The fingerprint sensor works every time for me so far and it is very quick as well. The actual construction of the handle is far better than i expected and is fully metal and does not feel cheap or light at all.
The Door Lock is a great product. The lift-up handle to-lock feature is compatible with my door, and the slim door handle design looks nice.
The multifunctional fingerprint lock provides six independent unlocking methods and is user-friendly. The app allows me to control the lock remotely through my smartphone.
Overall, I highly recommend this smart lock for anyone looking for a reliable and convenient security solution.
First time purchasing this locker. Never used it before, today I did installed it and it was pretty easy to install. It is a keyless door lock, one step unlock. Six independent unlocking methods, Bluetooth App, Fingerprint, Password, Card, Mechanical key. Try it few times and it works great. When it comes it was a bit heavy, looks good quality and it was best seller on amazon. It use 4 batteries to support and it describes can be up to 5000 time, so it quite economical. Try it with phone also it works great. Overall, recommended this product.
I recently bought the Ruveno Smart Door Lock and I feel like a spy every time I unlock my door with my fingerprint. Who knew getting into your own home could be so exhilarating?! And let’s not forget the keypad option for when I want to feel like a hacker breaking into a top-secret facility. It’s also waterproof, so I don’t have to worry about my lock not working on a rainy day. This smart lock is the James Bond of locks, and it even works with Alexa!
This smart lock really tested my patience because the spindle bars that come with it are way too short for any multi point door with mortice lock. The bars would be fine for a normal wooden inside door but not a PVC door.
I had to get a bar for the handle and cut it down to size to connect the handles.
The wire within the lock is too short and thick and doesn’t have a channel in the lock to hide it so the handles easily sit flush against the door.
The wire is far too large to go through one of the existing lug holes so a separate hole will need to be drilled, very different from the conexis l1 which doesn’t require additional holes to install.
It literally took me hours to install this smart lock and when it finally got installed I couldn’t retract the latch on my door, so had to remove my latch.
So when I pull my door in now I have to multi lock it because I have no latch.
When I first installed the lock and unlocked it, it would unlock, then tell me it was locked after I put the handle up but then still allow me to unlock it by outside handle.
That seems to have stopped now on my latest tests but it does concern me that if I remotely unlock my door and someone puts the handle up and then it doesn’t mechanically relock and disable the handle that it could be opened.
I really wish I had the latch retracking on my door but my door has two spindle slots and the one this lock is installed allows the multi point locking mechanism to be triggered, but not the latch.
If I move the lock the other holes in the door would be visible.
So far the lock is now behaving as you can see in the quick demo video. I will update this review if I have any issues.
The lock looks good but is not easy to install, but once on it is worth the pain points of the install.
Had a nightmare trying to fit but to be fair was partly due to my not taking heed to the detailed description. However maybe it should have been highlighted in bold – NOT SUITABLE FOR LOCKS THAT REQUIRE THE HANDLE TO TURN 60 DEGREES AS THIS HANDLE ONLY TURNS 45 DEGREES AND MAY NOT RETRACT THE LOCK SUFFICIENTLY. As I say the description does tell me this but it had already taken a lot of time and drilling extra holes in my door to get the handles on. So I ended up having to remove the multipoint lock and use the mortise supplied. Some more adjustments needed for that. Despite these difficulties it’s 5 stars from me as I love the lock! The setting up of app, PIN codes, fingerprints , cards etc was very easy and the lock works like a dream
I brought this door lock because I have to carry two babies out the house all the time. I fed up finding the keys with no hands. Now I can use finger print or APP to open the door! Fabulous design and price. Nice as described!

First of all, mine didn’t come with any instructions. But fair enough, these things happen.
But there is also no Google Home integration, even though it says on the listing that there is.
Also, as other people have said, the fingerprint scanner is patchy at best. I was actually going to get my mother one of these, but imagine if she got locked out??
Well anyway, just a week after installation, now the lock just doesn’t work at all. I am livid.

