Delivery was very fast, within a couple of days, quicker than we expected
We ordered 2 – yes they come flat packed and you have to assemble them but it’s easy enough for one person and the chair is not too heavy and the instructions are easy as well. The rock n roll is just right for us in the garden. They’re not spring loaded proper rocking chairs For us there was a small issue with one and we requested a return. The company were great, they contacted us to see if they could resolve the issue to save a return. They responded to all emails by return and we came to a mutually satisfactory agreement. All my husband needs now is a banjo

Some of the slats have splits on the upper part of the back and time will tell how it weathers. I used an additional 8 washers to support the hexagonal headed bolts.
Overall though really pleased with the look and comfort. The width is bigger than I envisaged and seat height perfect. Love them

Easy to put together, only needed one pair of hands. Thought I might need to add a cushion for comfort but not been needed so far as I sit for hours by my BBQ Smoke
Bit fiddly to assemble but only a few parts so it’s ok. Looks great and I have put a base pillow to make it crosier.
Bought as a present for son and family your eyes are immediately drawn to it in the garden.
Great, comfortable rocking chair which was easy to put together on my own. Only small issue is with a chip on the one wagon wheel join.
We love sitting in the garden in the chairs Thought we would need cushions but they are not necessary. tThe only one downside was when assembling there were no washers to prevent the bolts pulling through the timbe
