It came on time and packaged well, no damage. The delivery driver dumped it on the doorstep and disappeared before anything signed for, not the sellers fault, just usual white van man.
The instructions were very clear, I have a similar chair so was able to get it constructed easily.
I like the packaging for the screws in a blister pack so they don’t go all over the place, it also comes with the allen key, which was tight to get into the head as the powder coating it a bit thick. The screws have a locking paint on them, which was good to see.
I would like to see an option without the arm rest, a different way to connect the seat to the back, as this is what broke on my last chair.
Overall very comfortable seat for daily use.
I feel very supported in this chair, I like it a lo
Great looking chair really comfortable.
Flat pack ok if you can follow instructions.
Husband built it.
Received this not so long ago very fast delivery, it was easy to put together,
I find it very comfortable much more comfortable than the leather ones.
Bought as now WFH full time. Good level of support and looks stylish in my study. Would recommend
As a carfter I spend quite a bit of time in my studio so the chair as to comfortable as I suffer with back problems I need he suppo
Great looking chair – good quality covering and a super colour (Grey) which lifts it above the norm. Very comfortable but for me the only drawback was that I would have liked it higher – however this can be rectified with a new gas cylinde
Working from home. Easy to assemble, looks good, comfortable and good price.
Did not take long to assemble even though the instructions were not very clear. Very comfortable, supports the back & shoulders due to a great high back. Highly recommended.
Arrives well packed. Wheels, legs, arms and gas lift are all securely packed in the internal space in the rear back rest. I’d take a fair guess anyone who has left a review claiming most of the parts were missing simply didn’t read the enclosed leaflet advising where to find these items!
Spent around 15 minutes unpacking and assembling the chair. Was very simple and straightforward to do although a couple of the bolts were a little tricky for the arm rests but that’s because the fabric covering the chair was slightly covering the stud holes. A simple tip here is to put the bolts in the studs a few turns to ensure they are clear before assembling. Just in case we have any numpties reading this, I mean put the bolts in a few turns to ensure the studs are clear, then remove again before offering up the arm rests!
I have the grey fabric covered chair which is very soft to the touch and very comfortable to sit on.
I host live radio shows and this chair will be used in my studio. I’m pleased to report the seat and frame does not creak or clank around when shuffling about. That brings me to another point worth mentioning, at 19kg, the chair is not overly heavy or cumbersome so it is very easy to move around.
Time will tell if the fabric is durable and hard wearing!
Fairly easy to assemble. I only need d my husbands help when connecting the backrest to the armrests. Otherwise really easy.
It’s not obvious how you get to “rock” (twisting the knob infers the seat) but otherwise I am very happy with this purchase

Great chair, very easy to put together. Only thing it doesn’t have is rear adjustable support to lean back on the chair. Apart from that very comfortable
I have to admit that despite adequate instructions I found this troublesome during parts of its assembly, with some screws being hard to line up, then stiff and resistant. However, now it is together it looks the part and is durable, plus its material is comfortable to sit in, neither roughly textured nor sticky.

I work from home and bought a much more expensive chair than this one. It was uncomfortable and broke! This chair is perfect for my needs. Very well padded, roomy enough for a chunky person (thank god!) Nice colour. I am really pleased with it. I sit at my desk around 10 hours a day and it is holding up well. A little fiddly to put together but once done, it is a sturdy practical chair with extra padding and is just what I have been looking for.

Very good chair for the money. I had a small issue with one of the arms two months after purchase and they quickly sorted it out for me. I cannot fault the company in any way. Very positive experience.
Nice chair with clear assembly instructions. Soon put together and looks great and is very comfortable
Seems like a bit of a lottery when looking for an office chair on here with many having bad reviews as well as good. It felt like a good idea to spend a little more than I intended as there is a lot of cheap plastic and ply chairs out there with horrible reviews – even this chair has a few bad ones. But I couldn’t be happier for the price, this is really sturdy, comfortable and it took me 20 minutes to put it together.

