However I have a leaking optic and don’t want to return the whole kit the bottle connection if fine and have swapped bottle. I can’t find a way of contacting seller. A new one is about 15 but I don’t feel I should pay after just over a month so until resolved can’t recommend 100%.

Purchased 28/12/21 – Had an issue with two of the optics leaking. Emily from customer services soon contacted me and replaced the two faulty units. Very happy with the product 10/10
I was pleased when the product arrived. Assembled fine no problems. However disappointed that 2 of the optics leak when the bottles are attached. For how much you pay for the optics I am disappointed.

seller contacted me relatively quickly considering the holiday period. Offered me new optics to be sent out straight away. Really happy with the replacement as not many people would do this. Thank you very much!

Der Stern Abzug bleibt aufgrund der Verarbeitung und das bedauerliche, das es die Ausschnke nicht im einzelnen Nachzukaufen gibt oder zumindest nicht angeboten werden.
Works great, easy to use. Had to assemble all the bits which was a bit fiddly. Very sturdy once fitted on to the wall.

I purchased the Barbarian 4 bottle optics for my Garden Room bar. I already have a free standing 6 bottle circular set but I wanted more space. These wall mounted optics are very sturdy and look good.

I bought the optics for my husbands new man cave. They are good quality, easy to attach to the wall and look very good. They can be moved for different size bottles which is an advantage as not all bottles are the same shape and size. I would definitely recommend

These look great and any size glass can be dispensed with one hand.
Had a problem with leaking optic, sorted straight away great communication and replacement sent out, fabulous.
Bought these for my boat so was a bit worried as to whether they’d be sturdy enough. I’m very happy with the quality, and even though I shan’t risk it, I think they’d stand up to going to sea.

Bought this for my outdoor bar, very impressed! Sturdy and there was no leakage!
They are easy to use and easy to connect the bottles to the optics. You can see from the picture it allows different size bottles with no issues.
I will now be buying more as a present for somebody else as they were also impressed!
Good product all round exactly what your needin in a home bar but unfortunately one of my springs has been overextended. I cannot seem to find anywhere I can buy them from 🙁

Pensavo fosse una cinesata ma mi sono ricreduta alla grande. Ospita comodamente qualsiasi tipo di bottiglia perch le molle di fissaggio hanno un buon gioco in altezza e non sgocciola affatto (cosa che mi preoccupava molto per il muro e il piano di legno). Il misurino eroga 25 ml e poi si deve ricaricare (veloce) cos si possono dosare perfettamente le quantit

Initial Review – I cannot explain how disappointed I am with this product. I was really looking forward to installing this but found 1 of the horizontal bars had a faulty thread meaning I could not securely attached the dispenser. A product which commands a cost of this nature really should be better quality controlled.
If the seller than put this right I am happy to reverse my review but may need to return this.
Updated Review – Having contacted the seller they promptly dealt with the problem and sent me a new horizontal bar. I received it on Tuesday, which was a very fast turnaround service. I’ve not fitted the new bar and no problems this time.
I was advised that this is a common fault with the bars but i’m impressed at the speed in which the seller dealt with this problem.

I risked these on a plasterboard wall and they haven’t moved at all, even after taking multiple bottles off and on etc. Perfect amount of entry points for screws. Super easy to take off and replace bottles. Fits loads of different sizes and shapes of bottles. Single measure so don’t get too drunk too quickly…unless you fancy a double…or a triple 😉 It’s also really satisfying watching the little measure gauge fill back up. These might be more expensive than others in the market but completely worth it. Finishing touch to our home bar. So happy!!

Update – Company sent replacement horizontal channel (plus a free bottle opener); great customer service as resolved my issue quickly. My lockdown bar starting to take shape now and optics do as expected.

3 of the 12 screws won’t tighten up into the back rails, holes in the rails look smooth so the screws have nothing to tighten into and just push in and pull out, so faulty back rails on 3/12. Everything else looks fine but yet to use as only just taken out of the box. Not the cheapest by a long way on the market so not great.
They sent 2 new rails out immediately, I didn’t even know they had done it so was brilliant to find them delivered, customer service is 2nd to none would 100%recommend

The optics arrived the next day, easy to assemble and good quality.
I used 6 x 40mm screws to fix to wall (35mm was recommended) and it doesn’t move.
I read that some leak but none of mine have so far. Some people may have just been unlucky! Bottles feel sturdy in its holder.
Will look to purchase a second one in the future.
This is the second one of these we’ve bought, and although set up temporarily in our darts den, they’ll both be going into our bar that is being built at our new home. You get the occasional drip from time to time from the optics, but this is 100% normal from any used in all the bars I’ve worked in or managed.

Only thing which always concerns me is the huge amount on unnecessary packaging used. This came in a large box with so much paper which was used for packing. The box could have easily been sent just in the original factory one rather than a box in a box. I am waste and environmental conscious.

This optic dispenser is very sturdy as you can see it holds all size bottles. Easy to install. There are cheaper ones on line, but I read the reviews before buying, so for the sake of a few extra pounds, this is value for money and sturdy enough for biggest bottles regardless of shape, and most of all it looks amazing. 5 Stars All Round

Great sturdy product.
My mate purchased the standard which were decent but I opted for the professional which in my opinion is worth that little extra.
Easy to install, clean and take apart.

Loved the product when it arrived, looks just great in our Summer House.
Disappointed that after only 2 days in situ one of the optics is leaking. Hence having to take it down. Could the optic unit be replaced? This instead of having to requested replacement of entire product.
Otherwise will need to return in full. Which we would like to avoid if at all possible.
Would be great to have our mini bar in full working order. And looking great again.

I purchased this product for my home bar and was very happy to find that it was very easy to assemble and added a professional look to the bar, at first it was a little tricky to mount the bottles but I soon got the hang of it. Looks good and no drips overall a very satisfied customer.

This is slightly flimsy, as other reviewers have mentioned, but that’s to be expected for the price. It works fine, no leaks from any of the four dispensers, does the job as anticipated in our garden bar. The free bottle opener is the icing on the cake.
