Il volante ben curato a partire dall’imballo , corpo in carbonio e manettini ben fatti , e le palette del cambio sono ben rifinite i pulsanti invece a mio avviso, sono un tantino duri . Un po’ scomoda invece la USB c per gli aggiornamenti sotto le palette del cambio , che vanno rimosse togliendo le quattro viti . Potevano mettere la presa in un punto pi agevole. Quello che un po’ delude il cambio T-Chrono Paddles , che rende le cambiate pi veloci sia opzionale . Visto il prezzo sarebbe stato gradito averlo standard , con un piccolo sovraprezzo, invece di dover sborsare altri 70 euro. decisamente un’altra cosa rispetto al precedente volante Ferrari add .Alla fine si merita 4.5 su 5
il volante in s fantastico, di ottima fattura ed eccezionale nella guida, forse le palette del cambio originali sono un po’ rumorose ma vabb. La 5a stella manca perch in accoppiata con Xbox non permette di godere a pieno di tutte le potenzialit, ad es il display non riceve in modo nativo i dati telemetria ma solo in modalit UDP che non ha un set completo qualcosa si perde ( luci drs attivo non vanno, percentuale utilizzo ers non mostrata ed altre informazioni sulla vettura) inoltre i tasti sono pre mappati e quindi le numerose rotelle, manopole e tasti stessi non sono mappabili in modo personalizzato. Purtroppo gli attori sono il produttore del volante, quello della piattaforma e lo sviluppatore del gioco e come spesso accade non se ne viene a capo. Secondo me buona cosa condividere queste considerazioni derivanti dall’utilizzo perch il costo importante e il marketing ci fa vedere cose mirabolanti ma, almeno su Xbox non lo sono al 100%. Ripeto, offre comunque una grande esperienza di guida!

Mir fehlen hierzu echt die Worte das war bisher meine erste Schlechte Lieferung von Amazon und diese hat mich echt Massiv enttuscht.
Nichts desto trotz habe ich das Wheel dann auf Beschdigung und Funktionalitt geprft. Da hier alles einwandfrei schien habe ich mich dazu entschieden aufgrund eines entgegenkommens von Amazon das Wheel zu behalten und ich muss sagen die Schlechte Lieferung war beim benutzen von dem Lenkrad fast wieder vergessen.

Il volante stupendo, materiali ottimi e molto immediato e di facile lettura e taratura, ma essendo una replica del Ferrari di F1 del 2019 non poteva essere altrimenti.
La nota negativa riguarda il padle delle marce. Per i miei gusti troppo duri e con la calamita non ti permette scalate super veloci, soprattutto se usate in F1. In pi dopo 2 gg di utilizzo i gommini che sono stra la paletta e la calamita si spostano e la cambiata si sconpensa, in particolare se esce solo il gommino di una paletta. Insomma vedevo video di un anno fa di gente che si lamentava dello stesso problema, non credo che ci possano essere giustificazioni in merito da parte della thrustmaster.
Trovo altrettanto sconcertante che per ovviare a questo problema la stessa thrustmaster abbia messo in commercio un altro padle pi leggero, e senza calamite alla modica cifra di 60/70 euro quando questa stessa configurazione dovrebbe essere di serie per un volante da quasi 400 euro.
Valuter ancora un po’ se il caso di fare il reso oppure spendere altri 70 euro per la paddle t-chrono.
Esto hace que la configuracin del volante no sea muy intuitiva sobre todo en GT7, los juegos (F122 y GT7) no muestran los ajustes preestablecidos para el SF1000 por defecto (ya que creen que es un T-GT y muestra ajustes para este). De todas formas en F122 se puede llegar a configurar por completo y la experiencia de juego es espectacular.
Sin embargo en GT7 la informacin en pantalla es muy pobre y casi intil, ms all de las revoluciones y velocmetro, esperemos que en futuras actualizaciones esto lo mejoren. Lo peor de todo en GT7 es que el volante cuando quiere deja de funcionar en medio de una carrera quedndote sin funcionalidad en los botones y quedando la pantalla inservible, necesitando reiniciar la consola para poder volver a tener todas las funciones y eso te arruina la carrera que estes corriendo en ese momento, no me parece normal que eso pase.
Me he puesto en contacto con el servicio tcnico de Thrusmaster, les he facilitado todo lo que me han solicitado, y me dicen que el funcionamiento es totalmente normal no creo que el hecho de que el volante deje de funcionar sea lgico.
Como principalmente lo uso para F1 me quedar con el, pero de momento no es nada recomendable para GT7, ojal solucionen esos problemas en futuras actualizacin ya que el aro es espectacular.
I have mine literally 3 inches from my router yet it constantly loses connection and switches off in game momentarily before regaining connection again, not exactly what you need during a race, great wheel but absolutely NOT worth the price, its clear you are paying for the Ferrari name and not the wheel
Got it on sale and think this is one of the best wheels I’ve used out there! Takes a while to figure out the telemetry for xbox and console which Is all on the thrustmaster website and I also watched some youtube videos but easy set up on PC! Feels very good quality and generally makes me want to play racing more! 🙂
In case you’re wondering, I’m using this with my Thrustmaster T300.
-in primis, la forcella del cambio magnetica di default offre un buon feedback ma troppo dura e impedisce scalate super rapide. Diventa quasi una scelta obbligata l’acquisto della leva opzionale. in alternativa si pu provare a posizionare dei sottili feltrini sopra i magneti della leva, per attutire un po’ la forza applicata dal magnete alla leva.
– la finitura delle leve del cambio e delle alette personalizzabili discutibile: di tratta di fusioni in alluminio con una finitura molto grezza e con chiari i segni di una spazzolatura molto grossolana. Su un prodotto di questo tipo sarebbe necessaria una maggior attenzione a questi dettagli.
– lo schermo di tanto in tanto va in freeze e si necessita di scollegare e ricollegare il volante alla base per farlo resettare.
Tolto questi difetti, per il resto davvero buono, ma non mi proprio possibile dare la promozione piena.

