If you’re looking to have a soft glow for a YouTube video or other social medias as you talk on camera. Put the light on the floor instead with a slight tilt, no tripod and let it glow. Using a tripod may give it a harsher look.
I do food photos for the restaurant that I work at for social media and the lighting isn’t always perfect. The fill lighting really helps me with better horizontal angles where are the above lighting doesn’t do it justice, or when outdoor lighting is working against you. Good battery life, plenty of modes and colors and intensities. Easy to operate, coming from someone with no photography/lighting experience
There are more powerful video lights out there in the market, but for the price this is an excellent light. The only problem is the battery life doesn’t really last that long if your using it above 50% brightness. You of course need to use whatever ambient light is available for your shot. This light will enhance your photo for subjects that aren’t too far away. Turn it off as soon as you take your shot to conserve battery power.
This light is really well built, and the articulating arm (with built in cold shoe mounts) really helps to separate this light from the competition. The arm is very stiff, I was almost afraid to use too much pressure to rotate the light, but this turns out to be an advantage, and I’m not afraid of any drooping when I position the light.
The effects are neat, I think the police light effect looks particularly good. The color temperatures seem on point, and range from around 2500k – 9000k.
This light is bright enough to use as a portrait key light when mounted on your camera shoe up to about 6 feet or so, otherwise you’ll probably want to mount this closer to the subject if using a long focal length for portraiture (tested at 5600k). Four stars because I wish this was a little bit brighter.
There’s a YT video that does a comparison between this light, and several others. Average lux is 1912 here, which is better than many similar competitors, but the top scores were 2819 lux and 2686 lux from only slightly more expensive models. I’ll also note RGB mode seems a bit brighter to me than the bicolor white light setting.
That being said, the battery life on this came in first place at 3h 10m @ 100% brightness.
The included tripod is simple, but well made, and feels solid.
For the price, quality of light and tint, and features, this light may be best in class.
This light would be perfect imo if it were just a little bit brighter, even at the expense of decreased battery life. Although I haven’t tested the feature, apparently this unit can run while plugged in for charging, which is a major plus.

This light is great. Only thing that was confusing for me out of the box were the controls. For the first hour I thought I purchased the wrong thing because I couldn’t get the lights to stay constant. They only flickered and did tricks like I was in a red light district. And I could only figure out one additional color – yellow. But then ladies and gentleman, I went to YouTube and watched a tutorial and figured it out. Lol. This light is totally worth it!!!! It feels nice and sturdy, nothing cheap about its build. So many different levels of brightness that fill up an entire room PLUS such vivid beautiful colors. And don’t forget, it comes with its own stand. Can’t wait to use!
I’m absolutely thrilled with them!! I bought 2 and really, for almost all cases, really only needed one as the light diffusion is spread out/even.
The only thing I would add/change on these: .5% brightness increments. There’s big step from 1% to 2% for those doing night photography.
Battery life I’d say is the BIG reason why these lights are the “go to” – I have had them on for 4+ hours and laughed when I noticed the battery life has barely dropped.
100% happy with my purchase. Have been looking at Lume Cubes for awhile and this looked like a great substitute at a lower cost. Battery life and brightness are great. Love all the color options and warm and cool light versatility. It’s has a solid feel to it as well.

I had wanted to get a Lume Cube for toy photography, but the pricing on them was a real turn-off. A top review here helped convince me that the IVISII G2 Pocket RGB Camera Light might be the better, more economic choice for me and it all worked out! They are BRIGHT and have an easy-to-use interface based on a small screen and buttons. I purchased two (and might get a third one day!) and there are no regrets here.
This is awesome value for this light. I’m really happy with it as it’s pretty bright, great battery life & very compact. Had it 2 months so we’ll see how long it lasts.
These lights are so good I bought two! A very nice punch for the size, I’ve actually helped fill in an outdoor scene with one. Lots of USEFUL effects, and easily dimmed and color temped. Very happy with this purchase. These feel REALLY solid because they ARE! The mini tripod is very useful. Quarter twenty holes to mount, and a nice metal cage. The thing can last four hours at 100% brightness! Amazing!

