Exactly as it’s described. Quality is good, I wanted a backpack for carrying components for my daily work and it resists perfectly and doesn’t lose its shape. I used it for a weekend trip and it fits perfectly at the carry on luggage compartment on the plane.
La mochila es muy prctica y cabe perfectamente en el lugar de enfrente en el avin, el nico inconveniente es que no protege mucho el porttil al no ser rgido en la zona.
Endlich hab ich einen Rucksack, der sehr genau dem entspricht was ich erwarte. Da ich oft geschftlich ein oder zwei Tage unterwegs bin, habe ich in diesem Rucksack ein sensationell groes Fach fr alles, was ich fr eine bernachtung bentige. Darber hinaus habe ich Platz fr alle Unterlagen, die ich bentige, wenn ich unterwegs bin. Das ist jetzt mein dritter oder vierter Rucksack, den ich ausprobiert habe und endlich hab ich den gefunden, der sich wirklich gut handhaben lsst. Besonders interessant finde ich, dass man das Kleiderfach auch die doppelte Gre erweitern kann, wenn man es bentigt oder es so belsst wie es ist, wenn man es eben nicht bentigt. Ich kann diesen Rucksack wirklich nur empfehlen und habe sehr viel Spa damit. Der Tragekomfort ist angenehm und die Optik finde ich auch sehr schn. Viel Spa beim ausprobiere
Bin sehr zufrieden mit der Qualitt vom Rucksack, sowie den Funktionen und dem Tragekomfort.
Nutze Ihn nun seit knapp 2 Monaten nahezu tglich, auch teils mit groer Belastung und bin sehr zufrieden.
Lediglich ein “Griff” vom Reiverschluss ist (aus meiner Sicht) aufgrund eines Materialfehlers abgebrochen.
Ich habe aber innerhalb von nicht mal 24h mit dem Support sofort eine super Lsung gefunden und kann das hier nur positiv hervorheben.
Ich habe weder eine “lstige” Bitte Bewerten Sie uns Mail noch sonst was erhalten und wollte diese Bewertung von mir aus schreiben, weil ich mega zufrieden bin und solche Firmen gerne dahingehend Feedback ffentlich gebe.

Utilizzato esattamente per la funzione che mi aveva indotto a comprarlo – avere un bagaglio a mano che fungesse da zaino-valigia per 5/6 giorni – ha assolto bene il compito.
Esteticamente gradevole, dotato di molti utilissimi scomparti, incluso quello “antifurto”.
Peso ben distribuito, anche con piena capienza.
Gli spallacci sono comodi.
La capienza, appunto, una volta utilizzato lo spazio espandibile, notevolissima.
Non verificato quanto a impermeabilit, su cui mi riservo di tornare.
Ha, per ora ovviamente, soddisfatto appieno le mie aspettative.
Der Rucksack macht einen guten Eindruck, jedoch reicht der Platz fr meine Vorhaben nicht aus.
Sicherlich wird auch das ein oder andere Fach schwer zugnglich sein, wenn der Rucksack gepackt ist.

