This is such a great hose for a great price. I wish I bought this ages ago. The expanded length is cool and Inlike how it shrinks back so it looks neat and tidy when not in use. I actually look forward to watering the plants now because it is soo much easier. It doesn’t leak or kink, and it doesn’t pop off the tap and neither does the nozzle pop off the hose (my old one did this all the time). Would recomend.
Had to replace a hose that I accidently cut through! This one actually feels sturdier. They are very compact when drained and so much easier and lighter to put away than a conventional hose.
Was much smaller than I expected wish I had ordered a longer one. Instructions very poor I struggled to get the spray gun connected. It was quite difficult to extend the hose to full length initially but after I had used it a few times it got easier. I rather doubt it stretches to 50ft would advise people to buy the next size up.
Time will tell whether the outer nylon shell cover of the hose wears through by dragging on the floor, but after first use, very impressed.
For the price even if it lasts only 2 years just ask yourself what can you buy for 18 these days.Oh yes 3days cost of heating in the home,thats how look at it anyway
Everything works fine on it except the nozzle water select words do not match what comes out of the spout. Once you check all the words and see what spouts out of the end, you will be able to remember what the real water selection you want is. Perhaps not all hoses have this mislabel on the spray gun.
I had this great lightweight expandable hose for a number of years which was excellent but popped a leak due to age. Being a regular user of a hose either for garden, washing car, windows etc I immediately purchased a new one, opting for a newer and supposedly upgraded version (different brand) which I sent back as not fit for purpose.
I have re- purchased this original hose and am completely satisfied! This product does NOT lose pressure, It’s tangle free, DOES NOT snag on ANY surfaces, very LIGHTWEIGHT and exactly as advertised. I definitely recommend this product!

Bought this for my mum . Before she had an overlong one that ended up as a wrinkled pile by the tap . This one contracts in a much better fashion and the ends are both screw fittings , so cuts out those inevitable leaks you always get with the push on fittings . Handy little hose drape that sits over the tap keeps it all very tidy and storage bag too. She’s well pleased .
I bought 3 of these and all 3 burst within 5 minutes of using. It could be that I have gravel in my garden but all three blew within minutes of touching any surface so unfortunately I cant recommend -saying that, my brother has been using the same one for a year or two!
Decent replacement hose after previous one split on corner brick. When delivered, the female hose ring was missing but I managed to force it into another ring that I had. As a result it’s lost some of its power but it’s still useful and good value for money

I did not know what to expect even from the description, it arrived in a bag which was a surprise. When I first used the hose I was amazed at the length it extended to.

We had read the mixed reviews and so I thought it only fair to write a complimentary review as we are really pleased. Just remember to unwind before you turn the tap on (so the pipe can grow evenly) and after you turn tap off at the wall, let the hose empty of residual water (I nearly filled a whole watering can with just residual water). It is a really great hose and I would buy again in a heartbeat.

Just a great product. So light and takes no time to coil up.
Fitting it together was no problem followed the instructions. Connected up to the outside tap, no leaks just ease of watering plants. Plenty of lengthy hosepipe to reach the whole garden. Can be stored away using the hosepipe resting holder, good idea keeping the hosepipe off the ground so it’s stored tidily away for its next use.
Very pleased with this – it is so lightweight. best positioned roughly before you switch the water on as it obviously gets heavier when full. the 100 ft length seems generous. My Mum bought the 50 ft one and this is perfect for her smaller garden. I use the shower setting on new lawn and plants and the ‘flat’ setting gives good horizontal spray for cleaning the patio – although it doesn’t quite get off dried bird poo – I guess I need a pressure washer for that – or, more likely, give the area a light brush first. it’s so quick and easy to put away as it becomes so light when emptied of water. you need to turn the tap off a bit before you’ve finished watering so you can use the water in the pipe up and not waste it.
Wasn’t sure what to expect but we have a very long garden and this reaches to the bottom and we can water our apple trees easily, it’s very very good.
Really shocked me with the quality of this hose for the cost I was expecting a cheaply made hose? But it’s amazing for the cost and such a surprise how much it actually expands once filled

Yes, brass is stronger than plastic, but these fittings are not brass, but aluminium that has been brass plated. So, go careful when attracting to your tap and don’t over tighten for fear if the adaptor cracking.