Great chair – I wish someone could’ve told me that the screws/parts are INSIDE the chair, I almost returned it until I checked inside and saw the parts
Who those who are looking for missing parts like pole, wheels, handle and screws: they are inside the back cousion. This is not really obvious but it is written in the manual, you have to unpack it first.
It would be great if there was a large information sticker that the rest of the chair is inside of the back of the chai
The product came in a good package with all essential screws and a tool. Very comfortable. Have been using it over two months now. Great colour.
The only con about it is that it makes a sound here and there very rarely.
It’s comfortable to sit on, but I had to purchase some cushions for the arm rests as they are too low. You also can not move the back, so I have to use a few cushions.
It’s not ideal for a gaming chair, otherwise it’s okay

Bought as a gift for my partner and he says its the most comfortable chair he’s had. Has good support for back and is comfortable enough to sit on for a long time
If you follow the video is very easy to assemble and a good well made chair for the price cannot go wrong.
I spent about two days looking for a new office chair with the right height, comfort and lumber support. Really glad I ordered this! I’m pretty petite (4ft 11inch) and this chair has great height adjustment range. I like that I can rest my head on the back and armrests are comfy too. Will review in a few months time to see how I get on with it.
Comfortable, stylish and cheap. After searching high and low for an office chair, I finally bit the bullet and went for this one. I’m glad I did. I am very happy with it.
The Chair is easy to assemble but over time 3-4 hours the seat cushion part is a little thin and uncomfortable
Frustrating when you make a mistake during assembly, once corrected it was plain sailing
Well built chair that was easy to assemble, only real challenge was attaching the arms which took two of us to get everything lined up. Very comfortable and easy to use.
No dislikes about this chair which I use very often at my computer desk.
Chair arrived quickly, was easy to assemble and is very comfortable.
I’m happy with my purchase.
For the price you can’t expect too many thrills – the only features to speak of are your standard tilt and height adjustment.
The most ergonomical chairs start at around 350 (second hand) which is unrealistic for most people.
I paid 115 in total and for the price it’s a good buy if you’re just looking for something no thrills to tide you over until you decide to take out a second mortgage for a Herman Miller chair.

Ideal chair for computer, very comfortable, fairly easy to assemble would be better if it had a brake on rollers
Very comfortable, padded arms are a win. Perfect height from the ground too for me – I’m 5ft 10 and it’s just right. For around 100 you can’t really go wrong for a home office chair.

