This battery charger does an amazing job for one that only runs off a USB power source (not supplied). It does seem to charge up to 12 batteries at a time in a reasonable time. For the number of batteries that it can charge, this is a pretty compact device.
It can take either USB-C or USB-Micro charging cables so it is pretty versatile.
The main negative that I have is that it requires batteries to be charged in pairs in consecutive slots. This is a little irritating when you have an odd number of batteries to be charged.
The charging light is between each pair, showing red while charging and green when the pair of batteries are full.
Each battery slot can take either a AA or AAA battery, but I would advise against mixing them in one pair. Similarly it is probably a bad idea to mix NiMH and NiCad batteries in the same pair, as they have different charging and internal resistance characteristics.

The charger.
This is a AA and AAA battery charger. It is powered off a USB source either USB C or micro USB. Both cables are supplied.
Set up.
I used a dedicated USB charger to use it with. It will charge AA and AAA at the same time.
Charge time.
It is a slow charger. It takes around 8 hours to charge 12 AA batteries but it works well.
In use.
I use a lot of AA rechargeable batteries in trail cameras and this unit means I can keep plenty of batteries charged.
Overall.
A slow but versatile USB charger. Great if you need to charge a lot of AA or AAA batteries. Been using this one for a few months and it has performed very well.
Very useful to have to stop buying new batteries and reuse your re chargeable ones
Good that it fits 12, however it takes a while
To charge them up so it won’t be a quick fix if you need batteries quickly etc
Looks sleek and modern and doesn’t get overheated or too hot when it’s filled
The charger for rechargeable batteries was delivered on time and in good packaging condition. It is an extremely useful device, which saves me a lot of time. In the set is the charger plus the USB cable. It is easy to use and has a good quality. It charges the batteries quickly, I’m an photographer, so I’m very happy with this, especially when I have weddings and I need all the batteries to be fully changed , so far I didn’t notice any issues
First thoughts:
Pros
Charges both AA and AAA batteries in the combination slots.
USB-C input as well as microUSB.
Charge up to twelve batteries at once.
Simple to understand charge indicators.
Doesn’t require a mains power source to charge the batteries, so it’s portable.
Cons
The battery slots are paired and any odd number of batteries will not charge the single battery on its own.
A nice lightweight charger that I can use with a power bank or portable power station to charge backup batteries when out and about.
The only thing I can’t get my head around is the paired charging system. The bays aren’t double bays, there’s just twelve slots, but you can only charge even numbers and any battery without another battery in a pair will simply not be charged at all.
The only option I have is to do a weird charge juggling act, and partially charge a battery pair the swap one out for an odd battery and so on. The result is uneven charging, or waiting for a stray depleted battery to pair with an uncharged one. And yes, I have devices that require unusual numbers of AA batteries that don’t always result in even numbers left over.
Details and things to note (See pictures):
12x AA/AAA battery bay charger that has both microUSB and USB-C inputs for charging.
LED indicators are beneath the surface and light up when checking batteries, charging, and fully charged (red/green flash, solid red and solid green).
It can take a long time to charge high capacity batteries and it doesn’t seem to matter whether you use the USB-C or microUSB input, as they share a 5v input bridge.
The charger is very lightweight in comparison with some other chargers I’ve used. Along with the USB charging, this makes for a very portable charger that I can slot in a bag without really impacting the weight of the bag.
Final thoughts:
Apart from not being able to charge single/odd number of batteries, this is a fairly good charger.
The main benefit being able to charge a large number of AA batteries at once (my older chargers are 2 and 4 slot chargers). I like to keep 8x high capacity batteries charged up as an emergency battery unit for my DSLR, just in case I burn through or have an issue with my primary batteries.
A 12 gang multiple aa aaa battery recharger
Flashing red indicated charging and solid green means your batterys have charged
Don’t expect all batterys that you put in to charge at the same time to all charge to green in one go as each set of batterys you charge will be older than say another two batterys charged in the next two battery holders
And remember you have to charge in pairs starting from the left hand side of the battery to the right hand side so for instance only charging 6 batteries you would use the 6 first battery holders and leave the remainder of the charger clear of batterys
It does mot matter which size micro USB hole you use they both produce the same result
Do not use the both USB portals at the same time as you could blow the circuit in the charger
So start going green and no disposal of your usual throw away batterys bought just for that purpose ,do not re charge normal batterys
And any batterys that take days to charge need to be thrown away safely they are just told old and invest in some new batterys
Best longer lasting batterys are upto and more 4800amp and last avery long time especailly in solar lighting
And to go a little bit green if we all made one change in our lives to some thing green that would add up to some thing Very Massive….