100 feet….. from the tap to my car. This coils down to nothing but expands into a beast. Hard wearing and very easy to use. Note: this will not attach to a karcher jet washer. I’ve taken some old hose and adapted the connectors.
The flexible hose works well, some brass fittings some plastic, it comes with two spare washers as well which are different sizes. The plastic hook holder is very lightweight but it does the job.
The nozzle has several options which are very useful.
The only part I would have difficulty with is changing the gun to a different one, when or if the gun breaks. The gun has a screw thread at the inlet so unless you get the replacement gun with a thread you’re stuck . You can’t attach an instantaneous male or female ‘post and socket’ without finding an adaptor.
Other than that it’s great.

I use it to Water the garden. It is, after all, a watering hose.
I have flower gardens front and back and WAS using one hosepipe which didn’t quite reach the outer areas. It was a bit tricky and took time to water the flower beds – I prayed for rain! I bought two, one for front and one for the back. The hosepipes came with everything, arrived next day and within 10 minutes I assembled them both. It’s actually a joy to go out and do the watering. Anything that makes my life easier and makes chores quicker gets my vote.
The hose quality is very good but as all my tools are male click fittings there are no female click fittings on the hose and to connect a piece of hose, jubilee clip & female click fitting had to be fitted.
This hose has a selection of fittings suitable for most taps. It is easy to use and to store after use. It has a holder which fits over the tap. However, My garden is south facing so I keep it in a plastic storage box out of direct sunlight which might affect the inner hose after a period of time. Lightweight and manouverable.

Our garden is 50ft, so plenty of hose to go all down the garden and out the gates to wash our cars with plenty of manoeuvrability.
Would recommend…not long had it so can’t comment on durability, had a branded one similar which lasted about 4-5 years before it split and started leaking.
Like that it comes with a hanging hook for it too, which can be attached to the wall.
Hose is simple to use and easy to manoeuvre. Ideal for my arthritic hands.
we have had 2 100ft hoses before and they always stretched to where we wanted them but this one is about 10ft off of what we need.
Well impressed with it works really well good value for money.
Down side you have to wait a bit to let the pressure out of water when you have finished watering. But that’s being picky you soon get used to it.
Got two, same manufacturer, but from different amazon suppliers. Works brilliantly, turn on the tap and the hose expands, turn it off, open the spray gun and it retracts. Much better than a hose on a reel, and I’ve never had a hose reel that didn’t leak. Durability – too soon to say.
The only negative is the hook for storage – plastic and wouldn’t expect it to last long before breaking. Haven’t used it.
This is a very good hose in all aspects apart from durability, the slightest sharp item suck as brambles stone edges etc will Pearce the hose easily. If you can keep it away from all sharp objects it expands amazingly and flows water brilliantly.
This is much lighter and easier to move around the garden than the rigid hose we had before. We’ve not had it long enough to comment on whether it will last as long as we hope it will but it certainly has made life in the garden easier for now.
Needed hose for my back of the garden and Splash pad.The hose was well packed.It is also easy to connect.Quality looks great.It is also very light weight and comfortable to use.It has many water spray function also gives good water force .It is not huge so easy to store after use.
Nice product, once water pressure is added the length increases dramatically.
This was a replacement for a similar product and is just as good if not slightly better made.The bracket for hanging the loose hose is a good addition.These are a very good hose if you want to get around the garden without having to constantly undo kinks and knots in a more standard type.
Then the delivery… The product was advertised to be with me before 13.00hrs next day.
After placing the order Amazon changed the delivery time to 15.30 — 19.30 No warning!! ARRIVED AT 15.50HRS.
Driver new nothing about <13.00hrs delivery. He said,
"I left my base @ 09.00hrs this a.m. and have made 106 deliveries
before getting to you and no way I could get to you <13.00, Sorry, goodbye".