This sucker packs a punch. Very bright, portable, solid battery and vivid colors. The only reason I knocked one star was due to the somewhat confusing button design when choosing different brightness and/or RGB colors. It’s not very straightforward, but if you use it enough you’ll get used to the button layout when toggling between settings.
Pros: Super bright, loads of different color options, can use as background lighting with FLS RGB mode, durable construction material – can throw in suitcase or camera bag, love the arm for quick setup/positioning.
Cons: Diffusion for portrait or soft lighting could be better, battery is good but not great
Overall really glad I went with a relatively higher priced but better quality LED for photo, video, and misc. usage.
Love the features of the lights and will be very useful in future portrait sessions. The hinges were a little too tight and adjusting them proved difficult.
I used it all night on a trip. Had no issues at all. Very well built.
The light is bright and the controls are fine – not the easiest, but really not complicated. No app for this, but they never said there was. The bracket is awesome and comes with multiple mounting options. The only issue I have is the tripod. The tripod is an absolute joke! Completely worthless. It’s just sad that you have a stellar product overall but cheap out on the tripod. If it weren’t for that, this product would be one of my top recommendations.
This light is great in so many ways. The build quality is fantastic. It’s versatile, with a huge range of settings for RGB and color temp. Battery life seems to be pretty great.
All that said, mine tends to start flickering once or twice a second, sometimes but not always, when it’s plugged in via USB. I tend to leave it plugged in while I’m using it as its my main light for video calls and so on. Every once in a while I find myself needing to unplug it and run it off batteries because it starts its little flickering dance.
If it didn’t do that it’d definitely be a 5-star product.

it is very bright and controls are designed in a good way to adjust them quickly. since it comes with a tripod, it makes it very easy to set it up quickly anywhere and start using it. battery life is also great.
Ease of adjustment & the attached arm make this an adaptable piece of lightning gear for me in a variety of shooting scenarios. I use it primarily for constant light in character portraits, still lifes and light painting work. Friends that routinely shoot video want to borrow it!

I like the light and the tripod, but the lower adjustment wheel sticks and has to be fiddled with to get it unstuck. Not worth sending it back since I won’t really be using the special effects the wheel adjusts.

I love these lights!, I have six. The tripod is great. I use them with a power adapter so they are always powered, but the batteries have very good power. They are very versatile and can do RGB color and dial in brightness for white balance. Use it for a key light, hair light, fill light, or in the background. (I dial in for 5000K) I have used these for everything and if you have a little skill, you will get great results. Worth every penny.
Amazing light for the price. I’ve been experimenting with some new video lighting effects and bought 2 other RGB LED lights on here for $40 a piece. I was pretty disappointed with their power and color intensity. I expected this one to be similar, but it’s so much better! If you’re looking for a good RGB light, don’t shy away from this one. It’s worth your time and money.
I haven’t used it enough to know what the battery life is like, so no comment there. But like other reviewers mentioned, it feels super durable and heavy duty.
Came with a tripod and an arm attached. I use I with the tripod sometimes but the arm was so versatile I mounted my camera to I and then the whole thing to a tripod and it’s perfect for keylight.
OLED tech in this is very cool extremely bight and the quailty loads of colors and easy to use the manual is pretty good , charge time is good about 2 hours and run time is extremely long I have not treated the full run time but several hours of run time and its very well made and I love the fact I can also mount my dslr mic on this as well , at lower levels the light is still very bright so watch your eyes or your going to see spots for a bit, so well worth the money as well,, and now I don’t even need my regular studio lights now at least not for most of what I do..
This little light is such a great tool to have access to whenever I need it in my camera bag. The light is very bright and the colors all look great. For $70 it’s honestly a must-have and will definitely allow you to be more creative
Bought this light to help take pictures of baked goods on my iPhone. It’s a nice light. Came with a short tripod. I bought the extra arm to hold the light and the iPhone together. They work like a charm! The light has many adjustable settings and is very intuitive. Don’t know about battery life yet…but it lasts at least one hour…the time it takes for each of my photo shoots.
Use it for portraits on an old film SLR. Much better than a harsh flash. Interface is very simple – doesn’t need any app and it remembers settings. Build quality is quite good. Hopefully it will last a while.
This light is really powerful and yet so compact! I am really impressed by the design. It gives me the ability to choose whether to mount it or attach it to my camera all while making room for my camera’s mic! I’ve had this camera for years and am just now getting to really use it. This light has really helped speed up the process. I really wish I had bought this before I bought my cheap ring light. The brightness on this thing is like 50x brighter. The lights in my house weren’t strong enough for Zoom videos so I needed to get something to not look like a witness protection interviewee. I am very happy. I gave full stars for the battery life, but I haven’t really used it much. The unit does get very warm. That doesn’t really bother me though.