And it’s not a very hard change to make and your not polluted your enviroment with the deadly mix of ingredients that makes up a battery
So happy charging especailly if using the batterys for the original charge of your solar string lights for the garde
We had this product and to be honest didn’t realise how much money we saved it holds up to 12 aaa or 12 aa batteries (rechargeable) it comes with USB charge lead and it has charge indicators above each slot so you know when batteries are charged and having 3 kids with most toys using batteries we found it so much cheaper just using rechargeable ones less waste and cheaper in the long run so this product is amazing and a deffinate 5 star I highly recommend
A few months ago I switched completely to rechargeable batteries, due to concern for the environment.
This charger, charges fast and the design is tough; I can see this lasting for years.
It’s really easy to use and I consider it very good value for money.
Dlyfull 12 Bay Ni-MH AA AAA Battery Charger with 2 USB High-Speed Charging Ports for Rechargeable Batteries. Good only downside is you can only charge even numbers of batteries not odd numbers. 2 inputs to charge. Good quality ok price. Comes with a USB but not a 3 pin plug. You need to provide. It can charge up to 12 batteries at one time.
15.99 at time of review. 5*.
Works as expected. Simple and efficient. You need to take the batteries additionally though
I like this Charger because it can charge enough batteries for all 3 external flashes (4, 4, 2) I usually use. I like that it shows when the batteries are charged by way of a green LED. Most chargers I have used tend to get hot during charging. This one stays cool even when charging 10 batteries.
For a 12 capacity Charger, it is light and compact making for good portability.
I like the large capacity of 12 batteries and it can do AA and AAA batteries, although you can’t mix the sizes.
The LEDs show if each pair of batteries are charged which makes it a lot easier if you have batteries and different levels of charge going in.
It’s not the quickest but that makes it a lot safer in terms of heat as it runs very cool and it prolongs the life of the batteries.
You have the option of charging via micro USB (included) or USB C which is a nice feature.
I’m happy with it and would recommend.
This charger is fantastic! It’s well made and so versatile, in that it will charge up to 12 of either AAA and AA rechargeable batteries at the same time, all from a USB-A socket. This allows charging pretty much anywhere, in the car, from a computer, or many other places where you have the means of accessing USB power. A USB-A to Micro USB cable is included, but there’s also a USB-C port on the charger, so you can charger from USB-C too. Note the batteries are charged in pairs.
The charger has worked flawlessly for me so far, I’m really happy with it.
I got this to charge my eneloop pro batteries as I bought them and they don’t work on my other charger.
This is a lightweight, easy to use and basic charger. Exactly what I needed. It comes with a micro USB cable (yuck) but can also be powered by USB C which is so much better. So I can forgive the micro USB in the box.
It is simple to use, just pop the batteries in and you get a red light for charging and a green light when done. Basic yes with no indication of battery % but that’s enough for me. One thing I don’t like though, is that you have to charge in pairs. You cannot charge a single battery! This is a bit odd but it backs it up in the manual.
I use my eneloops for my quest 2 controllers and one generally dies before the other as it gets used more for the menus etc, so this is a bit annoying that I can’t just charge one. I have to remove both and charge them.
Very strange, and quite annoying, but it is what it is. Other than that, it does its job well.
Dlyfull 12 Bay Ni-MH AA AAA Battery Charger with 2 USB High-Speed Charging Ports
This doesn’t appear to be the most advanced or powerful battery charge that I’ve had, but where the strengths lie in this is that 12 batteries can be charged at the same time. The charger will be especially useful around Christmas time where it seems almost everything needs to be run from AA or AAA batteries.
The charger itself appears to be well made from tough looking matt white plastic, it seems to be quite robust. There are just two available power inputs, a Micro-USB port along with a Type-C port, either can be used. There is a Micro-USB cable provided in the box, this will plug into a standard USB Type-A port.
This has the capacity to charge 12 batteries at the same time, they can be AA or AAA, or a combination of each. The only rule is that there has to be at least 2 of the same type side by side for the charging light to come on.
To test this out I placed a set of 4 x AA Ni-MH 2800mAh hour batteries to charge, so far they have been charging for 5 hours and the charging light is still showing red (green is full). So this isn’t a particularly fast charger, it appears to be built for quantity rather than charging power. That isn’t a bad thing as fast charging can reduce the life of the batteries, a slower trickle charge is often more economical. To be fair to this charger, 2800mAh batteries are high capacity, a lesser capacity battery will obviously charge much quicker.
I do feel for the asking price of just 15.99, it is well worth it considering you can charge 12 batteries all at the same time. Pop 12 batteries on at bedtime, in the morning there will be 3 sets of fully charged batteries available. This suits me just fine!

Thank you for reading my review, I hope you have found it helpful.