A great backpack. I use it in the closed position for taking things to the office and the fully open position for a week-long trip. It’s great for both and a good carry-on size. Compartments for the laptop, clothes and bits & bobs. The compression straps keep it together well when full or with just the daily stuff. It’s not great when it’s only half-full, though. Perhaps with time I’ll find a better way to compress it half-way.
The bag is great, it can be extended to fit clothes for a short trip as well as having your day to day work stuff (laptop, tablets etc.). It’s also perfect for commutting, has straps and you have a usb port to charge your devices on the go.
I commute by train long distance to work for
two 1 night stays per week. I used to bring 2 bags with me for every trip, a laptop bag and a small overnight bag. I needed to try and combine these into one. This bag has done that for me. Once you get your head around all the zips then this bag is practical for what I really needed. Laptop section is nice and secure and prevents damage. The middle expanding section will hold a change of clothes and basic toiletries. It will be a bit tight to put another pair of shoes in there.
The bag is not light but manageable. It is very bulky when the you expand the center section.
Using it now for a month or so and everything seems good quality. I doubt its waterproof but it is resistant. There is a small compartment on the very front that has a waterproof zip and seems to work but haven’t tested it in elements yet.
Overall very happy. When not using it as overnight and just for work it is perfect.
I bought this rucksack back in 2020 to accommodate my university life.
I needed size, and it fit the bill, a laptop, second screen, 2 laptop stands, headphones, and all the wires and charges to go with. And still space for books and snacks. And that’s without using the expansion.
3 years on and it’s still my go to bag, it’s been with me on many weekend trips, and the expansion feature truly comes in handy, and holds more than I need.
I’m impressed with the space and size of this bag, the material is durable and water resistant, the zips however are not, so do be careful in heavy rain, but anything non-torrential you should be fine.
Es sei jedoch gesagt, dass der Rucksack zwar auch ohne Expansion schon relativ viel platz bietet, dafr aber auch recht Volumins ist. In Anbetracht seiner Gre geht dann doch nicht so viel rein wie man denkt und die kleinen innentaschen sind nicht immer ganz intelligent angeordnet. Wenn man ihn expandiert ist zwar sehr viel Platz, aber er sieht dann auch echt riesig aus.
Das ist aber vermutlich meckern auf hohem Niveau. Alles in Allem ein super Rucksack!

A little on the pricey side if I were honest, but hopefully it’s worth it.
After almost a year of intensive use, I must say: Almost exactly what I had hoped for. I use this backpack really for everything, everyday with the laptop and papers to the university, but also when traveling as compact luggage. The expansion function is great, even if I would have to take at least additional luggage for longer trips of course. The many small (side) pockets give plenty of opportunities to store small items and the separations in the larger compartments organize well. The only drawback that I have to mention is that the two small pockets in the first large compartment in front (powerbank and pen holder) are torn under the weight of a normal powerbank below and also the net in the expandable compartment has rips in several small places – so in short the manufacturing is not good in some places.
If that weren’t the case, full 5 stars…
Ich habe diesen Rucksack inzwischen seit ber 2 Monate und habe schon einen guten Eindruck mitmachen knnen.
Die Nahten und Reiverschlsse fhlen sich robust an, also habe ich da kein Bedenken.
Die Oberflche wirkt Wasserabweisend und ist auch leicht Putzbar.
Die Innenfcher sind praktisch und es passt einiges rein:
1.Fach auf der Rckseite -> ist versteckt und ist ideal fr meine Geldbrse oder Pass
2.Fach -> Mein 15 Zoll Laptop passt rein und es sind weitere Fcher fr Collegeblocks da
3.Fach -> Ist erweiterbar, falls man es braucht. Ich verwende es fr Sportklamotten und
Sportschuhe… oben ist noch ein kleines Fach mit Verschluss
4.Fach-> Hier habe ich meine Stifte, Powerbank, Ladegert und Kopfhrer drinnen.
5.Fach-> Wasserflasche und Essen
6.Fach -> Taschentcher und Multitool
Das einzige, was mir fehlt, ist ein elastischer Kompartment auen auf der Seite, damit ich meine Wasserflasche leicht erreiche.
Im Groen und Ganzen empfehle ich diesen Rucksack.
Warum ziehe ich einen Stern ab und habe mich gegen das Produkt entschieden?
Es sind in erster Linie ergonomische Grnde:
– die vielen Reiverschlsse klappern aneineander, weshalb der Rucksack “laut” ist. Er macht also Gerusche
– Das Band zur Befestigung an einem Koffer, ist direkt ber dem Reiverschlu des Faches auf der Rckseite. Wer diese also oft nutzen mchte, muss wissen, dass es schwieriger zu erreichen ist, da dieses Band drber ist.
– Die Gurtbnder, die den Stauraum zusammenhalten, behindern ebenfalls beim Nutzen der Reiverschlsse
Das sind alles persnliche Befindlichkeiten, die mich bei der Verwendung des Rucksackes gestrt haben. Ich war mit der Optik und Verarbeitung sehr zufrieden und habe mich daher fr ein anderes Produkt der Marke entschieden. Mark Ryden nennt diesen den Navarro 2, ich nutze die Variante mit 3 Taschen und bin sehr zurfrieden damit. Dieses Produkt gibt es hier auch auf Amazon, schaut es euch einfach zustzlich mit an, wenn ihr an den Produkten interessiert seid und euch an hnlichen Kritikpunkten strt wie ich es hier beschrieben habe.
I quite like the size of the bag and the fact that it is expandable to fit more of my stuff. All my travel problems solved.

