Seems a great product, but only lasted three months and pipe burst whist using it today. Not great value for money at all
Good long hose for the money. Spray gun could be better.
Having only used this for a couple of weeks and there is already a hole in the hose.
Great to use very light and easy to move with BUT only had it 45 days and it’s split so no longer useable very disappointed.
A really great hose, stretches out with ease and when finished using it, shrinks back to size very quickly. Much better than trying to in roll and roll up a traditional hose and the storing bracket fits nicely over the tap for easy storage..so glad I decided to buy one.
Like this hose very much. Allows me to water my whole garden very quickly. EXCELLENT.
This is my second hose from this company. I was really pleased with the last one until my husband dropped a paving slab on it and split it! Unfortunately because of the design it was not possible to mend it so I have purchased another. He needs to be more careful this time! It is really easy to use and stretches the whole length of my garden. It’s also great for washing the car.
came quite quickly and does what it says its for, i use it to water both back and front garden as well as washing cars.
Great hose abd such value fir 100ft l have now got rid if the long plastic hose on reel on carriage too heavy fir me. This snake like hose is great.
Got this today was a bit sceptical about it but due to health issues I needed something lightweight and easy to use so thought I’d try this unpacked it very easy to connect and it is brilliant so easy to use and very light the hose I had was very heavy and I couldn’t manoeuvre it very well this one is excellent so far just let it fill and drain it as advised when you use it and it’s fine ,added plus my dog got great amusement as the flat hose started to fill and expand

Perfect for the job needed for , lightweight, just a note when taking the nozzle off to drain the hose point it away from oneself I learned the wet way .
It is so much easier to use than a normal hose pipe, you just have to remember to turn it off just before you finish watering to let the water empty from hose so you can hang it up. All good

I found this one of the most useful things I have ever bought for my garden. It is just so easy to use and my grandchildren just love seeing how it expands – as if by magic!! I had a small problem after using it for a while but on telling the company, who were extremely helpful, the hose was replaced. It definitely is a joy to use.
An inexpensive product at a very good price fit for purpose
having used one of these for a few years it is as good as the more expensive hoses.
I did like this and bought the 50 foot extension, regrettably this one has split and is now useless. Trying to contact the seller is going to be interesting.
It would be fantastic if not for the fact that the gun keeps popping off of the hose connector.
I bought a better quality connector with a cut off for the water should the gun become disconnected hoping this would resolve to issue but later found out that the connector on the hose can’t be replaced so I guess I’m going to get soaked occasionally whilst watering the garden.
If not for this then it would be perfect.
Only used it twice as the hot spell ended and the rain came! Worked ok and the spray is very versatile.
I am very pleased with this hosepipe. It is lightweight and has a very good nozzle, with a variety of different settings. The plastic semi-circle that comes with it must be a wall mount, but there are no instructions and no plugs or screws. Other than that, it’s great and reasonably priced.
It was such a relief to find a garden hose that didn’t cut off the water supply every time it kinked. The Suplong is light, has a range of flow speeds, a good stretch and is easy to pack away. I warmly recommend it.
Everything described by the seller was accurate and initially I was extremely pleased with the hosepipe . However after using the hosepipe for about four times with no undue pressure put upon it the hose split and therefore became useless I was extremely disappointed because until this happened I had no problem with it. I need the hose and would be happy for a replacement hosepipe with the hope that this does not happen again. Thank you
This product does exactly what it is designed to do and makes watering a long garden extremely easy. I follow instructions and ensure never stored with water inside. Would recommend this product.

I have purchased a second. Very pleased! After a lifetime with a classic hard rubber pipe, this is delightful and so easy to use. It’s light weight and I do not get water and dirt all over me. It’s light enough to carry to where I need it.
When the water is on, the hose smoothes out. When the water is turned off, it crinkles up again. I can easily loop it over the hangar that came with it. Tidy. Easy storage. Easy to use. big win!

I have used only 2 times and I hope my impression remains same. A lot lighter than I expected and it doesn’t kink which makes life so easier. On the whole I’m very happy with it. Lost one star due to the shower head which is quite narrow.
The hose was for my Father who wanted a light weight retractable hose that reached the end of the garden. This hose did all of that.

