t buckle under the weight. Folds into a tiny space too.
Fixing points are plenty strong and easy to lock in place. May not be the cheapest but it will last longer unlike a certain workout bench by York Fitness.
This product was incredibly easy to put together. Almost no hardware to work about. Just a few screws and most of it was already assembled in the box. I had it set up in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend this bench. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

I have been using it for a little bit and I love it. THe different seat postions are perfect for my routine.
Only snag I had was that one the plastic slider (the lowest one) was not holding on the the adjustment handle. I dismounted it an applied hot glue to its inside and fixed it.
Also, I applied blue locktite to the screws for the feet holder and one dried, I applied silicone lube to th washers on both side. Now the Screws remain solidly in place and the silicone allows the foot rest to move with a bit of resitance.

The bench is very sturdy and completely met my expectations. Can’t beat it for the money.

Awesome bench for lifting weights, and doing crunches and other exercises. The mat is comfortable, and easy to use. I put a towel in the gap on the bench while doing crunches otherwise you slide all around, thats why 4/5 and not 5/5.
La relacin precio-calidad me parece justa. Se siente resistente y aunque resbala un poco en ciertas posiciones es muy funcional.
No es pesado por lo que se mueve con facilidad y la manera de doblarse ayuda a ahorrar espacio, pese a ello no lo usara para levantamientos ms grandes, aunque da un mximo de peso yo intentara manterme muy debajo de eso para evitar accidentes. Como equipo de entrenamiento en casa es bastante bueno.
The Item meets my expectations and appears to be of good quality. Unfortunately it got damaged during the transport. One if the corners of the back rest is damaged. Not mendable. I’ve ordered a new one and will be returning this one. Too bad.
I’m giving it a 4 as the bench appears to be a well built bench. I also love the foam density. Note to manufacturer, add more padding to protect the corners.
Great for a at home gym. Feels almost like a real gym bench
I like this bench. Was easy to assemble and cushion is thick and comfortable and sturdy. I like the adjustable angles and the foot/ankle rest. The only bothersome thing for me is that the gap in the seat where the seat angles is a little large and can be uncomfortable but I rolled up a small towel and stuffed it in there and it’s better.
This is a good sturdy adjustable bench for home use. Of course it’s not as good as the ones at the gym.
It only just arrived, but I’ll give my thoughts. I’m only using it for home fitness, so I can’t speak for what happens if you use a lot of weight.
I’m 6′ 2″ and I find it big enough – if you’re more than a couple of inches taller, you might find that your head doesn’t quite rest comfortably on the back when seated.
I haven’t found any side to side wobbling or other instability like in the seat like a previous one I had.
Adjustment is easy and smooth.
The foot support attachment – well, I question that it’s of any use.
I feel that the covering vinyl could be a bit tougher – it feels a bit thinner than I would like.
All up, I’m pretty happy with it, especially considering the price.
La panca robusta, facilissima da montare, precisa negli innesti. E’ stabile quindi aiuta molto.
Per ora non ci sono segni di cedimento, unico grande neo che molto bassa. Per farla stare sopra lo stand per il bilancere devo ispessirla sotto altrimenti tocca e nn sta nella verticale del bilancere..Un vero peccato perch sarebbe stata perfetta, visto il materiale robusto. Un po’ triste il roll per i piedi, praticamente inutile, forse perch la panca molto bassa

Honestly I have no complaints. I love that I can fold it and put it away when I need to. Great product.
It’s better than the cheap stuff, if it holds up in the following years at my home then I’m sure it could be used in a smaller commercial gym.
I didn’t buy it because it was foldable but it’s a nice feature if you need to save space when not using it.
The only downside is that I had to buy the version with an oval front foot. Do yourself a favor and buy the one with identical back and front foot. They’re at the same price anyway.

A relatively well made thick cushion covers this sturdy constructed bench. I weigh 15+ stone and use this with upto 25kg dumb bells and feel secure and stable. Easily folded and unfolded. Recommended.

I would recommend this bench at a $150.
I like that this bench has a decline setting that works for me, it has incline settings that work well too. Very sturdy and easy lock feature works well. Its a little low to the ground but overall a great bench.

Sturdy, works well. The lower height is nice. The staples holding on the material trim around the edges quickly started pulling out on their own. I’m going to have to fabric glue it back on.

The bench is 16 inches from floor to the top of the bench. I am 6’0 tall and find that I personally like this height. It allows me to get my feet planted when benching. I also find that I like how sturdy it really is. I do a lot of exercises that will push a lighter weight bench out from under you but this bench stays in place. The multiple positions of the bench are nice but I am adding two more holes for another incline position and a slight decline as the picture for the bench showed a decline hole position but this bench didn’t have that.
The handles that adjust the positioning for the back and seat are very sturdy and easy to use. I really like the fold up option as it is also easy to work with and allows me to put this away as living in an apartment, I don’t have the room to keep it out all the time.
When looking at this online, I was also concerned about the foot base for stability but I have had no issue with this. I have even placed weights under it to get a decline position and have not had one slip or issue.
I am very pleased with this bench and glad I decided to purchase it.

It works the way an adjustable workbench should. However, I wish it had more more options for degree of tilt for the back. Solid, well made. The padded foot stabilizer is not totally stationary, it can move even when fully tightened (perhaps some people like this). For the price, a good value, and shipped very quickly.

Muy buen producto con una adecuada relacin precio-calidad. Aunque no es tan robusto como lo que encontraras en un gimnasio comercial, funciona adecuadamente para uso en casa. Es estable y ligero a la vez, tiene todas las posiciones necesarias y es lo suficientemente largo para dar soporte a la cabeza, an de personas altas (1.80 m en mi caso). Al finalizar su uso se puede plegar para no ocupar mucho espacio. Producto muy recomendable.

For the price it’s great. I have loaded 315lb and had multiple sets of bench press and it was super sturdy. It is a little low to the ground that is the only issue.
Solid bench easy to put together. Instruction in Chinese only, at least there are pictures though.
Sin embargo tiene algunos detalles que podran mejorarse como lo es el tambaleo cuando pones el respaldo o el asiento en una inclinacin, no queda completamente fijo, pero no afecta para nada lo que vayas a hacer, el material con el que est hecho el respaldo y el asiento se siente de menor calidad, pero no me ha dado problemas de que se despegue o se desgarre, tambin creo que la pata frontal circular es el detalle ms negativo que tiene este banco, pienso que sera ms estable al tener el mismo diseo de la pata trasera, pero de ah en ms, es un banco que te permite trabajar muy bien con peso y tiene la ventaja de poder ser plegable.
Una ltima cosa que me gustara mencionar es que lleg muy bien empacado, semi armado, solo tuve que instalarle las patas. Viene con su manual y una llave para apretar los tornillos, que siempre se agradece.