10/10 comfortably holds 2 days of business/ leisure clothes and necessary laptop and notebook. Even better if travel shoes can be worn for business and leisure.

I originally bought this as it looked a good size and configuration for carry on luggage on a long distance flight. I’m not sure I will use it for that now but it is the perfect bag for lugging my work laptop, cables and keyboard back and forth between home and office! It’s the first bag I’ve ever had which easily fits my keyboard in as well as everything else and there’s plenty of room for files, papers etc. as well. Not what I’d originally intended to use it for but not a bad outcome, even if I never use it on a plane!
Great bag for short trip travelling and as a carry on. So many compartments and great that you can expand the size as required. Great quality and comfortable to carry.

Solid backpack and safe to have some gadgets inside. Very well made, lots of space, straps and cushions on the back so it is very comfortable when close to the body. Simple, but amazing for this price and for the long run.

Everything has been thought of with this bag. It has space for a laptop, tablet, notebooks, phones, wallets, clothing, and much more besides. It also has a USB port, which allows you to connect up a power bank and charge your phone on the go.
There are lots of pockets on the bag and mesh sections that you can zip up inside that allows you to keep things organised very well. Using just a zip, you are able to expand the bag so that it is about 10cm deeper. This means you have a nice small bag for a daily commute and a larger and deeper bag for a weekend trip.
Everything about the bag feels very good quality. All the stitching looks firm, the zips are easy to open/close and the materials feel strong and durable. I really like the fact the bag is waterproof as it is advertised as being good for storing laptops and tablets. The straps and handles are also comfortable and cushioned.
Personally, I think this is a great backpack. It looks fantastic, has plenty of space and is clearly very durable. I especially like that it is expandable or shrinkable depending on my circumstances at the time.
A really well made backpack with a good carrying capacity. Comfortable to wear. Zips work really well. Not overly stylish, but looks very utilitarian. Seems strong and durable.
A beautiful bag that looks very smart and expensive. Having been on trips with my kids who live and dream on their ipads, i have numerous battery packs, so having a bag that can supply power directly from it, is more than a life saver. But, even though it can do this, this bag is more suited for the individual use and to charge their own device whilst on them.would be ideal for train journeys or for the plane.
A bag that will last a considerable time due to the excellent materials used.