After using less than 6 times this hose exploded in 2 different places. approx. 2mts apart. On closer inspection the inner hose has cut marks down the length of hose which has developed the leakage. It looks like the inner tube has been run through a machine which has put light cuts in the rubber, not cutting through entirely but enough to cause a weakness.
This is the 2nd time this has happened. What a waste of money, never purchase this product. I am not surprised it is no longer available. I see similar looking hoses, NO GO. I would like a refund?
I had written a positive review at first (which I left below for reference), but here I am again after having to bin it. It started to leak after approx 20 uses in 5 months. As I had noticed from the beginning in order for this to last, you need to be absolutely extra careful; you need to make sure that the hose always has a large radius when bending; if you bend it too tightly, it will “collapse”, the inner part will pierce the green fabric and eventually it will leak. It is very handy to store, but not durable under normal use. I had read a comment of someone who also had my same issue, but as I normally look after thing well, I thought they may have not treated it well enough. However, it broke for me too.
Review after a few uses:
It is handy because short when empty and conveniently long when filled with water. The various sprinkling options are practical. Only downside, you need to handle it carefully because if you try and bend it too tightly, the pipe “collapses” in the bending point and if done repeatedly over time, my feeling is that this could cause it to leak.
I have only used it a few times and handled it carefully and had no issues with it.
Good value for money.

Started leaking a few weeks before it burst. The actual burst was explosive and in a different location on the hose to the initial leak, which indicates it had reached its life expectancy. 2 years (almost to the day) is a shorter life than I would have liked given its relative underuse, but this is the second such hose I have had and that seems to be about the maximum life expectancy of these type of hoses. This was better than the first, but I think I will return to the old fashion hose type and aim for a longer life. This is now land fill, and we all need to start thinking more about that sort of thing.
Very happy indeed with this product it comes with quite a few little bits extra we have two sets one longer one which we use at the bottom end of the garden and we ordered a second set for the top end of the garden so I didn’t have to carry water cannons very easy to take off the tap and put back on again highly recommended
This is a very good garden hose in general. The only down side of the product is that I got a leakage some where of the pipe since the second time I used it, however, the hose is still very functional. I have used this hose to watering the lawn, washed my car(pressure is not high enough), and clean my tools of my garden, and the hose is very manoeuverable.

The idea with them is that you can get 100ft of hose, with 30ft of reel. The only problem, if you’re an idiot like me, you’ll not realise that on first use, you need to allow the hose to fill, then you need to stretch it all out for it to fully release. Then everytime you use it, it’ll work properly.
Used for watering my very dry garden. Also washing down patio and steps.

Ordered Saturday afternoon, arrived Sunday afternoon. Wanted a hose to stretch all the way from my back garden to the end of my front garden, I wanted a hose that didn’t take up too much room when not in use. It does exactly what I wanted!! First let the hose fill with water and it keeps getting bigger and bigger, press the trigger and the pressure of water is good on all settings.
All of my past hoses kink and you spend time unkinking the hose to let the water out, this hose has no trouble with kinking.

We were dubious as we had sent one from a competitor back. This hose is frankly the best we have ever used. We have a big garden & it stretches to cover it all. Spray reaches every corner & NO LEAKS at tap or from the gun , AMAZING! At last no wet feet when soaking the garden, and no wasting water ! Folds back a treat , light and easy to pack away. The gun is tough. adjustable so easily & very clear what you are asking it to do, mist, spray , jet etc turns easily no struggling. Simply Brilliant, my wife is happy at with a hose!!!!!
I bought this hosepipe this summer to water my garden and pot plants as I usually use a Hoselock on a reel but always seem to get in a pickle with it as it twists and kinks. Then with my lengthy garden I never find it easy reeling it back again! So I thought to try one of these expandable hosepipe people use. I was so suprised at how easily and lightweight it is as I am only a small person. The hose does the job for me and I only need to hook the pipe over the outside tap once I’ve finished; I can even take it out to the front garden, it’s win win. Thank you.
Having battled for years with heavy hose pipes that twist and kink when trying to wind back in this is life changing! Cannot praise enough. Solid brass connector. I got a brass tap adapter for my garden tap to match. Spray head has all the functions you could need. The hose actually empties and retracts right back when you turn off the tap and continue spraying until empty. Then just wind back up into a neat little bundle over the hanger provided or just the tap itself. Easy to detach and take to alternative tap in garage at front of house for use on cars . I haven’t used with the pressure washer yet. Good value for money