The sellers of this door lock really are absolutely amazing. It seems like you actually have not only a warranty, but one on one dedicated email support.
Every single problem I stated above has been fixed / sorted, and it didn’t even take that long.
My advice is to follow the instructions to the letter, and if there is anything you are not sure of:
ASK THE EMAIL SUPPORT. There isn’t a door they haven’t seen nor a problem they haven’t heard.
Really pleased with this smart door lock such a better replacement compared with my old lock.
Great product worked really well. Had warranty claim sadly but the support has been outstanding. Failure can happen to any product but it’s how the company support responds and these guys have excelled. Would buy again 100%. Great product superb support.
This smart lock include every thing you need. You can install on a new door. Some Other brand you can only replace your old lock, or you have to buy Other accessories.

Easy to install, especially if you’re just replacing the door handle. A bit figity at first but super simple to install and set up. It took less than 30mins!

Bought this as a Xmas present for myself. How disappointed am I to read that you shouldn’t instsll it outside.

gaps on the photos attached). I’ve purchased the gateway as well to play around with Alexa and it all was straight forward. The QR code on the manual points to an app in Chinese but if you look for TTLocker on apple store/google play you can easily find it.
I’m able to unlock it using my voice command. Don’t worry it’s secure. When configuring it on alexa app you need to set a pin where alexa will ask for it every time you try to unlock using voice command. So you “alexa, unlock front door” Alexa says “what’s the pin code to unlock front door” you sai 0000(what ever you set up on the app) then if it’s correct Alexa unlocks it.
If I find an issue after a few months, I’ll edit this review otherwise consider it my final one 🙂

I was extremely nervous as to whether this would live up to expectation. I write this a week after fitting, and I’m so happy with it. I run Airbnb and work full-time so this was going to be a game changer for me in terms of people who wanted to arrive at 5pm. This week I distributed two codes. Everyone found it simple to get in.
Easy to instal, works great. Door changes to locked once open so far, perfect for security. Very happy with this and would recommend it.

The app is easy to use on my Xiaomi 12 android mobile.
When fitting, it fits higher than the previous handle so I’ve had to use a bit of wood filler, I had to drill an extra hole for the cable to go through as well.

