There was nothing to tell you about your guarantee as to how long you’re product is covered, this is the first item we have ever purchased without a leaflet giving you information on your guarantee. Other than that we have no complaints arrived on time and very pleased.
This fridge freezer is awesome. Unfortunately the delivery guys refused to try and get it through the standard sized kitchen door. Rang AO got them to price match and their guys delivered in 10 minutes by taking kitchen door off and refitting it with no problem.
So product is perfect, delivery options need to be a bit more savvy.