Beautifully presented and an extremely well built wheel. Looks fantastic with the real carbon fibre front and the milled metal gear paddles and dual clutches.
Being able to use all the additional buttons and dials adds so much to games. My Assetto Corsa Competizione setup is now perfect and I don’t need to change anything in the MFD.
To date the only negative I have, and it is nothing to do with the wheel itself, is that more titles do not fully support it. GT7 for example only pushes minimal info to the wheel and does nothing to take advantage of the many dash layout options.

Ses points forts :
1: esthtiquement et qualitativement il est super, du vrai carbone en faade, des boutons de bonne facture ( il faut bien appuyer dessus ce qui vite un clic accidentel ), a quelques dtails prs il est fidle au volant vritable.
2: pour un novice, l’installation ( mise a jour, mise en place du volant sur la base, rglages, etc ) est facile.
3: le ressenti en main est vraiment gnial : bonne prise en main, bouton accessibles, poignes avec un bon grip avec ou sans gants, je conseille avec pour prserver le volant, le retour de force avec un T300 donne un bon ressenti de la route et des virages.
Ses points faibles :
1 : a part sur F1 19/20/21/22 le cadran led ne sert pratiquement a rien a part pour la vitesse et le compte tour. Quelques boutons spcifiques sur GT7 mais le cadran en lui mme ne donne que les infos de base, pas encore test sur d’autres jeux de course.
2 : le bruit des palettes d’origine est assez fort, j’ai opt pour des T-Chrono et le confort auditif est grandement amlior, je pense que les vitesses passent aussi plus vite, c’est a vrifier. J’ai jute aprs 15 minutes de bricolage trs facile ( quelques vis a dvisser et revisser ) mis de l’alcantara autocollant sur les poignes pour encore plus de confort.
conclusion : Si vous tes passionn de F1 et de jeux vidos ce volant peut s’acheter les yeux ferms, je le recommande en seulement quelques dizaines de minutes de jeu je me suis habitu a conduire au volant sans problmes. Mme si vous n’tes pas un joueur de jeux vidos c’est trs sympa comme objet de dco pour un fan de F1 parce qu’il est trs proche du volant rel car fait sous licence officielle Ferrari. Si vous avez les moyens de vous faire plaisir foncez.
El producto es genial pero no funciona con los juegos F1 2021 por ejemplo sin hacer una actualizacin que necesita Windows
Das Lenkrad ist sehr gut verarbeitet aber leider fr Spiele auf der Xbox nicht geeignet. F1 22 geht zwar aber die Anzeige ist komplett falsch, falsche Ganganzeige, Geschwindigkeit etc.. AssettoCorsa funzt berhaupt nicht. Geht daher leider zurck
J’ai acheter ce volant principalement pour le jeu F1 22 et je dois avouer que c’est un rgale ! Une vraie rplique du volant Ferrari actuelle de Lecler et Sainz. Trs agrable manier et son cran LCD renforce l’immersion. Juste un constat au niveau des touches que je trouve un peu dur appuyer mais rien de trs gnant !
Great wheel. Be prepared for firmware updates and possibly a call into thrust master CS for help. I don’t think this had anything to do with how we bought it though. Save yourself a couple of hundred bucks and buy this via Amazon UK
I use this for ACC racing GT3 and GT4 and honestly this is the most comfortable wheel I have used yet and the buttons are extremely well placed and the screen is fantastic!
Setup was easy enough, however to setup the Wi-Fi on the wheel you need to enable it in wheel settings and then connect to it on your phone and then lets you pick your normal Wi-Fi for it to connect to.
Excellent wheel if your into your sim racing games.
Took a while to figure out how to get the display hooked up to the UDP of the game via mobile phone on the Xbox series X.
Took a lot of looking though YouTube and asking questions on Facebook but eventually got there.
Setting up the buttons to do what you want them to do is also a task as a lot are duplicated on the Xbox and are mainly used for PC.
There are a lot more different screens you can cycle through than I’ve shown in the pictures.
The barst pert is all the dials work and so do the buttons so mapping is endless to how you want it.
Enjoy and well worth having if you enjoy racing games.