This is a well made and stylish backpack, I suppose it’s a bit of a hybrid, a backpack and a suitcase, it is somewhere between these two.
The backpack part are the straps, these to a degree let this backpack down, you cannot remove them, so they do get in the way and detract from the looks of the backpack.
If you are thinking of taking this on a plane, it’s perfect, it has concertina types of zips, which you can open up to expand it for a carry on case, this will gobble up lots of clothes and other bits you will need including a laptop.
So it is very versatile, there are lots and lots of zips and spaces to store items, you are spoilt for choice.
Whilst I really like this backpack, it’s only negative are the back straps, they are large and can get caught very easily and can be annoying, also, the price is another issue, a bit too high for what it is.
I have taken off a star for value for money and for the straps, but this still makes this a great item and if you can buy it a bit cheaper and can overlook the straps then worth buying, so four stars is my rating.
This is well made from quality material and nicely finished. It has an amazing number of zips and compartments. The zips run well and appear to be durable.
I don’t have a 17.3″ laptop to try in the laptop compartment but, based on the fit of my 15.6″ laptop, I can believe the 17.3″ claim. There’s a tablet pocket too, a main compartment for bulky items such as toilet bag and shaver, and plenty of smaller compartments for documents, accessories and oddments.
I’m never sure an external USB port is worth having on a bag, but it’s there if you want it. I have a case with built-in power bank for use with my iPhone when travelling, which is more convenient than a cable connection to a power bank in the bag, so probably don’t have a use for the port on the bag.
The bag isn’t as comfortable on the back as a well-designed rucksack, but I wouldn’t expect it to be. I’ve no intention of trekking with it, and feel it’s fine for travel.
There are some downsides to it, though, notably that, when not on your back, e.g. when being hand-carried, the straps tend to be awkward and get in the way. The benefits of the bag outweigh that, however, and this will be my usual overnight bag now. Whether it’s worth the current 62.99 is another matter. I feel it probably is, if it offers the configuration you need.
First of all I cannot stress enough the exceptional quality of this bag. It feels very premium. Its just a very very well made bag.
The thing I like about it is it has so many different compartments. It has a dedicated slot for your laptop and pockets for accessories and even has a USB cable that comes out the bottom of the bag. You’d need to sit your battery pack in there as it doesn’t come with one but there’s the option to use one. You just have plenty of options with the bag. Depending how far down you zip it you can keep the bag upright and use it that way or you can lay it on its side and it opens like a proper laptop bag. You won’t be disappointed with this bag.
This Business backpack by Mark Ryden is excellent quality and the perfect solution to those overnight or short work trips where you need all your items for work plus overnight clothing.
Basically this is a suitcase and briefcase in one backpack.
My husband has has to go on frequent trips with his work where he has equipment is in a large hard pull along case which goes in the hold.
This backpack is then great for his laptop, and clothing as a carry on bag and sits beautifully on top of his pull along case.
This bag has a generous laptop section including a USB A to USB A internal to external socket for charging your laptop and other devices.
There is a suitcase section with 3 mesh pockets for separating clothes into easy to access compartments. This section has a zip expander so you can increase the size if necessary. There is a large front section and three smaller outer pockets, one hidden in the small of your back for security.
The straps are nicely padded and there is even a whistle built into the waist strap.
This backpack seems very well made and good quality.
I can recommend this backpack and based on the quality of this product, would not hesitate to look for further items by the Mark Ryden brand.
This is the TARDIS of backpacks. At first glance an elegant and understated laptop bag, this baby has endless sections and can be expanded to double its capacity if needed! I used it as my luggage for a weekend away and it was all I needed and still had space to spare. The padded straps are really comfortable and the bag itself is super light. Absolute class.
Can’t fault this .Ideal for an overnight bag as well as a safe option for carrying a laptop.

Stop sweating plus a waist strap for extra comfort . The shoulder strap also has a handy zip pocket for small items such as tail cards phone or keys etc . Plus a whistle .
There’s also a handy zip compartment in the back plate of the bag ( around A5) size ideal for passports , boarding cards etc , that’s easy and quick to get to but secure when you need it to be .
I used it to go away for a couple of days and the size was snug enough to fit all I needed for the two days plus the laptop and accessories.
The design allows you to secure the backpack into a suitcase handle to if you wish .
Separate compartments for your laptop and overnight clothes etc .