I’m a retired cinematographer. This is superb little light. The brightness and colour controls are easy to adjust and it’s more than bright enough for small area shots. In my darkish office, I was able to easily balance the colour and intensity to provide an excellent key light at about a metre away and at 20% brightness. This allowed enough exposure latitude to correctly expose the 32″ monitors in the background of the self portrait. Others have reported several hours use at this setting.
Colour rendition appears excellent on my Osmo Action camera. Further tests with my Nikon Z6ii will prove the colour accuracy, but I have no complaint about colour so far.
I’ve not tried it as a fill light in direct sun.
This light has insufficient power to provide any meaningful illumination in direct sunshine. I tried using it as a fill light and the light level was invisible unless the light was a few inches from the subject. Even under overcast conditions, there was no useful output.
Day exteriors are beyond its design limitations. Indoors, or in less than full daylight, it’s great.
The small included tripod and the built-in mounting yoke put it head and shoulders above the competition’s bare lights, IMHO. The unit is extremely well made. Robust and compact. They provide a nice little protective bag, too.
I wish the tripod legs would lock in the open position. They’re susceptible to unexpectedly folding up, especially on smooth surfaces.
The unit’s lighting is extremely bright, no doubt. But the one strange thing I am not finding is setting the lighting bulbs to just plain white, like a typical light bulb for instance. It takes care of my lighting needs for food photography when I am not using overhead lighting, but I have yet to figure out how to use just regular lighting.
I got a pair of these to use when making videos and I love them! They’re bright, have different special effects, adjustable brightness and color temperature. And, would be great to liven up a party, too! One of the best features is the mounting bracket – very versatile and sturdy! This is a high quality item at a reasonable price!

I have no issues. The battery life is great, it’s super bright but can be dimmed. It’s easy to use and program. Great as an ambient light for Vlog videos or as main Key-light for video calls, zoom etc.
This light is a great value and has numerous applications. I am using it for both film and digital photography. I have had to learn how to utilize its many functions and am still learning its capabilities. I look forward to becoming proficient in its use.
The IVISII G2 Pocket RGB Camera Light is very functional and has been very useful and easy to use.
I have both this and the LumeCube. Trust me, this one is brighter, easier to use, will keep charged if plugged in while using. Last longer. Better color. It’s my go to even though there’s no diffuser. The stand is excellent. Big win all the way around. It’s been a few months and we use it pretty much everyday.

A nice product. The only thing I didn’t like was the attachment to the camera, it tended to get stuck or fall off when I carried the camera around outdoors with the light attached.
Everything that came in this package has a solid feel to it. Controls are easy to use and the base for this light is worth the price by itself. Shipping was amazingly fast (less than 24 hours from order). I’m still evaluating battery life, but based on it’s size and weight I have no doubt that it has a good size battery to it. I’m super happy with this so far.

I ordered two of these and the light are really great and bright, I use for a key light with diffusion and the other for fill. They’re plenty bright, easily adjustable, seem to have decent battery life and lots of mounting and angle adjustment options.
The lights themselves are very well built. The stands could be good but one of the stands had a completely bad 1/4-20 screw so it was unusable. I use different clamp stands to mount the lights so it didn’t matter that much, but it is a slight knock on quality and if this was your only light and way to mount it it would be frustrating.
Nothing to say but great value and build quality. If you need a small portable led, this is it.

I’ve been researching similar camera lights for so long but needed something ASAP for a movie set at which I was invited to be a still photographer (the conditions were very dark and I needed a convenient and versatile portable light source). I love it, stumbled upon this brand by looking into reviews on Lumecube, and one of the reviewers was expressing regrets over not waiting long enough for this brand…so whoever put me on to this brand, thank you for that review. I will be buying one more for my future projects!
I watched a few videos on the best rgb video lights and this one came out on top for price and quality. So far I I’m very impressed by it. Great packaging, easy to use. It feels like good construction, the light is very bright other reviewers stated it has a 3hr battery life on high (I will need to test this).
And it comes with a flexible arm and tri pod so you don’t need to figure out a mount. Now to put it to the test and see how it performs under usage.
I can see why this gets good reviews. For the price the build quality is excellent. I would have expected to pay more for something of this quality. Good power and you even get a stand with it.
If you are looking for -THE BEST- LED RGB light this is the one! it’s so easy to use lasts about 2-3 hours of continous shooting and it comes with a mini tripod stand and a hotshoe mount!!! not to mention its form factor…