Buenas! Compre este volante hace una semana y no consigo jugar con el. Lo actualice con los Drivers de la pgina web y configure el wifi a la red domstica. Tengo la base T-gt II y no consigo jugar, se me enciende y me sale en la pantalla el logo de Ferrari y el de thristmaster he visto que es compatible con la base T-gt pero de la 2 no dice nada espero que podis ayudarme. Gracias!
If you are a fan of f1 I must buy this. For the price no other wheel compares
Before you jump into playing make sure you have the latest and correct drivers for the wheel and the base. To update base drivers, I used the TM Firmware Updater. The wheel drivers I downloaded directly from TM.
The first thing I notice is the packaging, it’s very well done. I was very impressed with the TM and Ferrari collaboration. I’m not a box keeper but I’ve had a hard time tossing this one out.
The wheel itself is beautiful. The carbon…well it’s carbon and it’s very fashion forward. The buttons are stronger than the TM Open Wheel buttons. If your familiar with the Ferrari F1 Wheel AO, these buttons feel the same. They’re firm, work well, and I’ve yet to have any issues with them.
The grips are a hard rubber. They’re comfortable to use. I don’t use gloves and my hand never tired or got uncomfortable during play. My typical session is about 2.5-4 hours of play.
The screen is amazing. The colors pop and it’s easy to read. You can adjust the brightness of the LED’s and the screen. It offers a day and night mode. You can turn the grid lines on and off. I only wish the button had back glow but that’s a personal thing I’d enjoy.
My only gripe so far are the two rotary dial wheels you can use to increase or decrease grip, clutch settings, etc. They don’t have a solid click feel as you rotate them. They feel kinda soft IMO. They work well don’t get me wrong, they just feel a little cheapish compared to the rest of the wheel.
The shifter paddles included with the wheel work just fine. I did purchase the TM hop-up option for the shifters. My reason wasn’t for speed, however. The included shifter has a loud double click when pressed. It was very noticeable in the small room I play in.
Coming from the TM Open Wheel this was quite a difference and was somewhat annoying. The T Chronos Paddles are very similar to the TM Open Wheel, meaning more like a soft touch key/button. They single click is more quiet and more enjoyable IMO, but that was an additional cost of 70 bucks.
This wheel itself is heavier than the TM Open Wheel I normally use. I mention this because I had to re-tune my FFB and damper settings for the base (TS-XW) to get it to feel the way I like. I prefer a heavier feeling wheel with high settings.
Something I feel is worth mentioning as I only saw it in one video review of the wheel; the clutch and break levers below the shifters can be selected. You need to turn the Phase dial to P3. This will allow you to add the clutch to that lever. P2 will allow you to do the clutch and break.
Unfortunately, TM still uses the set screw method to help secure the wheel once tightened. It’s a shame they have you run a screw into a brand-new 300+ dollar wheel. It just doesn’t seem right.
I’ve used this wheel on F1 2020, 2021, and 22. All the functions and features work as advertised and are a delight.
Note F1 games from above, I have not been able to figure out how to rotate the car in the showroom or when customizing. The wheel won’t allow assigned keys to be duplicated. The elevation and rotation of the camera is locked out because of this. That kinda sucks, hopefully this gets a patch.
I’ve also used this wheel in Assetto Corsa Competizione. The wheel works fine just no screen information is being displayed. I’m assuming this may be addressed in future updates from TM or ACC. I’m hoping anyway. ACC has shown the wheel working on YT.
Overall, I’m very pleased with the wheel. TM did a great job of producing a replica that works and is fun to play with. The information that’s displayed is great if you play career mode in F1. It’s made playing the game bit more immersive as I’ve turned off all the HUD settings since it’s on the wheel now. You just have to memorize the dials to navigate the displays. It’s been a lot of fun so far.
I would give this a solid 8 out 10 and would purchase again.