Worked perfectly until sprung a leak. Now useless product that have had for only 4 months and used barely a dozen times. Very disappointed and looking for my money back.
I purchased this for my mum as she was struggling with a normal hose due to her age and mobility issues. This has now been in use for over a year and we are extremely happy with it. We store it in a plastic round tub. When you turn the tap on it grows to a huge length (initially you could think looking at it that it is too short) and reaches every where we need it to. After use we turn the water off at the tap and leave the hose nozzle turned on into a watering can to save the water and the hose shrinks down into a very lightweight hose which can then be put in the tub.
Lasted over a year! Used the old head as the new one leaked.. however did not realized can’t be used with a jet wash and it burst!! So now need a separate hose for the jet wash and a separate one for the garde
Great bit of kit, comes with all the required components. The head has a variety of delivery modes. I find it best to turn off the tap and then empty the hose before putting away. The bag that comes with it is a little small for putting away. We use a blue IKEA bag fastened on the outside tap!
Not stopped raining since I bought it. Fitting for tap provided did not fit my tap water spewed out. So needed to use fitting from old one
Great hose for price but makes funny noises occasionally when use but is fine.
Great non kinking far reaching hose. They all have a life but reward you with there lightness and ability never to kink. The only good kink was the pop group! I actually have a bunch of expanding hoses connect together and go further. Large plot so can reach the remotest parts. Hundreds of feet can store in one bucket. Take it to the boat,factory,parents house, place I’m doing up everywhere. It’s so good I want to take it on holiday with me. I expect to find it in bed tonight waiting for me, flower bed I mean.
These hoses are fantastic however they are not known for their durability. This is the third one I have had to buy as the other two perished, they lasted about 12 months each which isn’t too bad for the price but if you’re looking for something that will last, this isn’t it!

I recently bought a Saplong Garden hose from Yifeixiang and it was a very neat compact hose that was easy to store, though it developed a fault and burst.
After I contacted Yifeixiang and explained what happened they sent a replacement hose to me with in 24 hours, their Customer Service Department was excellent, and I would recommend this company to anyone.
Box was damaged but nothing else was damaged. Worked well as intended for washing the cars and watering the garden. More than long enough too!
We already have the shorter hose, so we knew the quality is good, but we needed a extra long hose and the 100ft, is excelle
What can i say. one of the cheeper hoses i have used but its just amazing. as soon as the presure is released the hose goes back to being very small and compacket .. realy a very nice bit of kit. would recomend to any one needing a cheep hose .
Seems to be of a good quality to pluss the hanger is handy as it fits over the outside tap a treat.
The 100 meter one is fine. The handle is a little stiff to fix on at first but works ok now. The 150 meter one sprang a spontaneous leak so too long to manage really
This is a decent enough piece of kit for the price, but sadly, not as good as the one it replaced. This one gets knotted and caught up quite easily as you move around with it. It’s heavy to move when full and stretched out, and fairly cumbersome when empty and rolled up. My previous one was very lightweight, and folded almost flat when rolled.
Good piece of equipment, bought at the wrong time unfortunately as due to have a hosepipe ban imposed. Only downside is that it causes a lot of splashback when disconnecting from the tap. Hopefully will be able to correct this with practise later in the season!
The product is great does just what I wa expecting. Cheaper and better than more expensive brands that I have also used.
Bought this to replace a coiled hose which couldn’t get adaptors for. This hose is amazing, very light (weighs 1lb) shrinks back up to nothing and with the wall hook is very tidy and not lying on the ground, getting messy. The bag is a great idea possibly for winter time when can store in shed until next year when needed. Very happy with purchase!
Excellent hose and arrived very promptly. However, the “spray” attachment does not fit onto the hose (though the hose does fit to the tap). The end of the attachment is the incorrect shape to fit. However, using a hose like this is a revelation. I’ll never go back to one that has to be coiled up/gets a kink which makes it difficult to use.
I am happy to give five stars for the expandable water pipe Suplong – it’s absolutely perfect for me – light to use – love watching it uncoil – granddaughter found it great fun to see it filling up – it’s so light to use – has multiple spray heads – and being 100 foot long is perfect – brilliant service – next day delivery – couldn’t ask for more – really pleased – fix on the tap and ready to use – brilliant..
when I tried to connect it the first time the hand sprayer leaked terribly, but I read the comments and realized you need to be firm in how you attach it and it eventually clicked in to place and didn’t leak or drip at all. The hose works great so far, but be careful that you keep the hand sprayer open when you disconnect it or the pressure in the hose will spray water everywhere – it was amusing, but I won’t be repeating that mistake! A good product so far.

Received this a couple of weeks ago but didn’t have the chance to use it until today. Sturdy tap connection and no drips. It comes with a storage bag. The nozzle is also impressive as it has several spray options. Good value for money. Hope it lasts. Delivered within the timescale. I have seen a similar hose advertised with a special price which is double the price of this one.
Hasn’t got the power I’d hoped for but it does the job it was bought for.
