Just received the items. They looks strong and sturdy, perfect for the job – weeds removing. They both have good length with full grip on the handle. Definitely suggest friends to buy these.
What a brilliant idea to have metal scoops to help pull up weeds. Simply put tool spike under main part of weed ..vertically then rock the tool on scoop to help lever it up whole.
So quick, managed to clear 1 lawn in 30 minutes of dandelions.
The one with rubber handle works better than the wooden handle one. But both are sturdy, no breakages yet. Happy with the purchase.
I’m loving these Hand Weeder remover tools. They are sturdy and solid. I have more weeds than grass and it’s very therapeutic to pull out the weeds with the help of these tools.
Overall a good purchase.
I was surprised that these are so useful in the garden.
Decent tools. The wooden handled weeder makes short work of dandelions infesting a lawn.
Perfect for what I needed them for. No complaints at all
Easy to use! Moisten soil, position weed in the fork and dig deep to remove the weed from the root.
Handy tool works great for weed pulling does what it says great grip sturdy and strong tools thanks
Item has been in use for a long time and is working well.
Good pair of tools for weeding. Comfortable in the hand, and easy to use. Appear sturdy, and good value for money
Do exactly what they are supposed to do, the wooden handled one is better for deep rooted weeds
These were bought to replace a lost weeder. Both do the job well, though I prefer the one with the wooden handle for tough weeds, because of its greater leverage. A good buy.
Update on 2.7.21 Weeder with wooden handle broke
Good price, good quality excellent for getting at those small (and large ) weeds without disturbing adjacent plants.
Both of these little implements work well at digging out daisies. For deeper roots, the one with the wooden handle works best, although occasionally you have to dig down deeper to catch everything and end up hooking up a chunk of earth. But overall, they do the job.
Easy to use, comfortable to grip, pulls weeds out easily and sensibly priced. Good value.
Well packaged and promptly delivered. Easy to use and great for removing dandelions and plantains from the lawn. I recommend this seller without reservation.
Tool with wooden handle is great, Exactly what I needed to get the job done
Put simply they work – this is a replacement for a tool I’ve had for over 20 years, I do not expect to have to replace it
Or, more accurately, them, you get two for a very reasonable price
Also useful for creeping buttercup or any other weed that has persistent tenacious roots
Great for Dandelions on the lawn.
The points dig down and cut through the tap root, then lean it back on the metal loop to lift it out of your nice lawn.
I have used a more basic version before and can confirm it will destroy Dandelions, you can feel the tap root snap as you cut it, minimises damgae from trowels to the lawn by the traditional method.
Slightly on the small side; the wooden handle one replaces one I lost/misplaced. Its shorter than original but worked fine. Both seem solidly made for China product; happy with price. After some use they will do; the rubber handled black one is solid but a little short.
Well a quick test on lawn removing dandelion plants/roots
meant I found these good to excellent…many reviewers say they like wooden handle one… but they both pretty damn fine.. you will find you need peat/soil to hand to fill in holes dear friends… Go buy it… Very good…
I use the one with the wooden handle for getting under the root of ragwort. Works brilliant to get it all out. Really sturdy feeling and good handle length. The other once has shorter fatter forks so probably more suitable for looser soil.