Muy difcil hacer que funcionaran, no s si el volante tenga un falso en la placa de contacto. Una vez puestos en funcionamiento, sin duda son mejores que los que trae de fbrica, ms suave, ms rpidos los cambios y mucho menos ruido.

Es war etwas schwierig es ins WLAN einzubinden.
Display Funktioniert in GT7 auf ps5, aber Leider nicht bei project cars 1 und 2. Das luft dort ber externe Android Apps. Liegt nicht am Lenkrad.
Alle Regler haben eine Funktion und sind nicht nur aufklebt.
Mit. Dem mittleren regler kann man whlen ob die handkupplung als Gas und bremse benutzt werden soll.
Damit auch fr Leute mit Behinderung geeignet, denke ich.
Ingesamt etwas berteuert und kompliziert aber es luft gut.
Mit dem Formel 1 Lenkrad Add on lsst es sich super fahren. Jede Bewegung wird sofort erkannt und es lsst sich super spielen. Jeder Knopf funktioniert einwandfrei. Super Lenkrad und kann ich nur empfehlen.
This product annoyed the hell out of me in the beginning. However, Once I’d worked through several issues that presented themselves, it became exactly what I’d wanted this whole time. It’s very informative. Once you get used to what button does what, it’s very immersive. The build quality is very good, telemetry is absolutely spot on, especially for formula 1 games (others work too) . The number 1 issue was the gear shifters sometimes not registering clicks. However, a nice person on reddit had the following instructions. Clean all the prongs, on the wheel and on the paddles, screw the screws in this order:

It may take 1 or 2 attempts to perfect, but this sorted the problem for me, I’m a week without missing a single gear change, up or down. Also, please do make sure you update this wheel to the latest firmware.

Das Lenkrad hat, entgegen einiger anders lautenden Rezessionen, sofort funktioniert.
Die PS5 hat es erkannt u. es hat sich selbststndig kalibriert.
Des Weiteren macht es Mega-Laune damit zu fahren, ich denke das liegt zum Einen am geringeren Gewicht und zum Anderen am besseren Feeling und den besser zu erreichenden Knpfen.
Habe es zum Geburtstag bekommen und bin sehr dankbar ber dieses tolle Geschenk !
Nach dem Kauf des F1 Wheels war ich etwas frustriert. Gerade bei schnellen Schaltvorgngen wurden einige Klicks durch die Rennspiele nicht erkannt. Die T-chrono Paddles sind deutlich schneller als die Standardshifter. Nun bin ich mit dem Lenkrad zufrieden.

Je n’ai malheureusement pas mon produit car il est arriv defectueux et est de nouveau en rupture de stock mais le service de suivi de commande a ete superbe. Les reponses etaient donnes rapidement, des solutions etaient apportes.
Un trs bon volant thrustmaster de bonne facture sans pour autant tre aussi chez que les Fanatec. Plein de boutons ou molettes utilisables, l’cran LCD est un plus dans les jeux supports. Enfin livraison qui a pris du temps mais ds qu’il a pu tre approvisionn, tout s’est fait rapideme

Wenn man nur als Hobby hin und wieder fhrt lohnt das nicht unbedingt da auch das dazugehrige Lenkrad preislich kein schnppchen ist.
Das Addon ist einfach nur klasse.
Es lsst sich sehr einfach damit schalten, sehr przise und vor allem leise.
Der Preis von 60 finde ich ein wenig zu hoch, daher auch nur 4 Sterne. Die Paddel allerdings bekommen von mir 5 Sterne.
Sicuramente diverso dalle palette originali. Pi silenziose, pi dirette (hanno la corsa pi breve). Per chi per preferisce pi sensazione, pi durezza, pi ‘stock’ nella cambiata, non la consiglio.