I have only had this unit for one day but it seems to do everything it should and it is certainly solid and well made. When charging though, there is no indication of level of charge but it does show a full charge when not charging. I would like to register it for warranty purposes but he activation link provided in the box does not work nor do any of the company links on the INVISII website! Let’s hope it does not fail otherwise it will need to be returned to Amazon.

fairly sturdy, good range of settings, astoundingly bright for the size, mostly use it plugged in but battery seemed ok when i used it without external power.
I found this light to be a bit difficult to adjust because of the rocker switch used for adjustment. If not very careful the light intensity or color would change in very large increments. The price of the light however is low enough that I will live with that. When adjusted the light is excellent. The battery life is very good as well.
This light is amazing the full metal body really gives it a premium feel and the tripod and bracket work perfectly. If you are looking for a portable like what can literally be any colour and brightness you want this will be perfect for you

I’m surprised. The quality is better… it’s not some lightweight plastic-y piece of junk but solid with a metal case that acts as a heatsink. The light is fantastic… far stronger than one would think at 100% power, and you can adjust the power, color balance, and hue to whatever you like.
This one light with a gray backdrop will MAKE your studio. The one thing I can’t directly speak to is longevity, but plenty of other reviewers have covered that. If you’re looking for this type of light… a small panel LCD light with a USB-C-rechargeable battery that ipunches well above it’s weight, and that is super-configurable in terms of output, color temp, and hue… look no further. HIGHLY recommended!
I had two LED lights similar to this one, but the batteries fully charged last only 15 mins at 100%. So I was looking for LED that lasts longer. Some youtuber tested this one and lasted 3 hours and 15 mins at 100%. When mine arrived, I charged it fully and tested at 100%. After 2 hours and 45 mins, one of the five power indicate lights was still on, but I had to leave. I think it probably would last 3 hours or maybe a little longer. It’s a good LED.
The first thing to mention is the battery life on this thing. Oh my it’s a powerhouse. Other lights i have i am always worrying about needing to charge them, this thing i keep forgetting it needs charging as i hardly need to do it. I used it on a 2.5hours zoom call and the battery indicator did not move a single bar! It’s other features are great too – brightness, RGB, CRI, special effects, ease of use!. It’s quality too, metal casing, and a sturdy metal bracket that is stiff enough to position the angle you want without it falling out of place. I’ve just convinced myself to buy a second one 🙂
Excellent saturation of colors, very bright. literally twice as bright as the neewer SL80. better controls, easy to dial in colors, good battery life, I only have to charge it once in every 3 or 4 recording sessions. the included tripod is a cool bonus, overall I rank this item up there with the best!

I bought this light to assist in my toy photography efforts. It did not disappoint. Mobile, long-lasting battery, and an array of settings. It’s super easy to use and has really helped spark some creative photo ideas. I love this light and plan on purchasing at least 2 more. I love it!
I picked up two of these to help with video conferencing lighting. They are nice and compact and super powerful! Nice build quality and great that they come with the little tripod. My only wish is that I could turn them on with a remote or my phone using a smart plug. Doesn’t work because of the battery. They are just out of arm’s reach with my set up so it’d be nice to be able to switch them off with a remote of some sort. Small issue though. Otherwise working great to light me up on video calls. Also – had a couple questions regarding the unit and the company was very responsive.
The only thing that would make it better would be a tripod that could adjust up to 24″ to 30″ tall. It turns out that I didn’t need that adjustment (and could have worked around it with a yoga block), but I can see the situation where it would be helpful. Any taller and I have regular tripods that I can use.
I don’t have much experience with lighting, but I highly recommend this. It does everything I need and is a really good value.

Super bright, but obviously adjustable too. Have only had it for a short while now, but as of yet haven’t had to charge it despite being an hour or so into use.
Only downside is the menu system with the two dials takes a while to get used to, but other than that great value for an accent or profile light.

This thing gets bright! This is the first panel light I’ve used, but wow does it really fill a subject well. My biggest complaint is that there’s no way/option to add another diffusion panel. I easily made my own with some paper and it helped a lot, seems an easy/cheap thing to add from the factory. It’s also quite heavy, but I know that’s a function of the quality of materials and the battery life, both of which are very good. The articulation is great, the button layout is good, the adjustments are nice, and having many mounting options is convenient. Definitely a great value for money.
This thing is freaking bright, and color accurate. There’s no flicker, and the RGB is really bright too.
The bonus lighting effects are cool as well.
The only con is that sometimes the wheels used to change brightness or mode get stuck.

