I am a singleton camper, 1 or 2 festivals a year. I have always bought cheap 2 person tents and left them behind (in the rubbish skip, not left up for others to deal with). This time I went for a bit of space, room for a cooker and cooler box without fear of elbowing things when moving around. When I put it up, I was impressed by the quality of build and materials compared to what I’ve had in the past. It says 15mins to put up in reviews, it took me 25, but then I’m not as young and fit any more. Taking down was a doddle, everything folded and rolled well and it was no effort to get back in the bag. It is a tad heavy for me, if I had to traipse across 3 fields to get to my pitch I would be puffing, again, the young and fit would cope better.
Good tent, kept up dry but lots of condensation every morning. The tent is small we couldn’t stand in it. But we were only sleeping in it as we were out and about all day.
Bought for music festival and occasional camping, easy to put up and put away, light weight. Kept us dry when it rained no leaking. Quality product, had an issue with a pole when I took it out to dry when we got home. 2 messages later problem resolved with no fuss or issues. Highly recommend this product.
Absolutely great product. Plenty of space inside. Four slim people would fit easily. Over two weeks of camping we had 3 full days with a heavy rain and the wind storm. Tent passed the hard test – remained dry and stable. Easy to put up even by one person. Plenty of windows , good ventilation. Porch is a part of the base of the whole tent, which makes it more sealed when it’s raining, therefore no water gets inside. I would highly recommend it. Great value for the price too. Thank you
This tent is a really good size, easy to put up and take down, great design with the groundsheet built in and optional bedroom section for the inside. Unfortunately we only got to use it for one night before the zipper on the side door broke – meaning we couldn’t close the tent properly, so it was no longer fully water or wind proof. Such a shame as we really liked it. We did attempt to fix it but as the zip cable had begun to unravel it was not possible. Would be tempted to buy it again in the hope the zip issue was a one off.
Less than 5 minutes to put up and down. Enough room for 1 adult and 2 small children In sleeping area but all kit needs to be in the porch. It was waterproof until I needed to open door. For the money, good weekend tent.
I’ve been living in this tent for the past two months and it’s been perfect. (I will say that when it arrived it had a slight issue with the stitching on the bit where you stick one of the poles, I could have returned but didn’t have time so I sewed it myself to reinforce it, which has been fine).
I’ve been in downpours, hail, wind, sun.it’s never been wet inside other than a tiny amount of condensation, I even leave the porch flap up with the poles in the rain and so can still enjoy the view when raining. ( A small bit of water will get through the mesh if you do this so have a small micro fibre towel on hand 😉 )
I’ve been really impressed so far, I’m living in this tent for potentially another couple of months and feel totally confident and at ease that it will stand up to the job. Would highly recommend.
The price point of this tent is great- and what you get for your money is phenominal value.
This is a tunnel tent, held up by three ‘hooped’ poles. The set-up is slightly confusing first time around due to the lack of good instructions. Once you get the knack – it’s simple enough. It would be best for 2 to do it, but I managed alone.
It states it’s a 3-person tent. The inner bedroom fits a double air mattress nicely – you could fit 3 sleep mats, but it would be tight. As this tent features a ‘inner’ bedroom and a living area, it would be feasible to remove the inner and sleep 4 or 5 fairly comfortably.
The tent has nice features, like the lift up awning at the front – so if the weather is poor you have a dry area to cook. The side door is good too. The tent features two mesh windows – one at the rear and one at the side.
Ventilation is great when you have the windows open, but at night you will likely want them closed – removing all air flow. The tent turns into condensation central. A lower- level vent would have been a great inclusion… but at this price point I understand why they haven’t.
This tent features a phenominal hydrostatic head – it certainly seems to be correct. I had no issues.
This tent will stand out in the camping field, due to its interesting colours – particularly compared to the up-market vango’s etc. I did love the neon guy lines though – easily seen.
Two hooks inside for hanging lanterns – other than that there is no built in storage.
The packed tent is the size you would expect – maybe slightly heavier than comparable (more expensive) tents.
I got this for the space. I have a pricey Vango for backpacking. This will be used for a little extra space and be a home base when staying on sites for a few days. I’m more than happy with the purchase.
Have I mentioned how amazing the price is for the standard of this product?
This tent is fantastic for the money. Had a week away in it. It’s is a low tent so do not expect to stand up, however it has plenty of room for Two people and your kit.
It’s suitable for me and partner including the dog. Easy to put up, and we are now camping more often now thank you
Great tent. Easy to assemble, I managed it alone. Would fit 2 comfortably, 3 might be a bit snug but there’s a good size porch area with attached ground mat for storage. Two internal hooks for lanterns. Front and side doors. Front door doubles as a shade canopy.
Excellent tent have used it in all weathers and no problems at all
Did a test run of putting it up today and was very easy to assemble, only took 15 to 20 mins, will be less the second time I’m sure.
Loads of room inside and is a lot bigger than I expected. Really like the colours and I think it’s great value for money
Update.. Took this tent away last week for 4 days, had some heavy rain on the first 2 days and not a drop of water inside. Plenty of room to sit inside even with all your gear and we took loads. Overall we both give this tent 10 out of 10 as it worked well for us and you really can’t go wrong with the price.
Its lovely my kids had a grat time putting it up every fast delivery grat cant wath to go off next week end