WARNING check your current lock first, if it has 2 spindals it won’t work and you’ll need to replace the lock mechanism to single spindal. My door is multi locking point pvc door, works fine with this type. Lock took me 9 hours to fit!!! Don’t let that put you off as the lock is sturdy and very smart, takes some getting used to though not using a key and then checking it’s locked. I paid 150 on special offer for mine. Tags/finger print and code works well, happy with my purchase SO FAR.
The advice on compatible double glazed door with the lock was very poor … got a local small buisness double glaze guy to install it for me ….. took a gamble on it being usable in the door which worked ok.Would not have been able to install iton my own in a millions years.
Looks great and works well only down fall is that when raining finger print reader need drying befor it will read finger print, but that is the same with every finger print reader I’ve used. Plus plenty of other ways to unlock door.
Unfortunately its slightly smaller than thr old handle so theres a small gap underneath so its a shame it doesn’t come with an oversized plate. I made one so not the end of the world.
Looking at a lot of locks before choosing this one but found this was the only one that had all the functions i wanted, fingerprint i use kids use the code there is key cards too or open with the app or send someone a one time code, also set open and close times, example cleaner starts at 10am door unlocks 10:05 till 10:15 if she doesn’t get there in time she has to call for a one time code and explain why shes late you can also show history details who, when and how entered.
Reading the instructions somewhat confusing to start but give yourself time to assess your door and how the lock fits.
I fitted to a multipoint locking system but it required new holes, enlarging holes and elongating holes. So take the old handle off your door and line up the the hole for the square bar with the new handle and you will see what is needed to be done. Tricky to connect wires and keep them out of the way of screws. Completed the fit in a couple of hours. Love the lock, leaves a small hole beneath handle when fitted to existing multipoint lock I have but will fill with resin. Everyone happy no more keys. For now atleast.
Otherwise, the handle and lock along with the app are very good. I installed in a bespoke workshop wooden door, pretty difficult, but it worked perfectly. Provides a good level of security as both latch and dead bolt become a lock. I disabled auto lock. I was surprised at the number of features on the app. Time schedules for the lock, auto lock time, sharing time sensitive codes.
Great product. I used the key code as the fingerprint is hit and miss.
The lock worked beautifully for several months and I talked to a lot of people about how great it was. It was temperamental in some ways but overall fantastic. It was for that reason I gave it a high score.
Unfortunately the lock gave up the ghost after a few months and no longer functioned. Ruveno immediately sent out a replacement, which is working perfectly.
Takes away the hassle of having to carry keys and worry if we’ve locked the house or not. Fingerprint reader works perfectly so never bother with the other ways of entering.
I’ve convinced my brother to buy the same one.
Just to make people aware, if you need more contact cards you can actually use anything that uses the same technology, so you can use Yales key fobs and cards, you can even register a bank card to unlock your door as it uses the same contactless tech.
Pros:
– Access via the fingerprint reader, pin codes and fobs works really well.
– Sleek design.
– Decent battery life and a low battery warning.
Cons:
– The front key section is impossible to open without the use of the supplied plastic sucker, which would mean your’d have to have the key and the sucker with you. Thankfully, we don’t use the keys.
– No Zigbee integration, which would make this one of the best smart locks out there.
Bonus: Connects to Home Assistant using the TTLock integration, but you’ll have to have your lock quite near to the the Raspberry zoo because the Bluetooth range is rather short (Zigbee would be much better).
This lock has failed. When using fingerprint, code, and even the key, it simply doesn’t unlock. The lock wasn’t even being used that much as it is a side-door and not a main entrance/exit. I have to alter the 5 star rating, though it is difficult to decide what rating I should give it. I will have to reduce the star rating to 1 I feel, because a door lock failure is something that should never happen at all let alone this quick, however on closer inspection as in having a closer look inside, it does seem to be poor material choices for the internals, and possibly less than optimal engineering. Outside it looks a million dollars though, and this is where we all often go wrong. Now the dilemma of finding a lock that I can trust, I fear it is time to just go back to good old mechanical locks from established brands such as Yale.

First of all, the lock talks to you! A nice modern touch.
Secondly, the build quality is solid, very heavy duty and no shaky flaky parts. This is the kind of workmanship one expects from a top quality chinese manufacturer, they who do not cut corners, whence the high price.
Sync’d the lock with the phone via the app from the appstore, which communicates with the lock across bluetooth, we registered fingerprints, codes, rfid-tags. The lock uses 4 AAA batteries behind a thick metal cover screwed on with a small black screw.
The fingerprint sensor is as good as the ones you have on laptops, fast, accurate and even works fine with slightly wet fingers we found.
Now the difficult part is the fitting. As these locks require a fair amount of enthusiastic wood-work, definitely would be far easier on PVC or composite doors. In our case we fitted it on an old-fashioned solid wooden door, took a while but we got there in the end and mighty impressed, as professional as professional comes (even though I say so myself).
The lock also has a dead-lock bolt, so if you swing up the handle, it engages the dead-bolt. The handle on the outside can’t do anything, until the right code/fingerprint/rfid-tag comes along, and then the lock can be opened and if the dead-bolt is engaged that can also be disengaged.
Please note that this lock requires either a very good enthusiastic DIY’er who is not afraid of custom-work to facilitate the installation or a time-proven professional locksmith (beware of the many cowboys out there who blame everything else but themselves for poor workmanship!).
Lovely lock, and if the price is dropped a little more then we shall buy a couple more of these without hesitation!
PS. Absolutely adore the finish on this lock, well done to the designers!!! This is a great product and proves that Amazon does have real diamonds among a crowd of zirconias, the most difficult task is finding those diamonds, and this is where good honest reviews help.

PSS. I also really do believe this lock is highly efficient with batteries, we took them out after a week, tested them in the charger and the charger came up with 95%!!!!! And that is after a great deal of locking unlocking (new toy and all).