Extremely easy to assemble. Super comfortable to sit on (all day long). Brilliant idea of all the pieces being in the back of the seat for transport/storage. I love this chair already. It moves with you so you get total comfort at any angle. Well worth the price:)
I need to sit at my desk for seemingly endless hours every day and so I do get through chairs far more frequently than most. This gives me a chance to sample different chair styles and, when I felt my previous chair was in need of replacement I began looking.
I have to say it was the gray colour that attracted me to this sales page. Most office-style chairs are pretty much the same in function and I have come to prefer a fabric cover rather than leather or faux leather, far more comfortable to sit on.
At the time of ordering, this chair was listed at the reduced price of 128.99, which I felt was a really good deal. Even better, there was the chance of a further 20 discount, which I accepted. Then came the wait. With the product shown as being delivered by Amazon, I had expected a reasonably fast delivery from one of their warehouses but, in this case, it was not to be. The chair was being delivered by DPD (a decent company). However, the tracking number repeatedly showed that DPD had received the order but had not received the parcel to progress further. I therefore assumed it was coming from Europe, hence the slightly longer delivery date shown on my email. Perhaps I was lucky, the box arrived exactly 7 days from my order, which was really good – although the DPD site still showed it had not received the parcel, even though DPD delivered it. I guess there was a fault there with DPD. I do wish, though, that the sales pages would show precisely where an item is located, it would give customers a better idea of delivery status – and, in my case, it arrived early in the morning without any notification, fortunately I was at home.
I am definitely not marking this item down because of some mix-up with the delivery company, that would be totally unfair. My review, therefore, will focus solely on this office chair.
The box contained all the items necessary – remember the accessories are housed in the back of the chair back, you need to unzip and carefully remove them. Every single item had been carefully packaged and was covered in either bubble wrap or plastic to protect it in transit. The necessary bolts, along with an allen key, were actually quite large, nothing fiddly here, and that made the entire assembly process even easier.
I decided to follow the simple instructions to put the chair together, starting at point one and working through. That way I could review the manufacturer as well as the product. I have to say it was simple. I have assembled some office chairs in my time that took hours and a lot of sweat and swearing, this one took me under an hour and I deliberately went slow and steady.
Order of construction was clear, fix the legs to a central circular holder, cover top and bottom with a plastic cover (remember the plastic cover appears to be an entire circle but it does come apart), then push on the castors. First impressions were pleasing. The legs are a perfect width, definitely not too large like some chairs are.
I then fixed the controlling mechanism to the base of the chair and fitted it onto the legs. HINT – although the bolts are nice and chunky, they have to fit deep inside the recess of the mechanism so ensure you have lined up the holes first. Don’t tighten each bolt the full way, wait until all bolts are in place and then go around tightening them.
The arms I then screwed to the back of the chair (two bolts each side) – HINT have a small torch to hand because it is extremely difficult to line up the holes in the chair with the holes in the arms (black on black). Using a torch it makes it easy. Part-screw one bolt then fix the other, then tighten (but see my note at the end of this).
It is not easy to attach the back with arms to the seat – it never is! Especially because the bottom part of the arms is slanted. Using the torch again to light your way, fix one bolt and then the other, then tighten. I found it far easier to work both arms over the seat base and then lie the whole chair sideways on the floor. Turning it over to fix the bolts in the other side.
I mentioned above I would add a note here. When you tighten the bolts in the arms to the chair back, there is very little play in them to stretch over the chair seat. It might be better not to fully tighten the bolts until you have also attached the arms to the seat, then go around and tighten them all with the allen key. Choice will be yours, obviously.
One point I wish to make clear – on the model I received I found it very difficult to zip the back covering all the way around the second lower corner. This took a lot of careful pinching of the fabric so the zip moved by mm at a time. This is caused by the fabric being so tight around the edges of the chair back. I got there in the end but it took me 10-15 minutes of patience – and this time is included in the hour it took me to construct the whole thing.
When I had the chair fully constructed and standing on its castors, I sat on it with my body resting against the back and then adjust the height of seat I wanted. All worked first time and perfect – although I didn’t change the angle of the back because I like chair backs to remain near upright, and I never lean back or rock on the chair anyway.
I lifted the chair, it stayed intact, I rolled it into position, sat on it and found it really comfortable. The light grey colour is not overpowering at all in my room and the chair looks far more expensive than it actually is.
What would I have liked? A little more padding on the arms and more and firmer padding on the seat. Whilst it is comfortable, like so many office chairs that padding will flatten over time. Again, I am not marking the chair down because of this since it is simply my own wish and most chairs (unless you buy huge office chairs) have little padding.
All in all, using this chair now for several days and for many hours each day I have found it comfortable to sit on, the light grey colour looks perfect in my room, the chair arms are not too long and are ideal to rest elbows on (not long enough to hold an entire forearm). This chair cost me less money than almost all the other chairs I have bought in the last 10 or 15 years yet I find it superior to all of them. If I had the sense I would buy another one and keep it in storage to use when this one needs replacing.
A long review, yes, but I also wanted to point out the ease of construction and offer a few hints to make it easier for future customers. The fact I wish I could have a second to keep for the future indicates just how much I like this product and I have no hesitation in recommending it – especially the grey colour.

Nothing to dislike about this chair for me. Easy to put together and so comfortable especially as I work from home every day
5 out of 5 stars
I write this as I sink deeper into the chair, it’s so comfy! As comfy as it looks! Great quality, super stable. I really am happy with my purchase. Highly recommend! Easy to assemble, you’ll be sitting in no time!

Love this chair. Sturdy and strong when our Julie mounts me on it, wipes down easily, doesn’t squeak when the bucking gets faster. Spot on!
Bought this for my son for Christmas, he said it was easy to assemble and it’s comfortable to sit on, all in all he’s very pleased with it.
I am so pleased with this chair. I previously bought a cheaper desk chair for working from home, thinking that lockdown probably wouldn’t last long, anyway all this time later I found the chair uncomfortable causing me back pain so I did some digging for another one and liked the reviews for this one.
I am so chuffed I completed it about an hour ago, ( on my own and I’m a female in my mid 60,s) it was easy to do the instructions clear too.
As soon as I sat down I noticed the difference of comfort immediately, it’s like sitting in an armchair for comfort but with great support while sitting at a desk.
Looks great and good quality. I love it.