Das voll funktionsfhige Display ist ein richtiger Mehrwert und macht das Lenkrad durchaus wertig.
Weniger wertig hingegen sind die Taster und vor allem die Drehschalter. Positiv ist, dass die alle funktionieren. Das Plastik ist aber eher von der gnstigsten Sorte.
Im Spiel F1 2021 lsst sich jede Taste und jeder Drehschalter sinnvoll belegen. Grundstzlich ist das Setup sogar schon voll gefertigt fr das Spiel.
Wichtig: Ein Software Update der Base und des Lenkrads ist zwingend erforderlich. Dabei ist unbedingt darauf zu achten, dass Wheel und Base getrennt sind. Das Lenkrad muss ber USB-C (hinter den Schaltwippen) direkt mit dem PC verbunden werden. Das Kabel ist im Lieferumfang enthalten.

I had to import it because it is not available in Japan, so it was a bit expensive, but I am glad I bought it.

Bello solido e con un sacco di pulsanti e manettini tutti funzionanti.
I led subito vi folgorano le retine ma poi ci si abitua paddle un po’ rumorosi questo l’unico difetto che riesco a trovare per il resto una meraviglia.
C’ anche un bug che si presenta sia su Ps4 e ps5 con f120 ed f121.
In pratica dopo un tempo indefinito di gioco schermo e led si bloccano tutto il resto funziona tranne schermo e led.
Ora su f120 dovevo riavviare il tutto su f121 ho provato a continuare e dopo un po’ si riprende da solo.
Sarebbe carino se venisse sistemata questa cosa.
La corona semplicemente meravigliosa, il display chiaro e completo per le palette originali non sono buone manco per sbaglio, conviene prendere sin da subito le chrono, unica pecca che ogni tanto durante le sessioni di gioco il display impazzisce e rimane buggato, mi successo anche che la corona ogni tanto si riavvia per 1 2 secondi e poi ritorna normale, credo ci sia bisogno di un update al firmware o al gioco.
Solo hace falta que lo compares con el anterior de F1, parece un juegete a su lado.
La pantalla funciona perfectamente en iracing (un poco de lag comparado al simhub) pero funciona perfectametne y la calidad de la pantalla es mas que suficiente para el precio que tiene.
Echo de menos no poder configurar la pantalla y los leds, pero mi esperanza es que en un plazo corto, se pueda hacer con el simhub o similar.
PS: Si puedes permitirlo, comprar el chrono-pack que la calidad de las levas es infinitamente superio

Par contre le bruit des palettes… alors qu’ils vendent des palettes “silencieuse”…en gros le volant est a 400e pas 350e , mais ca vaut son prix !! Juste la methode un peu limite pour faire cracher 50e de plus…
Es un aro Precioso, replica exacta del original, la sensacion y el tacto son como de un coche real, se nota el toque de Ferrari, un poco caro, pero satisfaccin garantizada, muy contento con la adquisicin, si tienes una buena base te lo recomiendo.
Le feeling est bon, les switchs, boutons super rien dire mais entre les manettes central factice (seulement du plastique coll) et les palettes sur le mme bout de mtal c’est vraiment dommage. Le pire c’est vraiment les palettes. Pour faire simple lorsque vous pressez la palette a tire galement l’opposer donc vous ne pouvez pas garder vos doigts sur la palette oppos sinon vous bloquer le changement de rapport. C’est hyper frustrant au dbut mais aprs un peu d’adaptation a va mais a fait perdre en rapidit.

Es kommt gut verpackt daher, die Installation war dank Installationsvideo von Thrustmaster kein Problem, und dann kann der Spa auch schon beginnen. Die verschiedenen Displays werden auch ohne WLAN direkt vom Spiel bertragen, was im Rennen sehr ntzlich sein kann. Anfngliche Performance Probleme haben sich nach Neustart der Konsole gegeben.
Das Wheel selber ist sehr griffig, robust, wirkt sehr real. Die Knpfe lassen sich nicht versehentlich drcken, ein gewisser Druck auf dem Knopf muss schon wirken. Die Schaltwippen sind durch das magnetische Feedback auch sehr gut zu bedienen.
Alles in allem also ein sehr gutes Produkt aus dem Hause Thrustmaster.
Setup was easy enough. Firmware update etc
It’s beautiful to use and look at. Money well spent.