Great idea but maybe not as sturdy as some other more classic types of hose.
We had been using a much shorter hose and it constantly came off the tap when I went that bit to far up the garden. It took me so long to get the job done. Now I have 100ft of Hose to play with which is more than enough to go from back to front with out have to mess about.
You certainly would not think there is 100ft of hose to begin with when looking but it adequately expands as the water fills the pipe. It’s very tough and durable. I love the fact the holder fits neatly over the tap for storage and the we have the choice of bag of you don’t want to use this or then to store away in the shed for the winter for protection.
The hose arrived the same day , super fast so I could get straight on with watering and filling the kids pool and cooling them down which on the hottest day of the year was needed. Even sprayed the kids on the street ! I was popular haha.
The range of sprays available was great and outclassed my previous hose. Which cost considerable most money.

It doesn’t leak, so it functions as a hose.
But it’s just so much easier to deal with than a huge reel. The box this came in shocked me for being so small! It’s got all the connectors (at least for my setup) included, and the water-gun end is nice and easy to use too. The wall-holder has gone up in my shed for protection from the elements – it means I don’t have dirt from the ground entering the connectors. I’m pretty confident this will last me a while.

This is a good hose but it’s a shame you can’t fit it to a pressure washer as the hose could explode with the pressure and also doesn’t fit on. The hose is good and long and cover around hose dries quickly.
The old type was heavy, clumsy and prone to kinking.