Very, comfortable light and sturdy. Would have liked castor to have locks on, but not a great problem. Just what I wanted at a reasonable price.
Good chair at a good price. I bought it for my short wife and she has no issues but maybe someone taller would have. It doesn’t have an option to incline (or I can’t do it at least) but it’s veeeery comfortable and for this price I think is ok
I spent a lot of time looking for a good chair for home office use before I found one that ticked all the boxes. The packaging is very clever to minimise the size of the box with most of the components inside the seat back. Delivery was very quick and assembly very well documented and straightforward

Picked this after a lot of research and looking at reviews. Easy to unpack and assemble but you do need to look at the instructions to find where all the bits and pieces are stored. The stand and other bits were inside the chair seat. Once you have all the bits it was easy to assemble, though better with two people as lining up screws while trying to hold the chair steady was a bit of an issue. Took about ten minutes in the end from opening the package to being able to sit on it at the computer.
It looks modern, its a nice tinge of grey which goes well with the room and its a good size and comfortable, though for me it could do with a bit more padding on the seat. But only a minor issue.
For the money its excellent.

I have been looking for weeks to find an office chair that fits in the design of our living room. This looked nice, was plush what I prefered when looking and had a higher back. (I am 6 feet tall.)
It is risky to buy furniture online without the option to try it but happy I wnt ahead and bought this one.
Although I just purchased it, it seems a good and comfortable chair. It does give sound when moving around on the wheels tho, but hope it will go away with time.
Weird that it doesn’t have padding on the back of the back support, but should be alright without it.
Needed two people to assemble the three parts together.

very comfortable chair. worth paying a bit more to get a stronger chair.
The quality of the material is quite good, and the seat itself is comfy. But I’m sad that the backrest is quite hollow, I have a cushion that I put on there for my back but it would’ve been nicer to have a padded backrest.
Assembled by myself (74 years of age), read U Tube first, that helped.
Looks great, light grey, brightens the office up, plenty of support where needed. Find myself falling asleep rather than internetting, really is that comfortable.
OK, after all the good news, one annoyance, the chair rocks backwards and forwards, just a little, sideways as well. Doesn’t quite fit snug where the seating part fits into the wheeled part so we have this constant little rocking motion, would have had 5 stars but for this.

This chair delivers on what it promises. It is comfortable and sturdy.
It takes a little while for the tilt to work as the chair frees itself so bear with it.
I am very happy with the purchase but do build with one other person if possible and take your time!
A quality item and very good value.
This is easy to assembled and comfortable chair for tall people. Liked the produc
Great chair, very comfortable and easy to assemble. One tip with assembly – I found it easier to screw the arms of the chair to the back first rather than to the seat part as instructed. It was difficult to locate the bolt holes if the arms were fixed to the seat. I would recommend fabric chair rather than faux leather. My experience of faux leather chairs has been they start to crack and ware away very quickly with use – see other reviews of faux leather chairs. Also fabric will be better in the summer months to sit on with bare legs.

Arrived on time.
Quality parts very well packaged.
Clear instructions.
Easy to assemble single handed.
Comfortable.
Very good value, I have two.
This is a stylish and comfortable desk chair. It’s fairly easy to put together; took me about 20 mins.
Comfy chair. I use all day working from home and it does the job. Easily assembled.
Great comfortable office chair. Purchased for Christmas present for my sister who has back problems and spends a lot of time working from home. This chair not only gives her support for her back but also looks great. Although a bit on the expensive side its so well made and sturdy. Very easy to assemble. Thank you

A very comfortable chair. Assembly was slow till I loosely attached the arm rests to the back before trying to attach them to the seat. There is no tilt adjustment on the seat.
I really like this chair, mainly because I’ve suffered from sciatica for years and had a chipped coccyx bone in the past which still niggles and its been much better for my back than my old chair.
I have a job where I have to sit at a desk for 9-10 hours a day so I’ve really tried and tested it, it’s comfy on the butt and back… but the padding in the arm rests could do with some improvements as I find my elbows can get quite sore after a couple of hours, as I rest them on the arms when using my mouse. This is a minor set back as I’ve just been sticking a cushion on the arm to aid this, although I think it would be 5 star with an update to the arms.
This chair cost me 99.99, as a 20.00 voucher was offered at checkout so I think for what it is, it’s a great price as the same style office chairs on official sites can set you back over 170.00.
Assembly was easy, there’s a QR code so that you can Watch a video of it being assembled along with picture books in an ikea style to put it together. No tools needed as it’s Allen key and they provide this in packaging.
The pleather has a nice feel to it and it looks great, very smart. It has a rocking feature and height adjustment, you can’t fix in place the rocking though but this isn’t a problem for me personally, as it quite sturdy and you’d have to throw yourself back if you want it to rock to be honest.
In summary:
POSITIVES – Looks very ‘swanky’, comfortable for lower and upper back, great for keeping comfort for long hours and affordable
NEGATIVES – Doesn’t have a ‘rocking’ lever to fix in place and the free rocking feature is quite stiff, meaning you may have to physically push the chair back with your back. Arm pads are quite thin and hard so could use improveme