An absolute bargain in my opinion for a laptop bag in itself never mind a stylish overnight bag too, at 55.
I am no expert in luggage, I seldom travel – but often I will be carrying things around to different work events and I wanted something a bit more versatile than a laptop bag. This is it.
It has the ability to be smaller or larger very easily, with quite a clever but simple zipping mechanism. It feels nice when on with the padded straps, and there’s lots of versatility with the storage.
You need to plug a power bank into the internal section as shown in the photo, but it’s then convenient to charge items on the move.
When using it more like a suitcase, I would be in agreement with another reviewer who mentions the straps not being tucked away – though there is an elasticated strap and zip pouch, there may be a way to tuck some of them away in there – I am not sure how that would work, and it certainly doesn’t appear to be meant for that purpose. I would agree that’s an area they dropped the ball slightly. If they’d incorporated that somehow, it would have been even better.
Is it worth 54.99? To me it is. To you? It depends on your needs.
I would highly recommend reading varied reviews on usage to see if it’s for you, but from the limited amount of time I have had it so far, I certainly have no qualms with the quality.
Oh, and try and remember which pouch you put your stuff in!

I’m very impressed with the MARK RYDEN business backpack. It’s made to an excellent standard. The specifications are flight approved and it has a capacity between 23 and 40l, depending on if you expand the size. there is designated space for a laptop that is well cushioned and there is a internal USB cable with external USB charging port.
the bag is separated into 7 compartments in all, making it very versatile for all your short break needs.
It’s made from durable, waterproof polyester.
To wear, it is comfortable with plenty of padding the the right places, and still the backpack if lightweight.
There were a couple of things which let it down a little; the chest strap isn’t adjustable and the external carrying handle isn’t central which might make if unbalanced when carrying via the handle.
The seller is offering a free reimbursement within 180 of purchase if the backpack becomes faulty.
Overall, this is a superb backpack made to a high standard. It looks fantastic in the sleek black.
This is a very smart, extremely well made bag. This is appropriate for a business setting, business travel and not at all out of place in a corporate setting. It is ideal for business trips and works well as a carry on if flying.
It has three main separate pockets and can hold a 17 inch laptop as well as a tablet, scarf, change of shirt, tie and undergarments, shaving kit and other toiletries. All needed for a short trip. There are also a lot of straps to secure anything you need to inside the bigger pockets, laptop straps for example, and straps on the outside to secure everything. The shoulder straps are thick and cushioned and can be adjusted in length. There is also a front strap to secure the bag around the chest.
The material is very strong, making a durable bag that could withstand baggage treatment at the airport if necessary! But possibly better to keep it as a carry on, however that demonstrates the strength of it it looks very smart, the material is a uniform black with the branding of the bag maker neatly applied and shown. It is not gregarious, just neat white lettering.

This bag has it all. Firstly it’s light enough to be an everyday backpack/laptop bag. The back is padded along with the shoulder straps. The USB port on the outside is a nice touch. I was pleased to see this is not just a hole to put your own cable but is wired to a USB A cable inside the bag.
The bag has a zip on the outside which extends the sides to give it additional storage space. It’s then big enough to be used as a carry on / weekend bag with different zips and compartments for clothes, toiletries etc.
The materials are strong and the zips and buckles all feel sturdy and secure.
The bag can be used for work, travel or both and won’t look out of place being carried into the office or onto a plane. Really great product, well thought out and very well made. Would absolutely recommend.
I bought this backpack for my boyfriend as he really liked it. It’s stylish and has many compartments.
The only reason it is getting 4 out of 5 stars is because the mesh on the inside got torn from his keys which is disappointing.
Very well made, still discovering new pockets a week after purchase. My only comment is that finding the included USB cable ( I could feel it in the rucksack but couldn’t work out which pocket it was in) and then fitting it to the USB port was fiddly and took me about 20 minutes. Pre-fitted would have been better.
It’s Brilliant. I’ve spent a few years looking for the perfect bag (and a lot of money too). This has truly amazed me. A robust construction with roomy compartments, heavy duty free moving zips and a centre section that can be unzipped to increase capacity to turn a day bag into an overnight / weekend bag.