The water fills up and stretches the hose out but when it’s not in use it easily folds away neatly on the hanger and very flexible unlike the “original hosepipe”. Also, you don’t need to turn the tap to full pressure to get a decent watering. I like that when you turn the tap on the water doesn’t start running out and only when you press the lever does it spray. When you turn it off there is still quite a bit of water inside the hose that needs releasing for the hosepipe to return to its original size. Also, there has been no leaking from the pipe to the spray gun at all.
I have read some reviews about this bursting, so this would be my only future concern with this hosepipe. We had a rosebush that needed moving because it was close to the outdoor tap and if this even got a tiny prick, I can imagine that being it! So, in some ways, it is delicate and needs paying attention to with sharp trees and bushes in its path. Otherwise very happy with our new hosepipe and its various spray functions and would recommend this but being careful with it.
Gave 4* because of amount of use so far but all looks good.
Tip: if you are replacing a damaged or burst expanding hose don’t dump it! If you cut off the connectors (pair of scissors) and carefully remove the inner pipe by pulling it out whilst straightening out the outer nylon casing you will end up with a length of very stretchy elastic pipe which is ideal for cutting to length and using for supporting fruit treed and shrubs. It is soft enough to not cause damage to plants. You will also have a goodly length of nylon webbing to use as rope. Not sure of breaking strain but I guess a fair amount. So almost totally recycled. Save the world!
I received my hose on day promised but it won’t fit my outdoor tap. Today I’ve ordered a set of brass fittings to over come this problem but they won’t be delivered for 3 weeks which seems a long time
I think the hose is great. The days of kinks etc are behind and I really can’t recommend it enough. My only bugbear with it is if you just have to water something quickly, like a plant pot, you have to turn the tap on, wait for it to expand fully with water before you can use it and then you have to empty it etc before putting away, this can take a while just for a few litres in a plant pot. I’ve started just using an old school watering can for these situations. Apart from that, it’s great.
Received item on time , not used it yet,but I measured it against one I already have and it’s the same length-but that only reaches 50 feet from tap. Will have to use to see if it does extend to 100 feet. Watch this space….. Have now used hose and believe it or not,it does extend more than my other one- don’t think it’s 100feet,maybe about 90ish. But a lot further than my other one. Happy Days…
The hose holder that you hang over the tap arrived damaged. I emailed with some pictures and it was replaced really quickly.
The hose seems quite short (great for when you’re storing it away) but swells when the water starts coming through. I can stretch it through the house and do my front garden too which is brilliant. It doesn’t ever get kinks in it and is really easy to put away. I must have lost so many hours with the old hose. Don’t waste your precious time, get a hose like this!
While I do highly recommend it, I will say that I will be putting this away in the little bag it came in and into the shed when summer is over. Not sure how the fabric would hold up to being left out in the freezing cold. Luckily we have plenty of rain by then!
I am happy with my purchase, but I am a little concerned regarding the screw on the hose gun, which unscrews as you use the hose? I have to constantly adjust during watering. I fear that the thread on the screw will eventually go.
It is just what I need, and exactly as described. I was tired of rewinding the rigid hose every time. I am delighted by the different settings for watering, such as mist, shower, flat, full etc.
The “instructions” were a bit baffling at first. I could have done with diagrams! I had to open the package and see if it fitted my garden tap. Fortunately, the package was simple to open and I could repackage the lot if necessary.
the mystifying bit when you look at it are the two fittings, one for a different kind of tap. I unscrewed the top one, to reveal the one underneath which fitted the tap.
Once you have fixed the fitting on to the tap, you have to stretch it out at first, turn on the tap until the water fills the whole and the hose becomes a great big snake, Then turn off the tap and empty the water on to your garden and when the water has all run out, the hose can be stored or used again.
Great hose, reaches the far end of garden when expanded. Only slight critism is the lack of extra parts to fit with an existing hose system, only realised after purchase and delivery that most people buy a set of parts as an extra!!
I did had a small problem with my hose connector however and so I raised this with the seller, who responded within an hour. Within a few exchanges, they had resolved the problem I had and they are sending me a replacement part. Please don’t let this put you off buying this hose as I think my problem was down to the part becoming loose through transportation and not a manufacturing issue. The main thing is the seller responded quickly, understood my issue and they offered a fix for the problem.
Have used only once, but it performed exactly as described. Would have given 5 stars but the simple instructions left me guessing for a while. Would have ordered a 2nd one from Suplong, but only need a 50 ft. one for the front.
Great product does what it is supposed to do and a fun colour for a change. Only given 4 stars because the ‘soak’ option doesnt work but it’s too much faff to return, 6 or 7 further options to use so no real issue.
First impressions were….well it looks very compact and it is, the 30m line is probably rolled into just over 10M. The fixtures are brass, look good, but feel a tad cheaper than your traditional brass fixtures, that said..it does the job and will hopefully out live the further cheaper plastic ones. Setup is minimal and the new bracket/hanger simply slides over the tap. Pipes not super heavy so takes the weight now worries.
The hose has a fabric outer skin which does expand/contract by itself when used, but I’m not 100% that it won’t get punctured so am taking a bit more care then I would. It’s probably allot stronger then I give it credit for, but I’m always that touch worried a rose bush thorn tearing into it. It looks rugged enough, but a bit sceptical still.
The spray gun seems to work fine on each pattern and the little stop lock is a useful addition up front. Hooked it up and it does work great, but I have needed to adjust my usual usage pattern a little.It’s not something you can just unroll a bit and use as it expands on itself so you need to ensure all out before turning it on/putting it away.do need to be that little bit cautious about puncturing it.
Can’t really slate it as for the money, you do get alot and the concepts brilliant..but longevity is questionable. Will give it 4* as does deserve it, but time will tell really!

Last night when I pressured the hose and let it expand fully before watering the rear garden lawn, I noticed a puncture in the hose.d
Disappointed with the quality in regards to strength of the outer skin, other than that it is a brilliant thought which could be thought through better to prevent punctures ( especially when extra has been taken and still punctured after only 3 days use)
Added note: seller has contacted me and apologised for the lacking of quality of the outer skin and promised to contact manufacturer and to my surprise offered a full refund.