Encore une fois, Thrustmaster est la hauteur de mes attentes… Excellent volant de bonne qualit, je suis rellement content, peut-tre que les switch semble un peu cheat mais sinon dans l’ensemble, le volant est parfait! Thrustmaster me dmontre encore que je vais continuer acheter chez eux !

Nice wheel upgrade if you are an F1 fan. The push pull shifters are nice I like them. But magnetic upgrade is in the future.
Great wheel a little dissapointed that the dials on the sides are actually linked to the directional knobs so can’t be set as separate functions. Switches do switch up and down then back to centre but up and down is the same function not a 3 way switch but overall it is a good wheel. I added some bar tape as the grips are very hard.
I really enjoy this wheel, the weight and build quality are excellent. Only issue I have are that he rotary switches in the middle of the wheel are fake and just raised metal.
Love it as an add-on for my Thrustmaster T300 RS racing wheel. If you play with F1 2019 or older, it is an absolutely must to have the buttons all at the right spot and feel more in line with what the drivers use in real life. Great product!!
Works and looks great. Been using for over 2 months now and all is very well. Heavy sturdy feel.
The d pad location alone make this a must own for f1 game and it is great for asseto corsa and project cars, amazing button location and lots of ways to mod this controlle

Une bonne prise en mains,palette de changement de vitesse parfaitement positionn et trs prcis. Le plus dcevant est les six bouton fake au centre du volant qui lui donne un air de joue
J’aime beaucoup ce volant sur lequel on ne peut malheurrusement paa exploiter tout le potentiel sir console car certains boutons renvoient a la meme touche de manette, reduisant les possibilits. Pour joueur pc ca sera un regal!
I’ve got mine mounted on a Thrustmaster T500rs base. I predominantly play F1 and Project CARS on PS4. I Own multiple rims for my T500rs and this is my go-to for most open wheel racing. It works very well with the games I play and transmits the T500’s force feedback very nicely. In fact I think it’s lighter than all the other Thrustmaster rims so you definitely feel the most FFB with this.
This wheel has enough buttons to give console players all the functionally they can get out of a wheel. There are enough buttons to correspond with all the buttons on PS4/XB1 controllers. PC racers might find that the fake dial switches hinder their experience with this wheel though depending on how many buttons they need to assign.
For casual and even semi serious sim racers, this wheel offers plenty and will do the job nicely for you. Hardcore sim racers might find this wheel to be more of a toy though and opt for something more realistic. But the price jump between this wheel and a more realistic F1 style wheel is quite steep.
Now the negatives other than the above mentioned cosmetic and cost reduction measures. IMO the stock wheel that came with the Ps4 T300RS feels much better on long races. Less hand strain and easier on the skin. The F1 is very hard rubber and while feels fabulous at first is not as comfortable and because of its specific F1 shape does not have as many way to hold it. As a second wheel for F1 immersion,get it. As your dedicated rim for all cars, the standard shaped are best. Imo the F1 wheel should retail for around $75-$100 for what you get. For $150 TM cut to many cosmetic corners.

Yo no s porque toda la gente se queja de este producto, la calidad es genial, el peso mucho mejor que el volante original.
Le dejo 4 estrellas ya que todos los botones del centro no son funcionales y el volante cuenta con muchos stickers.
Excelente complemento para el T300RS y el precio igual muy competitivo en relacin a la competencia llego en la fecha prometida
UPDATE …. one of the toggle switches failed within 6 months. It wasn’t like it failed to the point where it wasn’t operational, it shorted out somehow in a way that affected nine other buttons on the wheel. When I contacted Thrustmaster they made me provide a video uploaded to their server with the unit connected to their online control panel in order to prove to them that it was indeed defective. Then I had to pay shipping cost to return it to their service facility in Montreal. Apparently, it wasn’t a simple matter of replacing the toggle switch as they sent me a complete new wheel about 2.5 weeks later. Still I’m removing one star for the defect and difficulty that I had in getting the issue resolved.