Easy to out together but need 2 of you. Pretty stable but can feel a little movement in the stem when seated in it not reassuring it will not suddenly collapse.
Nice padding will see how well it lasts.
Was hoping I could lock into a reclined position, but it springs back to the upright position rather forcefully so I cannot lean back and relax.
Although the instructions were fairly basic, they were easy to follow and it was good that an allen key was provided for tightening the bolts. Assembly was relatively straightforward. I managed to put it together myself, but a second person would be helpful, especially when attaching the backrest which was slightly awkward to hold and align properly. The base is formed from steel parts rather than the moulded plastic that I have encountered with chairs I have had the past. The chair is firm, yet comfortable and the backrest is nice and high, giving full support to your back. The chair was a bit more expensive than models I have bough in the past, but the steel base and general level of sturdiness is probably worth the extra cost.
After reading many reviews on this chair, which i might add were negative, but 1 was everything i wanted… I decided to go ahead and buy. Im glad i did.
I wanted a high back comfortable chair for Clients in my nail salon. This is ideal for my usage. It goes low enough to fit under the desk, has great lumbar support and moves freely around on the carpet.
For those people who gave this chair a bad review, i feel the problems were not the chair itself, but more likely the issue was how you built it!! It was simple to build and its a heavy sturdy comfortable chair with great back support!!!
I spent 2 days researching a high back chair and came back to this one. Pleased i did good value for money and i would recommend it.

I spent around 4 hours on Amazon, trying to find a chair that is reasonably priced and semi-decent. I am happy I bought this. I am a mature university student mostly studying at home during the week and needed a chair that had back support, is comfortable and has supportive arms due to RSI. This chair is ideal, it is decently padded, has a rocking function if you need to take a break from typing, the wheels work fine on the carpet and the arms have a little padding. On the tallest setting, it may not go under a desk but I tend to lower it back down for space-saving.
Took me about 40 minutes to assemble because I am allergic to self-assembly. The drill shown in the video is only going to be helpful if you have an allen key attachment set. They include an allen key otherwise, so it’s not the end of the world.
If you’re at the end of your tether and just need a decent chair ASAP. This one is probably going to be fine for you!

Comfy and elegant office chair, no part missing, some work to put parts together but it’s not difficult.
Overall, I’m generally happy with this chair. It doesn’t feel quite as sturdy as other chairs I’ve used before but then it certainly doesn’t feel like it’s going to fall apart either. Feels a little firm on the bottom, but that could just be personal preference.

Good chair and very comfortable just wish the back could be moved backwards and forward a bit more.
The chair is very good, no squeaks or groans and is quite rigid so exactly what I needed. However there is a small cut to the rear of the right side arm which is a pity as everything else is spot on.
A perfect for home working. Comfortable and sturdy, providing the right support in all the right places. Easy to assemble and a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Due to our chair which we use for side table broke had to get replacement one, when searched for replacement I had to make sure it’s capacity should hold minimum 100kg, this one supports upto 140kg . So perfectly suits for purpose.
Chair itself needed assembly which very easy to assemble. Takes less than ten minutes to fully assemble.
It’s made from thicker foam which gives comfortable feeling and nice softly curved armrest quite comfortable.
It has tilt back function with the rocking motion, which can be adjusted and put some tension how much it will rock.
Due to its not Fabrica and meshing style it’s very easy to clean, just wipe off and issue resolved.
Overall very supportive and comfortable chair which supports upto 140kgs. Ideal for my needs and compare to quality it’s in good price range.