This little LED light is awesome! It’s a little light thats super bright and includes many pro options. Just what I was looking for. The fact that the kelvin has such a wide range makes it easy to match the color of any lighting situation you are in. Love the included bracket, so far works really well. The side hinge replace the ball joint type of mounts which I personally hate as it is always troublesome to set up the angle you needed without it slagging when combining the weight of the camera and the light. The L bracket allows the light to be angle and twist leaving the camera pointing forward, this allows easy adjustment of camera angle.
The LED is nice and bright and the controls are easy to adjust as the wheel go up and down and can be pressed down as a select button. The warm and cool tone seems accurate and the built in flashing functions make it possible as background lighting effect such as police /ambulance scene. Working at 100% full power it does get warm but the metal body helps to cool it down, it does draw a lot of power from the internal battery so I always plug it into a USB outlet if I am to use 100% for a long period of time. Otherwise I find 70% plenty for close up and head shots.
As mainly working from home needed extra support with light due to nature of my work. This one saves me budding heavy duty big lights , it’s small and compact on size. Stating it small and compact size however was pleased with hight light delivery performance.
It doesn’t overheat even after couple hours constantly use, back of unit designed to help with heat dissipation.
It came with nice tripod which hold it perfectly on table. Also suitable with professional DSLR cameras, perfectly sits on top of them.
Colour wise it’s absolutely perfect, it multicolour and has 100 percent saturation arbitrary change, which is great to support my needs. Light wise it can be changed between 2.6K to 10K. So it’s possible to create absolutely any colour style.
It’s just over 300g which makes it quite portable. With single charge it can operate constantly upto 3 hours by using its own internal power bank.
Overall great small in size but might on function pocket rgb. So far very happy with quality and performance.
I bought this light to use in photography and to eventually dabble in stop motion. It’s seems to be a great little light. I love the all metal build and the RGB settings rather than using colored plastic slides, like my other light uses. It gets pretty bright although I’ll say it really shines, pun intended, at short and medium distances and with smaller projects in mind.
That being said, it would be great for vlogging, adding some background color to a small area for streams or as a less harsh key light, or even used in small photo ops when it comes to closer portrait work. When I can, I plan to buy another, or two, so that I’m sure I’ll have quality lights for whatever my projects happen to be.
So much better than I expected. It has a nice weight to it which I like. This thing gets incredibly bright. The white light temperature doesn’t get as warm as like, but you can use the RGB setting to make a very warm color.
I also bought a couple of other lights, for all the virtual calls we have to do now and this is the only one that actually works!! I plug it into my laptop and it sits on a stand and just works its magic!! The picture is so much clearer! I will have to buy more for our team at work!!
Perfect Light for camera or stream or gopro! Unbelievable perfect and so bright.
My one and only complaint, and the reason I knocked it down a star, is less an issue with the device, and more some things I wish it did.
1) The effects modes. Ambulance, police, etc. It’d be nice if there was more customization available with these. Like instead of a red/blue flash, being able to change it to pink/purple, or whatever.
2) The lightning modes have no element of randomness to them whatsoever. They’re very timed, on a loop, which is totally unlike actual lightning. If those modes were randomized, it’d be aces.
3) No standard strobe effect.
If it had those three things, it’d be perfect. But even without those, this is well worth your money, whether you’re using it to brighten up a photography shot, brighten up a Twitch stream, or whatever. It does the job, and it does it well. There are just like a few things I wish it did a little better. But yeah, easy recommend.

I purchased two lights and had an issue with the one of them. The LCD screen would not display half the time but the light itself was functioning. For the device that was working, it was great – super bright, vivid colours – really happy with the product.
I decided to just return the defected one and buy it again. Hopefully I won’t have issues with the next one
The tripod and mount that come with the device are really handy and why I actually i went with this pocket rgb compared to other brands. It’s so versatile and well made. The LCD display is also very intuitive and not at all hard to work around.
I am really amazed by the quality and Features of this RGB LED Light. I have bought several RGB lights and none of them can match the quality of this one, the CRI is accurate, I get more than 2 hours light with full power. this is the only RGB Light I see so far that can control the Saturation of color , and the intensity of the Color . none of my other RGB are able to do this.
I highly suggest this RGB light to who ever is looking for a good quality RGB LED Light.
A must have in your kit, I had it for a couple of months now. I’ve used it as a prop light, hair light, and sometimes as my main light when shooting at night. It’s very bright, and the RGB options really comes in handy when you need to add a splash of color to your videos. Its very durable and comes with a diffusion type of covering which helps to soften up the light, and also comes with a stand which I’ve used as a vlogging grip . Battery lasts a long time, so you won’t have to worry about about dying on you while yours shooting.
For the price it is listed at, I am actually quite impressed by the quality of this light. Charges very quickly, and the settings are very easy to change once you get used to it. There are some very cool lighting effects on it. The TV, ambulance and Police effects are really nice. Too bad there isn’t a fire place/bonfire effect… I would have given it 6 stars if possible! Haha
Overall, very impressive light. The tripod and mounting arm definitely make it a versatile tool.