This is very basic quite cheap looking minimalistic battery charger. It is reasonably solid and well made so I would expect it to last. You can charge batteries in multiples of 2, from 2 to 12. I tried it on batteries that my energizer charger said were faulty and would not charge and and it charged them all up perfectly. Well pleased with that. AA or AAA batteries only and only in multiples of 2. It is fairly light and portable. It is simple to use. For each set of 2 batteries, the LEDs are red when charging and change to green when done. Very simple to use. This is a battery charger that works well.
This simple but effective smart charger will accommodate AA and AAA NiMH rechargeable batteries in pairs in any combination. Each adjacent pair of positions has a single led above, under the translucent plastic case. It will glow red when charging, and green when the batteries are fully charged. It should then switch to a trickle to avoid overcharging, although the instructions confusingly advise removing charged batteries or switching the charger off. The charged batteries don’t seem to get hot if left in place. Power comes from USB, and there are alternative USB-C and micro-USB sockets on the device. A lead of the latter type is provided. You are warned in the fairly-intelligible multi-language instruction leaflet not to use both at the same time. The electronics can identify wrong polarity and defective batteries (though it’s not as fussy as my previous charger). That’s about all there is to this no-frills, very useful charger.
This is a very useful battery charger for households like ours which use a lot of AA or AAA batteries. We use them in our multiple outdoor wildlife field cameras and with 4-8 batteries per camera and about 12 cameras in use, we are always charging batteries.
This holds 12 AA or AAA batteries for recharging but, curiously, charging must be in pairs rather than single, individual batteries. Once a pair of batteries are inserted then the charging indicator lamp will illuminate red for charging or green for charged. It appears to work well BUT I discovered that once the red charging lamp turns green indicating the batteries are charged, if I then swap a pair around, then the charging lamp turns red again. On testing each individual battery with a volt meter they were fully charged.
Charging can be via either micro-USB for which a cable is supplied, or via USB-C which offers faster charging.
The charging unit can stand upright or be laid flat to charge. I use it standing upright on its base and found it generated hardly any heat so feels safe to use including leaving it unattended for overnight charging.
At 15.99 it represents an easy means of recharging multiple batteries simultaneously and with its USB power source, it is ideal for travel and universal use. My only gripe is that I would have preferred to see an LED charging status per battery rather than per pair of batteries so have deducted a star for this.
Dlyfull 12 bay battery charger for AA & AAA.
Easy to use charger, simple instructions, powered by a USB lead. There are slots for either Micro USB or Type C but only 1 type was provided (micro) with a length of 60 CM /23.5 Inches.
12 batteries can be charged at once, charging has to be done in pairs (even quantities) so a minimum of 2 have to be inserted. Odd battery numbers will not charge.
There are only 6 LED lights which are red when charging and green when charged.
There is not a light per battery, the issue I have with this is that I do not know if both batteries are equally charged when the light changes. I mixed up used batteries from various remotes etc not knowing what power was left. When the light went green for charged I removed and re-inserted them, it took an average of 5-15 mins for the light to go green again so all of the pairs could not have been fully charged the first time. So a little patience is required to ensure each battery is equally charged.
While charging with each slot filled the charger barely gets warm at all, there are air vents along the back to aid this. My old charger (a fast 1 hour charger with only 4 slots) gets so hot it almost melts the battery, this charger is sensibly much slower and I’m impressed it can do 12 at once and stay very cool.
Time will vary on how drained the batteries are and possibly their make. A totally drained/flat AA can take at least 4 hours.
The type it will charge is Ni-MH & Ni-CD rechargeable sized AA & AAA.
Removing AAA’s can be fiddly with short finger nails, also there is very little room to roll them out sideways with a finger, large hands may struggle.
I do recommend this charger and think it is good value for money. When empty it feels and sounds a bit thin and echoey but used sensibly it should last. The USB slots don’t wiggle about and feel secured in place. It may be slower than others but no more juggling hot batteries for me!
There is no dust cover so I’d keep the box handy for when it’s not in use.
The battery charger lights up when it’s plugged in and when batteries are put in it but you do need to charge the batteries in pairs, you have to have an even number, it won’t charge an odd number. I’m very happy with this as it charges up a lot of batteries all at once, 12 actually, rather than just the 4 my old one charges at a time. You can charge AA and AAA batteries with this, you can see in my photograph that there are 2 x AAA batteries there and 1 AA; it won’t charge like that as it needs an even amount but it’s to show how both battery types fit into the device.
It works well in that it charges my batteries but it does not have an led light for each battery it’s got one light per 2 batteries and no digital read out like some others at the same price. The build quality is good but it seems like cheap plastic not strong stuff. It comes with a MINI USB cable but it has a USB-C port as well but not cable for that, I do not see the point of having a MINI USB port just have the USB-C port with a cable because it’s newer and faster. I would price this an the 9.99 price range not 15.99 and would recommend it then.