I will always be able to test light bulbs with paint and commit to the right fixtures for the environments.

What an awesome little light. The market is currently flooded but I have to say this light meets and exceeded my expectations. It is sturdy and really well built. Has a nice battery life and a ton of lighting options. I used it today for it’s “tv” light effect and was so impressed. Not only do I love that this light has an articulating arm, but I was please fly surprised that the light comes with a mini table top tripod!!! So awesome. This bad boy even took 2 four foot falls and doesn’t have a scratch on it. Incant say enough nice things about this light. So cool. The light has a hotshoe mount, comes with a charging cable and a pouch. I think I am gonna love this powerful little guy.

The control is not that intuitive.
No honeycomb filter available to purchase, limit some of the usage scenarios.
Cons:
Will build up a little too much heat under warm weather when using around 100% output.
The base will hit the LED body (red circle), they are both painted medal, and will scratch the paint a little bit.
It is very bright the color temperature settings are very nice and seem to be accurate the added RGB settings are great for more stylized shooting, great for backdrops etc.
The battery has a very long life compared to other lights I have tried, I have not killed the battery, the longest I have used it though is only 5 hours in one go as of this writing.
the construction is very rugged with the aluminum frame.
Overall I am very satisfied with this light.
I was looking for a light to start recording youtube videos at home and found this one for a very reasonable price and good specs, but when I received it I was blown away. First of all it’s very compact and light with a really good battery life so it’s something I see myself carrying around in my photo bag all the time. Where I was really impressed was with all the light effects. It has 9 effects in total which is cool for such a small light and some can definitely be used even for more cinematic videos, such as the police car, ambulance and lightning effects. It’s definitely a steal for the price, only downside is that it’s not powerful enough to shoot in broad daylight but could be used to add some interesting hues for portraits. Doubt you can find something better for this price!!!
The cons- The controls are a little funky. They use 2 rocker knobs and I just think normal buttons would be a better choice. As mentioned the piece that attaches is nice for being able to tilt, however I wish it was removable and there was another 1/4 hole underneath. Just giving the option to use it with or without and fit into smaller spaces. The effects are nice to have but confusing. They have 2 lightning effects but it’s just a pattern that repeats itself. Real lightning isn’t like that. A single random pattern would have been more usable.
Overall these lights are great and everyone should have some version in their light kit to pull out to get you out of jams. Several choices and this is a great option.
I make professional videos. I focus a lot on cinematography and that has a lot to do with lighting. For the cost of this light, it performs exceptionally well. Definitely a huge value buy. It’s a hard light but with a white pillow case or a diffuser it becomes soft and looks well. I would say this is essential for small to medium budget filming and photography. Definitely worth it. We will see how it holds up over time now.
Seems like a nice strong and well built LED light. Very bright at 100% and may not be needed so bright at night and so is a good thing that brightness can be adjusted as that will help with battery life as well. The Colors can be set to one color or auto on different cycles. The tripod seems nice and sturdy and they also include a little adapter if you want to attach to your camera hotshoe. I also like that you can adjust the angle to reflect the light where you want it to. I will update this after my use. Hope the battery lasts at least a few hours but that is my main concern now.
It’s got an aluminum arm on it and two screw holes to go onto a tripod and seems super durable.
I also discovered that I can screw it on to my portable tripod/selfie stick, so between those two items I can have a portable tripod/selfie stick and now super bright light as well, perfect for travel shots for youtube from the hotel room or quick location shot.
It’s got the full range of rgb colors on it and also some of the other flashing features like police light and fire truck (not that I will use those features, but nice that they were able to pack all those features still into a small light that is not bigger than a portable hard drive.
It is rechargeable and I think they say it has two hours of life on the battery, I haven’t had a chance to test that extent, or if that’s based on full light power or what…but it seems like it has more than enough power for shooting whatever I will need to do.
